A Wisconsin early childhood teacher was charged with sending death threats to state Republican lawmakers.

Her name is Katherine Windels and she is a Wisconsin teacher.

Here’s the criminal complaint.

JS Online reported:

A 26-year-old woman was charged Thursday with two felony counts and two misdemeanor counts for allegedly making email threats against Wisconsin lawmakers during the height of the battle over Gov. Scott Walker’s budget-repair bill.

Katherine R. Windels of Cross Plains was named in a criminal complaint filed in Dane County Criminal Court.

According to the criminal complaint, Windels allegedly sent an email threat to State Sen. Robert Cowles (R-Green Bay) March 9. Later that evening, she allegedly sent another email to 15 Republican legislators, including Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau).

The subject line of the second email was: “Atten: Death Threat!!!! Bomb!!!” In that email, she purportedly wrote, “Please put your things in order because you will be killed and your families will also be killed due to your actions in the last 8 weeks.”

“I hope you have a good time in hell,” she allegedly wrote in the lengthy email in which she purportedly listed scenarios in which the legislators and their families would die, including bombings and by “putting a nice little bullet in your head.”

According to the criminal complaint, Windels told investigators “I sent out emails that I was
disgusted and very upset by what they were doing.”

Asked if she intended to follow through on any of her threats, Windels told the investigators “No,” according to the complaint.

Windels was charged with two felony counts “bomb scare” and two misdemeanor counts of “computer message-threatening injury/bodily harm.” If convicted, each felony count carries a maximum penalty of three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine, and each misdemeanor count carries a maximum penalty of 90 days in prison and a $1,000 fine.

Underground Conservative has much more on the violent teacher including this.

She is a 2010 graduate of Madison Area Technical College with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, which would fir, since on her PeekYou profile she lists Wexford Head Start as one of her work experiences. She also lists a place called The Red Caboose; a Google search turns up a Red Caboose in Madison for Toddler, Preschool and School Age programs.

Here again is the vile threat Windels sent out to Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin.
W620TMJ posted this earlier:

I am reprinting verbatim an email that was sent to Republican senators. The email was signed, but I have deleted the name pending what I hope will be a thorough police investigation.

That is just disgusting.

Right on Weathercreek says her father is a psychiatrist.

More… Charlie Sykes reported that the Dane County DA’s office dragged its feet on issuing charges in the case.

Doug Ross has more on Windels.

  2. wow. this doesn’t surprise me one bit, many of those people protesting were scary, no wonder the silent majority just watched this on TV.

btw… the state dept starting april 2011 has new requirements for a certified birth certificate to get a US passport.

    http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_5401.html

check it out, the fraud has stricter standards to get a US passport than to run for president.

    from the state dept:
    New U.S. Birth Certificate Requirement

Beginning April 1, 2011, the U.S. Department of State will require the full names of the applicant’s parent(s) to be listed on all certified birth certificates to be considered as primary evidence of U.S. citizenship for all passport applicants, regardless of age. Certified birth certificates missing this information will not be acceptable as evidence of citizenship.
In addition to this requirement, certified copies of birth certificates must also include the following information to be considered acceptable primary evidence of U.S. citizenship:

    Full name of the applicant
    Date of birth
    Place of birth
Raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal of issuing authority
    Registrar’s signature
The date the certificate was filed with the registrar’s office (must be within one year)

  3. Can a teacher charged with a felony – teach?

  4. On the bright side, she’s not an English teacher.

  5. ADVERTISEMENT

  6. This mentally unstable person has no business being anywhere near children.

Hopefully she will serve time and lose her teaching credentails. Probably being supported by her union as we speak.

Her actions are, sadly, standard operating procedure for a union goon.

    Despicable.

  7. Just the kind of person that we want taking care of our preschoolers.

  8. Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.

  9. I have an update at my place, a link to a letter detailing how the Dane County DA’s office was dragging its heels on filing charges until the state DOJ got involved. That’s the same DA that filed the lawsuit to block implementation of the budget repair law.

  10. The really scary thing is that fascists like her teach children.

  11. I hope she has a good time in jail.

  12. Can you imagine how she’d deal with any kids in her class? Suppose they act up, or don’t understand math? “YOU WILL DIE!”

    Lock. Her. Up!

  13. @J . . . that was funny. This woman should never be allowed in any sort of classroom again.

