Not only are the “tolerant” leftists calling for the death of Governor Scott Walker.
Not only are they sending Republicans senators death threats by email.

They’re slipping death threats under their doors.

The Sheyboygan Press had more on the death threats.

State Sens. Joe Leibham and Glenn Grothman confirmed Thursday they were among the Republican senators who received a death threat in the wake of a vote to eliminate most collective bargaining rights for public workers.

The threat was sent in an e-mail late Wednesday with the subject, “Death threat!!!! Bomb!!!!” according to a copy of the letter released by Grothman’s office.

Don’t expect the national media to report on any of these threats.
It doesn’t fit their agenda.

  5. We had some death threats against Democrat state representatives in CT around the time Hal Turner was arrested. These criminals were in custody BEFORE the news of the death threats even broke into the media. The fact we are hearing of these numerous threats to Republican Senators without there being ANY serious law enforcement arrests proves that the Democratic party is sponsoring, encouraging, funding, organizing, protecting, applauding this criminal fascist behavior.

bg, I’ve had the TV on the history channel most of this snowy miserable day, watching The Rise of the Third Reich. I knew everything in the show, but seeing it presented that way really brought home that there is nothing at all new under the sun. What we are seeing is literally straight out of the rise of Nazi Germany.

  8. This of course is horrible and outrageous, but the left-wing MSM has already justified this by implying that the Republicans have “provoked” the progressive, lunatic, anarchists by actually, you know, doing their jobs as legislators!

Look for words and phrases in the MSM such as “provocation,” “had it coming,” “deserved what they’re getting,” “they started it,” “the protesters had no choice,” “Governor Walker was acting unilaterally,” … and so on…

  9. Remember when ObamaCare passed, and Tea Partiers reacted this way? Then again, remember all the conservative death threats against Dems after ObamaCare was passed?

There will always be people who see conspiracies in the shadows. From Sheen to Farrakhan to Galliano, the Jews are always to blame; but when times are ripe, they feel that they can get away with their poisonous pronouncements. Their hatred is not dissimilar to the anti-Jewish rantings of A-jad and the Egyptian thugs who raped Lara Logan.

Relax, Ginger, it isn’t true. The guy got cut off because he wandered off into crazy nonsense and shot his credibility to shreds. Jewish people in the United States are over-represented in the professions, in government, and in the entertainment industry. That is because they have a tradition of pushing their kids into higher education, and they have a religious tradition that they should work, whether they need money or not.

That said, there aren’t very many of them here, and if they are influential, it’s because they are nearly all taught to present their ideas well.

To me, the funny thing about Judaism is that Jesus won all his arguments with the Pharisees, so that a modern Jewish Rabbi talking about moral issues sounds remarkably like a Catholic priest.

  22. Also…what are these hysterical people going to do when they figure out they were lied to by the union bosses, that the money that was taken from their wages to fund their pension plans was squandered on political contributions and that their pension plans are mostly insolvent right now. How much of this stirring up of the loyal lemmings do you think is a big distraction to keep the rank and file focused on anything but the insolvency of their pension plans and the internal corruption in the unions?

If they act like this when they lose fair elections of the people, what are they going to do when they figure out they were just pawns in the union game called Feed the Bosses and the Heck with the Pions!

And this all happens as rational people are fleeing the ranks of the Democratic Party like mad. Has anyone noticed that the Independents are significantly increasing in numbers and they are only behind Obama by about 37%.

In case you haven’t noticed, there are a TON of well-qualified, unemployed teachers in this country, that would take one of those WIS jobs in a flash. It’s just a job. No more or less important than most others. Teachers get paid. They dont work for some altruistic belief that they are changing the world. Get over yourself.

In case you hadn’t checked lately, this country sits very low on the rankings of the world’s best performing grade-school students. Let’s not pat ourselves on the back too much. Teachers have a long way to go before they can act like they are some special part of society. If you dont like the job, quit and find something else to do. Did someone in college tell you that you were guaranteed a higher status in life by becoming a teacher? With the liberal agenda in charge of our schools, I think teachers do more harm than good. Get back to reeding, riting, and rithmitic and maybe you’ll get more respect. You sure as heck aint getting anymore money.

