British Conservative Melanie Phillips Being Investigated For Her Blogpost on Fogel Family Massacre

A Palestinian terrorist stabbed five family members to death in the settlement of Itamar early Saturday morning; three children, including a baby girl, were among the victims. Later that day Palestinians handed out candy to celebrate the mass murder.
Four-year-old Elad Fogel was stabbed to death in the attack.
British conservative Melanie Phillips wrote about the attack. She called the killers “savages” and referred to the “moral depravity” of a culture that would celebrate such a gruesome act.
Now she’s being investigated.

A Melanie Phillips blogpost on the Spectator website which referred to the “moral depravity” of Arab “savages” is being investigated by the Press Complaints Commission.
The online comment piece, headlined “Armchair barbarism”, focused on media coverage of the murder of five members of a Jewish family in the West Bank settlement of Itamar by Palestinian militants earlier this month.
“The moral depravity of the Arabs is finding a grotesque echo in the moral bankruptcy and worse of the British and American ‘liberal’ media,” wrote Phillips.
“Overwhelmingly, the media have either ignored or downplayed the atrocity – or worse, effectively blamed the victims for bringing it on themselves, describing them as ‘hard-line settlers’ or extremists.
“To the New York Times, it’s not the Arab massacre of a Jewish family which has jeopardised ‘peace prospects’ – because the Israelis will quite rightly never trust any agreement with such savages – but instead Israeli policy on building more homes, on land to which it is legally and morally entitled, which is responsible instead for making peace elusive. Twisted, and sick.”

We can’t call savages savages. That would be impolite. We’re British, confound it! We’re always polite. Anyone who isn’t must therefore be breaking some law! If not, we’ll make a law saying “Everyone but savages — who can’t help it, because they’re savages (innit?) — must be polite at all times. That’s right. Even the formerly vaunted U.K. has been taken over by racists like our Democrats. “No need to prosecute these 17 rapists of an eleven-year-old girl! They’re BLACK, so they can’t help it! They’re just simple savages.” That’s what a Democrat believes, and shows it every day.

I don’t care. if we want to save civilization, then we had better speak the truth, no matter what. I saw the pictures of the fogel family post-murder. Those pictures would make a squeamish person vomit and the weak of heart faint, they were so bloody. Those pictures need to be plastered on every billboard, blog, and newspaper in the West. every last one. Let the world see what kind of demons live among us. It’s the only way we’ll save ourselves form this incurable illness known as Islam. No other religion in the world goes around murdering like these hellions do, and the West is willingly ignorant.
More power to Ms. Phillips, and Geert Wilder, and Robert Spencer, and Pamela Geller, and anyone else who’s ever spoken the truth about Islam.

Is this not the point to serving Social Justice-the Jewish family living in the West Bank was unjust and unrighteous therefore Social Justice demands that a socially just world must be served by eliminating those who, according to the laws of Social Justice, are unjust and unrighteous?
(I met Melanie Phillips a couple of times-she is a great defender of all that is decent and humane)

So if 5 people are killed brutally and the killers passed out candy afterward in London, what would the complainants call them? What’s the difference between “killer”, “murderer”, and “savage” in your book.
The same people complaining to whatever the “PC” police board it is that you have there – did they express outrage at 30 months of suicide bombers blowing up little children in Israeli buses and markets? You just can’t get out of your system that these “militants” are terrorists and savages. They are. And your complaint receiving board can take its deliberations and file it somewhere.

Like the British Government (and I fear soon our own), the media in both Britain and the US are deathly afraid of Arabs, Muslims and most every other group within society that is not lilly white. They feel they are the watchdogs for these minorities (lapdogs is more like it) and will bend over backwards (and often forwards) to appease….