  14. The left are violent and mentally unstable. That is what scary.

    I call them entitlement zombies.

  15. Are you starting to see the full extent of what is happening in public schools?

Union control results in quality teachers like this.

No way. Not with my kid.

  16. When you say “charged”, does that mean “charged with and arrested for” the offenses?

Does WI law also provide that state workers who work with children must be free of felony charges in order to be employed with children? She might find that she chose the wrong field of study in light of her problems controlling her temper and/or her anger management deficiencies.

I wonder if the local media has thought to cover this story. I also wonder how well this information went over with her father, who is the owner of the house where she was questioned. Though I’m much older than 26, I always KNEW that if I ever ended up in jail, I should not waste my one phone call on my father, but that I should call someone with whom my odds would be better at posting bond.

  17. Judging by material available on-line, she seems a nice person with a normal life.

So here’s the thing: if being on the left can turn a nice person with a normal life into someone who’ll do this kind of thing…

  18. #12

Like the Jeff Dunham terrorist puppet,

    “Shut up…I kill you”

  19. And lunatics like this are so sure that they are the “experts” when it comes to educating children. . . . sorry, not mine.

  20. Unreal. In addition to having a degree in Technical Journalism/Broadcast News, I have an MA in Early Childhood Education. I learned from people SO committed to children. This person should NEVER EVER be allowed to work around children. Sociopaths and kids = bad, bad, mix.

  21. So…this pre-school teacher admits to conveying death threats to politicians. This woman isn’t some uneducated, everyday, run-of-the-mill Union thug. No, she has a degree and ownes a $400,000 2-story home on a quiet cul-du-sac.

She’s done pretty well on the taxpayer’s dime. Like most public union employees…she enjoys salary and benefits that taxpayers in the private sector will never attain. But….it’s never enough. Any talk of limiting future salary and benefit increases and she wants you DEAD.

And….you’d better not ask her to pay a small portion of her retirement she’s ready to kill you. No wonder Wisconsin is gone to the dogs.

Amazing. Prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law and that includes jail time.

  22. Another note: I just received a comment from a reader that the PeekYou profile says Katherine A. Windels while the complaint reads Katherine R. Windels, which matches the MATC graduation I received via email. I am convinced it is the same person because of the references to Cross Plains, Madison and employment info in early childhood education, which matches the MATC degree. The similarities are too numerous to be coincidental.

  23. Oh, her Facebook profile has been taken down as well. It *has* to be the same person. Has to be.

  24. Yeah, she probably has “Coexist” and “Violence is NEVER the answer” bumper stickers on her Volvo.

  25. I predict this whole thing will disappear down the memory hole and nothing will be done to this woman. She’a dimocrat and they don’t pay for their crimes. Don’t you silly people understand that she was just angry and was blowing off steam? She didn’t really mean it. It was just about sex err anger. She never would have done anything so terrible. What blows me away is that a so called college educated person does not know it is a crime to threaten anybody with death but a lawmaker? Hoo boy. I’m surprised the penalty is so light. What is the penalty to threaten a federal judge? I’ll bet its higher.

  26. She is a teacher and can’t spell democratic? Second, she’s too stupid to know that sending an email is about one step above sending a letter with a return address? Typical liberal behavior, no accountablity for their actions, no rule of law, no respect for authority. Hope she enjoys her time at the greybar hotel. She’ll learn about authority, 7 years on the main line ought to teach her.

  27. Are you sure that’s not John Kerry in Drag ??? I wonder if she is related to Colorado State Senator democrat Sue Windels….. http://farm1.static.flickr.com/131/329230010_090eb859c3.jpg

  28. She will get a wrist-slap.

Normally, death threats to elected officials result in serious consequences, but in this case the game is rigged. Crimes committed by government employees, on behalf of government employees, and investigated and adjudicated by government employees, will always disappear into thin air.

Here is the lesson they want us to learn:

They are our rulers. They are allowed to commit crimes against us.

  29. I am sure that AG Eric Holder will be all over this either to dismiss or defend.

  30. They absolutely MUST make an example out of her. No leniency. I hope she serves the maximum amount of time permitted.