  36. Let’s recall what is is, exactly, that has the left enraged, irrational, and totally out of control. Requiring they make very modest contributions toward their own pension and health care because the state is in debt. Also, they now have to pay their union dues out of their own highly compensated pockets and will have to follow fair workplace rules in a state that has very exhaustive workplace rules.
For this, they’ve trashed our state capitol, threatened our representatives with death, dance around playing the bongos and view themselves as the vanguard leadership of an epic battle against pure evil.
This just goes to show there is no point debating or arguing with these people anymore. They are out of their minds bat sh*t crazy.

  37. More talk. No walk.

Give it to the authorities, and go on with your lives.

    Only cowards make threats.

  38. I don’t understand. Obama and the MSM should be slammed at the head of every article for THE SILENCE. They controlled this country my entire life with the SILENCE.

Wouldn’t it be something if every blog wrote the question “Why hasn’t President Obama held a news conference to condemn the violence and death threats in WI?” Are we the only sinners(non-violent) that need to be preached to from his pulpit while he watches his thugs crawl through broken windows?

  39. I don’t suppose the Wisconsin Republicans who received these death threats could ever in anyway be considered “Eric Holder’s people”, ergo no meaningful DOJ investigation. Besides the Imposter-in Chief is going to need every one of those labor votes. Still, all in all, a very, very good day. Now if only the DC republicans could find a backbone.

Meanwhile, YOUR representatives are hiding out like spoiled children because they aren’t going to get their way.
I love teachers. My Mother was a teacher. My Father was a teacher. Many others in my family are teachers. I dislike Teacher Unions. They care not one whit for their students and are only interested in the power they wield to garner evermore rediculous working conditions and monetary rewards. My suggestion: you don’t like it, find another profession. Or wait until the next election and vote. You are an embarassment.

  59. When you vote to strip the collective bargaining power of the folks that are the backbone of your state, what do you expect? Looks like they read THOSE e-mails !! People take their jobs and careers seriously and any threat to their family stability is a REAL threat. If I were a Republican Wisconsin State Senator, I’d be worried. Problem is, if they had possessed the forethought of conscience to consider the impact this poses for hundreds of thousands of families, they would never have voted for it in the first place. Logic is lost on the illogical.

  60. Doug, this is for you.

First off, YOU are an idiot. The fact that you can even write the crap you are cranking out is testament to the teachers you had. You can put words in logical order to create sentences, much to the chagrin of others. The REAL tragedy of you is that you believe what you are writing. Teachers are the same, dedicated professionals they’ve always been. Two main factors have undermined American education: Family dysfunction and fear of litigation. No one of sound mind would take a teaching job in a state that did not offer tenure AND collective bargaining. One reason capable teachers would take less money than could be earned in the private sector is job security and collective bargaining rights. Take those away and it would be easier to be a manager at McDonald’s. Doug, next time you consider spouting off your pie hole, THINK FIRST!

  61. Union Dues:

Honey, wake up. THERE IS NO MONEY. The public employee unions either have to start paying their fair share, or they can dissolve right along with the government when the state goes under. It’s between kicking in some money now and hopefully saving WI’s economy, or continuing to suckle greedily from the public teat and sending the state spiralling into bankruptcy, unable to meet its obligations to its workers or its private citizenry. You talk of hundreds of thousands of people. Try thinking of the MILLIONS of Wisconsinites who are funding this monstrosity of union greed through their taxes, but who are given no say in how those taxes are used to compensate their state’s workers. And when they vote in a governor and republican-majority legislature, their Democrat senators skedaddle to Illinois because they’re scared of the unions and losing all that sweet, sweet union money. So much for a democratic republic! It beggars belief.

    Honestly, UD. Grow up.

  62. american tass may not be reporting this but that shouldn’t stop us from reporting it to american tass. make them know that you are aware of their hypocrisy. they think they have everyone fooled.

  63. It’s so funny to watch the “enlightened” contort themselves into full blown reactionaries.

  64. Union Dues … really? really? Threat to family security? You can’t be serious. Do you think the entire world has been drinking the same Kool-Aid you have? This has nothing to do with anything but the fact that unions are seeing their gravy train slipping away. This is a political battle for the future of the Democratic Party and they have brainwashed their union minions into doing their dirty work for them, as usual. These protesters have shown the entire country what a bunch of spoiled losers they are, and it’s going to be a long time before anyone has any respect for them after this.

