“O Allah, Burn Him and Burn the American Island Just as You Burned the Japanese”

Evidently, the Islamists aren’t too happy about wackadoodle pastor Terry Jones torching the Koran after a mock trial last weekend.

They want him dead.

Supporters of the religious political party Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam shout slogans against the recent reported burning of the Koran in Florida while rallying through Peshawar March 24, 2011. The Christian preacher Terry Jones, who after international condemnation last year canceled a plan to burn copies of the Koran to mark the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on the United States, supervised the burning of the Muslim holy book in front of a crowd of about 30 people at an obscure church in Florida on Sunday, media reports said. The banner reads, “Hang the crusader pastor who disgraced the holy Koran.” (REUTERS/Fayaz Aziz))

The pastor is already being threatened with death.

On March 22, a jihadist posted provided maps showing the location of Gainesville and gave pictures of Terry Jones, and inciting for his “slaughter.” In response, one jihadist wrote: “May Allah burn him and the [United] States with him. I hope someone pours gasoline and burns this devil”, and another wrote: “O Allah, burn him and burn the American island just as you burned the Japanese, and show us the wonders of Your Power and Invincible Mightiness.”

There’s also already a $2.2 million fatwa on his head.

As a follow up… Pastor Jones announced this week that he is going to protest the Dearborn Islamist Center on April 22.