  31. Can you even imagine the uproar if a student made these kinds of threats??!! Where is the school districts’ ‘zero tolerance’ policy for the teachers??? If a child made these kinds of threats, the police would be johnny on the spot…the child would be expelled and likely evaluated for mental illness…barred from access to the school and outcries of “Columbine” would be heard all over the place!! The double standard to protect these thugs is beyond the pale!

Yeah, she can’t get a fair trial in Dane County; everyone who works in the courts is on her side.

  35. Read my typing, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THIS WOMAN. She will never see the seats in a court room. The Dane County DA is a slug himself and he is NOT going to prosecute this nutcase.

But when he doesn’t, all the Congressmen who received her vile email should sue the DA for failure to do his job and demand he step down. If the Republicans are smart, they will make this a national story and go on every damn TV show they can find to show how Democrats are unwilling to protect them in Wisconsin. And they need to mention Gabby Giffords in every sentence.

  37. #36 Retire05 – sadly, I think you are correct – nothing will happen to her – it will be plea bargained down to some kind of community service requirement – which probably will mean stuffing envelopes down at the Union Hall.

If I was a state legislator, I would sue her in civil court for intentional infliction of emotional distress or some such action – and take every last dime she has. She is scum.

  38. And the first interest this pyscho lists is pyschology. Figures.

  39. trust me she wont spend a day in jail or get fired from her job

  40. Looking at her picture . . . . has anybody asked her “why the long face?”

  41. Katherine what did you do when they came for you? Bad girl! Bad girl!

Hey she can tell the judge that the union made her do it… that she was brain washed with all the hate that she had to experience, all those weeks with the distruction of the Captial Building, that every one was getting by with breaking the law so she thought that it was alright. She was supported by all the cops that helped destroy the beautiful Capital Building.

I feel so sorry for demo-rats just because they are so stupid!

  42. In my district, a teacher convicted of a felony is automatically terminated. Thank God
this loon will be removed from the classroom. Mental instability doesn’t look very
good on a resume. Eh. Maybe she can get some free sessions with daddy. Something
tells me this nutter will be uttering the phrase “do you want fries with that?”

  43. Did a real teacher write that illiterate broadside? Was an actual graduate of an institution of higher learning unable to put together a coherent, properly punctuated and paragraphed death threat?

Tsk tsk tsk. I’m sorry, you public employee union people, but we simply must insist upon higher quality thugs next time.

  44. The only thing I’ve ever threatened to do to a politician is take my vote and give it to someone else. That’s how we get real change.

  45. Kathy may have sent the email death threats, but she did not write them. She simply agreed to be a spear thrower for Obama . Someone in the Whitehouse wrote the death threats, and they needed someone to take the fall in sending them . This woman was given a promise there won’t be any prison time for being a devoted cult follower. She was also told this sacrificial show of communist party loyalty will benefit her future career advancement…

  46. Here’s an afterthought… it’s the possibility that some twisted ideologue like her might be indoctrinating in some local public school that makes me thankful I chose to teach my children at home. I suggest the same for anyone who wants to avoid losing their children to the insanity we now call ‘progressivism’ (the looney left). Take them out while there is still time.

  47. another one that didn’t hear obama’s speech in arizona. however she did go to the U of W at madison so she may have heard a few radical speeches there while an undergraduate.

  48. Gosh. She’s so pretty. I bet the butches in the joint will really appreciate her.

  49. Remember the prison guards are also public sector employees. This deranged woman will be treated as a hero in Taycheeda Womens prison. Maybe they can arrange her trial and appeals to allow her to have her summer off with pay before she has to report to jail.

  50. How wonderful for the corrupt state of Wisconsin. The KKK has been replaced there by Union goons. It’s only a matter of time when an Atticus Finch is defending some poor fellow in court who doesn’t want to belong to a union or doesn’t want a union sign in his store. Is this how far we have come in America. We must huddle in our homes for fear of getting lynched while union goons in their white hoods are outside burning crosses on our lawns. Might as well begin segregating the schools for union members and non-union member families. let’s not forget to install separate drinking fountains for those non-union folks while we’re at it.

  51. So…..with all the threatening emails the legislators in WI recieved…..this is the only one worthy of prosecution?

    Wow….I thought Chicago was corrupt.

  52. And since the bomb threat listed the State Capital as a target, didn’t those teachers put their students in grave danger by encouraging them to participate? Come to think of it I seem to recall Jesse Jackson and others encouraging those students after this nutcase made her threat. Remember Sterling Hall?