A little rational thought will reveal the fact that these employees would be much better off without their “union”. The rank and file members of these unions could leave the union, save their dues money, buy cheaper insurance from a competitive company, and still come out ahead after paying a little more into their benefit plans. Many members are becoming aware of that reality …

Regardless, there are plenty of good people who would love to have those jobs, so the bottom line is this … public employees work for the taxpayers. If they don’t like the terms of the job, they can just step off and let someone who appreciates a good job have a shot at it….

  65. If you can obtain a pen/pencil and paper, thank a large number private sector businesses.

  66. This is not just a threat to Wisconsin lawmakers… it is a genuine threat to our entire country. The events of the last several weeks have brought forth a serious question… will we, as a nation, allow our democratic republic to be subverted by mob rule? We all know that Wisconsin is not the first state to address union issues, however, it has become the proverbial ‘test case’ whose outcome will set a precedent for many other states dealing with similar problems.

It goes without saying that the individuals who have threatened the lives of the Wisconsin state officials and their families must be found and brought to justice. But it is also time to examine the powerful role of those who have instigated and encouraged this escalating anarchy through their rhetoric. This list would necessarily include Richard Trumka and union spokesmen, outspoken Democratic representatives, the main stream media, Jesse Jackson and Michael Moore, as well as President Obama and the deliberate interference of his own political arm, Organizing for America, into a state matter – as there is ample evidence that the protesters bussed in from other states (by OFA) have added to the unmitigated chaos at the Wisconsin State Capitol.

This should be followed by a congressional hearing into the escalating threat of “Leftwing Extremism” in our country. The threat to local, state and federal officials, as well as anyone opposed to the leftwing agenda can no longer be ignored or tolerated. The ensuant report should, in all reality, act as a replacement for the bogus warning memo on “Rightwing Extremism” issued by Janet Napolitano and the Department of Homeland Security in April of 2009, as this “threat” has proven to be essentially nonexistent.

The need for a restoration of law and order, as well as accountability, is apparent to all clear-thinking Americans. It should also be noted that when the union protesters chant, “this is what democracy looks like,” the vast majority of our citizens would vehemently reply, “no, it is not.” Mob rule is, without a doubt, completely and utterly un-American.

  67. When you vote to strip the collective bargaining power of the folks that are the backbone of your state, what do you expect?

The private sector middle class is the backbone of the state–NOT the public sector union members. Without the former, the latter don’t exist. The private sector middle class is the heart of a community. The sooner you get that through your head, the better.

The fact that you can even write the crap you are cranking out is testament to the teachers you had.

I knew how to read long before I started school, and was two grades ahead of my peers when I did start. That was due to the efforts of my family–teachers had nothing to do with it and never did.

I can count the number of “good” teachers I’ve had all the way from kindergarten through grad school on one hand. And by “good,” I mean broadening my ability to learn and understand the subject they were teaching. The rest were average and didn’t teach me anything that I couldn’t figure out on my own by simply reading the assigned texts–the same reading ability that I gained without their help in the first place.

But really, that’s beside the point. The union model of the 20th century is almost dead, and the public sector is the last refuge for the model because it has an incestuous relationship with the politicians it supports. It doesn’t matter that unions were able to fight for and win many of the labor benefits we enjoy today, such as eight-hour days, weekends off, overtime, etc. When union labor got too expensive to maintain, the corporations relocated overseas or shut down completely. What were the unions able to do about it? NOTHING. They were POWERLESS to stop it.

Union supporters get misty-eyed over Norma Rae, yet never realize that Norma Rae was never able to prevent the factory owners moving their operations out of the country, rendering her efforts moot. Private sector unions won several battles, but ultimately lost the war–and it shows by the current number of private sector workers in unions.

The public sector unions are next; the country can no longer afford the model. 1/3 of the combined income of our nation’s citizens is due solely to government handouts–SS, Medicare, unemployment compensation, and welfare in various forms. Throw in the combined salaries of all local, state, and federal workers, and you’re looking at around 50%. A parasite can only survive as long as the host has something to provide–and when it starts taking more than the host can give, it’s game over.

It doesn’t matter if you can’t accept that our society needs to de-scale and unwind the Byzantine government bureaucracies that are bleeding the country’s private sector dry. The math says that it will happen eventually whether you want it to or not. The only choice you have is whether you want a little pain now, and align the public sector with what the private sector can realistically support, or a lot of pain when the whole edifice comes down.

  68. Frankly I’m surprised it was all spelled correctly. Must have been a teacher.