  53. Reason number 5 gazillion to Home School your children!

According to the complaint, Windels opened an email account under the name Lisa Patterson to send the threatening emails to the senators. Lisa , who has history with Windels, called the police on Windels in the fall for threatening text messages from Windels. I’d be concerned if I were Lisa Patterson…… It sounds like Windels has some major hate issues rather than being nuts… She’s not only threatening politicians but setting someone else up in the process! Her parents must be really proud….

  57. She said doing this is worth her life, so give the dumb b!tch life without parole.

  58. If Wisconsin has a zero tolerance policy for bullying, it has to apply to everybody in school. Period.

  59. She’s 26 living at home with her parents while she’s threatening people. How could you not know your child is like this? And how could an employer hire someone like this? This kind of behavior is hard to hide.

  60. Didn’t she learn anything about bomb threats on bathroom walls? The kids always get caught.

  61. I like how, when their party’s reps are the minority and so the votes don’t end in their favor and they don’t get their way, libturds accuse and complain of dictatorships. Katherine Retarded Windels called the Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker a dictator in her death threat email and libturds across the country called GW Bush a fascist dictator, even though Demonrats held the majority in Congress during the second half of his second term. The dumba$$es have pushed to turn this Republic into a democracy and still don’t recognize it to be democracy unless they’re getting their way.

Yet she’s worried about how she’ll pay for food, clothing and necessities for her non-existent family when she has to contribute to her own retirement/pension fund and will no longer be able to get pay raises on the based on the merits of the better Wisconsin teachers.

In addition to making death threats, she should be charged and convicted for being a whiny blowhard.

And who are the 300,000 people for whose rights she’s willing to martyr herself? Are there even 300,000 Wisconsinites?

  64. Will the Unions get her a Lawyer? and pay her legal fees
Will she get to keep her union teaching job as long as she attends Anger Managment classes?

  65. my first concern is that she works with children.

  66. Three years per offense eh? Have fun living down at the ol’ Tongue & Groove club, lady!

  67. Lock this union WHORE up and throw away the key. The beyotch shouldn’t be allowed within 2000 feet of any child, let alone into a classroom! And the stupid skank actually thought she’d get away with it!

  68. Imagine the uproar if WTF, Pelosi, and Reid each received this letter, The Libturds would go ballistic, Big Sis would make claims of a great Right wing conspiracy, the Tea Party accused of instigating insurrection, Holder would turn his attack dogs loose and accusation of a growing home grown terrorist threat by the Right would flood the airways. But then whats new.

  69. instead of any jail time, she will probably be forced to sit in one of those rubber rooms like they have in NYC where she can keep collecting her salary until she retires with full benefits and a hefty pension.

  70. I’m not sure if this is very relevant, but the woman’s father is not a psychiatrist, but a nurse practitioner practicing in downtown Madison:

    https://ghcscw.com/provider_details.asp?GRP_ID=52&ID=249

  71. OK, shes union, she sent the threats to Republicans, it should be a hoot to see how the Democraps spin this. I hope Soros is getting tired of cleaning up after his clueless children.

  72. Boggles the mind really….that someone this young, this promising, would risk their career…..their legacy, their families finanical security, their future….all for the purpose of their support for liberalism and Unions? Now she has a criminal record.

and so it goes, another one falls because of their unpure love for their Obama-idol.

Who in their right mind would risk everything all for that?

    Worth repeating:

    LIBERALISM = HATE = INTOLERANCE = RACISM = DISEASE

    but I repeat myself.

  73. Katherine what did you do when they came for you? Bad girl! Bad girl!

    _____________

As I have pointed out repeatedly, all across the country the School of Education draws in the bottom of the barrel students. My university, my daughter’s university, and probably yours too. When I walked out with my last sheepskin 16 or 17 years ago a full 25% of incoming education majors could not pass either Basic Math 1 or Basic Reading 1, indicating that they could not read &/or compute at even a third grade level.

Teachers are required to take a class in how to teach math but not to know any. The same goes for science. At my uni a single science “survey” class that did not fulfill the requirements for any other major was good enough. In short, they are required to know a gazillion ways to teach something but not the first thing to actually teach – including spelling and grammar. Some schools don’t even bother to teach that anymore. Spelling and grammar are “so old fashioned in this computer age” you know!

  76. Asked if she intended to follow through on any of her threats, Windels told the investigators “No,” according to the complaint.

Like she’ll admit yes……..Of course she intended to follow through. She and her group would do this in a heartbeat her letter said.

This is a serious crime. Death threats are not to be taken lightly.

Throw the book at her for threatening to kill a couple dozen State Officials and their family members, in writing, no less.

NO EXCUSES! THEY HAVE THE PROOF OF HER OWN ADMISSION. LOCK HER UP! She is a danger to society.

  77. Now they need to arrest the remainder of her ‘group’.

  78. The cobbler’s children have no shoes and the psychiatrist’s daughter has serious mental health issues! She is a monu”mental” Goonion!

  79. From the timeline in the complaint it looks like she penned this thing to one Rep Senator, then sent it to a couple more and then finally cc’d the whole caucus. Yes, it is curious that she either didn’t think this was a crime or didn’t think it could be traced to her (or she is a media kamikaze for her side) but even moreso in that this was not a heat-of-the-moment blunder as they already have proposed. Does anyone recall the “therapist” from New England who had “accidentally” killed her brother with a shotgun in her youth? Come to find out later she had shot him three times. The MO is always to take that old “reasonable doubt” and “presumption of innocence” and walk away with whatever scalps they can collect. There is no doubt at this point, reasonable or otherwise. The Left, collectively, is insane and dangerously so.

  81. After reading available news articles about this woman, I find no mention that she is a member of any union or teaches in a public school, or that she’s a Democrat. Where exactly do you people get your “facts” that this woman is either, or do you just assume? Most of these comments are laughable at best. You denounce her for her hate filled email, then spew the same hate back at her and others. If you are so morally superior, why do you lower yourself to her level? This woman needs help, and obviously, so do a number of posters here.

  82. It’s pretty simple to find out whether she did it or not. Just check the IP addresses.

She must be one of those… noobs… who thinks they are anonymous on the internet. A lot of people think that. Guess what. You’re not. You leave a path which, for anyone who knows what he’s doing, is easy to follow.

Some people even keep copies of their emails on their HDs.

Basically, I’m inclined to say that she has to admit she did it, because the evidence against her will be enormous.

What she should do after this is: unplug her internet, give her computer away and stay the heck away from this stuff forever, since she’s clearly too flipping stupid for any of this.

And no, it doesn’t matter what she studied or how intelligent some people (including herself) may think she is. If you work just one single day in tech support you can see how stupid even PhDs can be when it comes to anything computer related.

  83. read the editorial on page 14 of the WSJ today – April 1, 2011 – and see how the UNION thugs are threatening Wisconsin businessmen and in the same article in Indiana only 1,490 union boys and gals are still paying union dues after the current Gov did away with the closed shop rules. This is down from 16,408. This is what the UNION big wigs and the DEMOCRATS are really afraid of. If they can plunder the union money there is no money for Obama and CO.

  84. @#93 eye of truth-

“I find no mention that she is a member of any union or teaches in a public school, or that she’s a Democrat.”-fair enough, but there’s such a thing as circumstantial evidence and making educated guesses based upon experience. I’ll wager we’ll find out she is a union member (or was) and a democrat…we’ll see. As far as a practicing teacher, she has a teacher’s degree and work experience in preschool so it’s just semantics with you I suppose.

“You denounce her for her hate filled email, then spew the same hate back at her and others.”-ah, your leftist viewpoint is revealing it’s ugly head. No, our postings are in no way like hers. Did we threaten to kill you? Kill your family? Will any of our posts warrant a police officier to investigate any threats of physical harm to a democrat or congressman? No, I didn’t think so.

eyeoftruth you are not. You should change it to dumbblindliberal. And to think I figured all that out just from your little rant.

  85. I would love to see what would happen if someone was ‘just upset’ and decided to ‘blow off some steam’ in a death threat email to the President? That would obviously make national news and that person would most certainly be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I was wavering in my mind of what to do with my children’s education when they’re old enough to attend school. This whole thing has convinced me that the right thing to do is home school my kids. Its the only way they won’t be brainwashed by the left.

  86. @ Jerry C – way to take it to dumbblindliberal — I mean eyeoflies — I mean eyeoftruth!

  87. The facebook page I saw referenced to her had a solidarity communist fist and an “I was there” message. It looks like her mom is a school psychologist in Madison and her dad is a nurse who works to integrate physical and mental health. Also if you search under her name an open records adoption record comes up on the first page and if it is the same person it looks like she was adopted after a 14 year old gave her up at birth. Also from what someone posted earlier she used a women’s name whom she had been harassing to set up the account and send the email. So, all in all, this must be pretty concerning for the parents who had their children, let alone their pets, in her care.

  88. I’m sure that she’ll cop a temporary insanity plea and that it is Gov Walker’s fault. Discusting.

  89. Does anyone know what the mug shot from 2004 the tv stations are using was all about? She must have been arrested for something back in ’04.

  90. The defendant will almost certainly plead guilty to one felony and one misdemeanor, and the State will drop the other two charges in exchange for her guilty plea. (She is charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors.) It is very likely that she will receive a suspended sentence and be placed on probation for three to five years.

Conditions of the probation will likely be that she gets therapy for her anger-control issues, does not work with children because of her emotional instability, reports to a probation officer at least once a month, pays all court costs, and pays a fine. In addition, she may have a curfew and ban on alcohol consumption.

If she fails to meet the terms of her probation in any way, it can be revoked, the prison sentence for the felony reinstated, and she can be remanded to prison.

  91. Update:

Holder just contacted the DA and they’ve agree to drop charges in exchange for Windels’ participation in a program chartered under the Giffords New Civility Implementation Plan. She’ll visit middle schools and explain to classrooms full of children why Scott Walker drove her to this and ultimately why the Republicans deserved it. Then the book deal…

    oh wait,
sorry I was looking into the future again.
I forgot the rest of you can’t do that.

  92. TammyChicago,
not even that. I have a nephew who got into trouble when he was 18 and he’s been turned down for jobs by McDonald’s, Burger King, even Wal-mart.

Assuming she is convicted of anything (and I agree she will likely never do time over this), I don’t know where she could work. I do think it is the duty of all conservatives in the area to keep tabs on her going forward and get her fired from every job she takes. Hey, she’s already on the dole, and welfare is a sight less than a teacher’s salary!

The problem with activists like this lady is they feel protected while trying to make the rest of us feel unprotected. She has to be made to feel unprotected.

“Kill the chicken and let the monkeys see it.”
    (Yeah, I quoted Mao Zedong)

  93. eyeoftruth, your reading comprehension is apparently that of a gorilla. And I somehow feel that I must apologize to all gorillas on this planet.

    The same hate?

I don’t see anyone screaming that she should be killed.

    Try again.

  94. Interesting to notice that she is a psychology major.
I don’t think she has to worry about her next job; she will get plenty of offers from the unions leadership.

  95. Holy crap nutjob, batman.

  96. If she walks, are we to assume her rantings are protected speech, and therefore the letter is deemed appropriate communication with the White House? Of course not but Holder is going to really have to bend reality to give her protection as a minority under his new guide lines of justice in WTF’s world.

Well I’m sure WTF will say she is uniquely qualified to write such trash.

  98. Just another union thug/goon and it’s ridiculous how Dane County, a refuge for human garbage and scum, seems to think it runs the entire state of Wisconsin. What a joke…!

  99. These motherfrakkers want to take away our freedom to travel.

  100. If that would have been a Tea Party person, there would have been an arrest, a perp walk, name and face plastered all of the news, twenty-four seven, and whether true or not they would have been part of some redneck, nazi, white supremist party. In other words, they would have FINISHED. this chik hasn’t even been arrested. hm…………………..

    You were saying…?

  102. It sounds like this woman may already be in the classroom:

Windels’ social media pages say she is an elementary school teacher in Madison.

[...]Windels threatened to kill Republicans and their families in her email, and said she would shoot them in the head.

“Me being a father of two small children; it was very upsetting to me,” Assembly Speaker Jeff Fitzgerald said.

Fitzgerald received several threats during the chaos at the Capitol. [...]He received another death threat on Thursday.

  103. One question: Is it Katherine R. Windels or Katherine A. Windels? Are they the same person?

  104. Well one copy of that e-mail to WTF would sure get Big Sis’s panties in a knot, yet nine or better to Republicans and not a whimper out of DC.

  105. Any bets she gets no time in jail and pays no fine?

  106. I already know how this will turn out. All charges will be dropped and she will get off scott free. Nobody will do anything to stop her from teaching. On the other hand, if she had been a Tea Party member, the pitchforks and lynch mob in the media would be all over this, demanding that she be sent to trial.

  107. ++

oh, ya never know, there may be another Republican nut like Loughner out there waiting to cinch a career.. oh wait, he was a Democrat, and he shot and killed 6 people, including a Republican Judge and a nine year old girl born on 9/11.. his parents were Jewish, hid mother worked in law enforcement, and the sheriff felt sorry for him so he ignored the telltale signs, the very signs the sheriffs own sister warns others to look out for signs of which may help stop someone like Jared from going ballistic..

liberalism in a nuts hell, which reminds me,
they freed the killer whale again.. :-(

  109. She’s not a Wisconsin teacher and not a Wisconsin union member. A Wisconsin teacher is someone with at least a 4 year college degree who is certified/licensed by the state. At most she works in a day care center and even that much is pure speculation. Please stick to facts.

  110. Wisborn #133 – Milwaukee’s TMJ4 News reports that “Windels’ social media pages say she is an elementary school teacher in Madison.” Is that fact enough for you?
    http://www.todaystmj4.com/news/local/119035264.html

  111. The new term I’ve coined for the Democrats is “Demothug” A Demothug is the result of the Union/Democratic party marriage.

Used in a sentence “Excuse me while I wipe my Demothug” or “I’ve really got to take a Democrap”

    Childish I know, but fitting!

  112. What’s the matter Wisborn? Are you a teacher and a union member? Are you embarassed?

Wow, I didn’t think lefties were capable of that emotion.

But you keep trying to minimize the damage this woman represents to your cause. So much for peaceful protesters just trying to get through life and barely able to get by. Couple this with the thuggish, bullying behavior by the unions to WI businesses and Americans can draw their own conclusions.

  113. She certainly thinks of herself as a teacher:

Practicum experiences at Orchard Ridge Nursery School, Meeting House Nursery School, Wexford Head Start, and Red Caboose Nursery School. Worked with children ages 1-6 in preschool and kindergarten classrooms. Applied child development theory to practice. Observed, recorded, and assessed children’s growth and development. Implemented developmentally appropriate guidance strategies. Intregrated my knowledge of health, safety and nutrition practices into the classroom setting according to local, state, and national standards. Developed and used interpersonal skills to develop respectful relationships with children and adults. Advocated for children, families, and the profession.

  114. Would Wisborn prefer the woman be considered the spawn – or under the tutelage – of Barry’s favorite domestic terrorists, Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers?

Windels sure brings to mind Dohrn, once on FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List and said re the Manson Family murderers, “They stuck a fork in one of them? Cool!” and husband, Ayers, who said, “We didn’t do enough.”

And despite their histories, both made it – for decades? – into the classroom…no?

Oh, there’s no chance this woman might be teaching our children – now or in the future. How can I be so sure?

Barry made sure we have a really great Safe Schools Czar!

Another day, another threat. Oh, Wisborn, apparently the Wisconsin State Journal is a part of the vast right wing conspiracy to state that the evil emailer is a teacher. Who Knew?

  116. This woman was not a Wisconsin TEACHER. You cannot get a teaching certificate in the state of Wisconsin with only 2 years of education.

  117. J…..
something about brevity being the soul of wit!!!!
    you made my day.
    bahahahaaaaaaaaa

  118. In Wisconsin: For a Class H Felony, the penalty is a fine of up to $10,000, or imprisonment of up to 6 years, or both. Such a serious matter can’t be trusted to be prosecuted to the fullest by Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne. Anything Governmental coming out of Dane County has the smell of corruption, therefore the state needs to take over this prosecution. State Attorney General J.B Van Hollen find a way to get this case into your jurisdiction and put this thug teacher wanna-be away for the max and no deals.

  119. This woman is a teacher in the same way a nurse is a doctor and an oral hygienist a dentist.

  120. With teachers clearly the enemy, why don’t parents keep their children home from school? And teachers could go into something else–something that doesn’t make them evil just for wanting a decent wage. Would that solve most of the problems discussed here?
