Now we know what they do when they’re not at work…

Wisconsin State Rep. Gordon Hintz told reporters today that his arrest for sexual misconduct is a distraction from larger issues facing the state.
The Chicago Tribune reported:
State Rep. Gordon Hintz says he is willing to take responsibility for his actions after he was cited this month for sexual misconduct.
Records say the Oshkosh Democrat was arrested Feb. 10. The 37-year-old was accused of violating a City of Appleton ordinance of touching or offering to touch sexual parts.
In a statement e-mailed to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Hintz says, “I am willing to take responsibility for my actions.” But he says he is concerned his “personal situation is distracting from the much more important issue facing the state.” Thousands of demonstrators are protesting daily at the Wisconsin state Capitol over a budget repair bill.
Appleton police say the citation was issued in conjunction with an ongoing investigation of Heavenly Touch Massage Parlor in Appleton. Messages left with Hintz’s office and home were not immediately returned.
The democrat’s arrest is connected to an Appleton prostitution sting.

Fear not! Since this fine upstanding public servant is a Democrat, absolutely nothing will become of this unfortunate misunderstanding between consenting adults.
Buffalobob commented:
Hey Gordon, you should have hid out with the state senators. Hell they may even be getting massages while they are on retreat.
toongoon commented:
You’re right idiot, you should resign, the state should not be distracted by your inability to conduct yourself in a decent manner. Laws are made for democrats too. A republican would be chased out by the republicans, but democrats use these occations for an orgy.
Kenny Solomon commented:
Can’t comment.
Too busy laughing.
moron commented:
Entrapment. Cited for touching at Heavenly “Touch” Massage Parlor. Don’t know all the facts yet I can’t remember the last time I sided with a Democrat. Oh wait, I very tightly held my nose and voted for HRC in the Dem primary, then of course held my nose and voted for RINO McCain in the election. Against the law to touch a prostitute?
gus commented:
Moron. Thank you for your honesty. You are a moron.
Ruz commented:
I suspected he was a Democrat when his political affiliation wasn’t mentioned until the third paragraph.
Militant Conservative commented:
Happy ending democrat. LOL. Usually a resume enhancer now a job killer.

Absolutely no way this guy is going to step down unless the Right Wing blogs take up the charge and make this VERY public.
Ginger commented:
I’m telling you right now that the Wisconsin senators are hideing out at “mans world ” in Chicago. hahahaha I typed in more of what I wanted to say but thought it best to back space. Hahaha I do that a lot here lately.

Distracting. LMAO.
xqqme commented:
For a Democrat this is a badge of honor.
jainphx commented:
When R’s get caught in something like this, they resign! Dem’s, hell they get re-elected in a landslide. They have no shame, none, zero, nada.
Allen commented:
You’ve got the guy on a criminal charge. That should be enough to pick him up in any state now. Just stop by the capital on the way to the jail and they’ll have their quorum.
Allen commented:
Following up on my own thought, wouldn’t it be awesome to see his name in the paper as the dem that created the quorum because he was under arrest for prostitution? He’d be the highest profile Dem in the state.
jennifer commented:
for Democrats any kind of misconduct is always just a ‘distraction’.
Sheesh! commented:
Taking lessons from the Goracle?

Write this one down, folks.
And if an appropriate time in the future materializes, fling it back in the Democrats’ face.
Navin R Johnson commented:
No happy ending for him!
(ba-dum-bum)
Connie commented:
Well…at least he didn’t say he was “hiking the Appalachian Trail.” So why is it a happy ending for the Democrat and the happy hiker is still in office? Or how about OUR happy hiker….John Ensign…I could go on and on and ON and on…
jaycee commented:
is he wearing eyeliner in that pic?!
kato commented:
Yes, it’s a distraction, but according to Suki, the proprietress of the massage parlor, it’s not a big one.
the Boodge commented:
Is it just me or does it look like this guy has makeup on?
David E. Steelman commented:
He touched but didn’t fondle or grope kinda like Clinton Smoked pot but didn’t inhale
Blacque Jacques Shellacque commented:

Not to excuse Sanford’s disgraceful conduct, but he wasn’t arrested for anything.

Just another scumbag LibDem… moving on…

apparently he is out of touch with his constituents

It never ceases to amaze me how the mainstream media doesn’t seem to mention many of the stories I read about on this website. Jim — YOU ROCK!!!

He may have touched a prostitute, but Walker is definitely screwing Wisconsin up it’s backside. Bend over, boys – here he comes again.

“I am willing to take responsibility for my actions.”
Wow, you willing to take responsibility for you actions just like anybody else! That’s very decent of you!
ogee commented:
Let me guess. He saw the arrest coming so he used the budget as an excuse to run.
I guess only Repubs have rules they must live by.
TimothyJ commented:
I think it was the senators that ran. This guy is in the house.
Estragon commented:
It’s all just a big misunderstanding – move along, people, nothing to see here.
He probably thought the “Heavenly Touch Massage Parlor” was a religious institution, and was engaged in the laying on of hands when the authorities happened by.
Trialdog commented:
This does not sound like a “happy ending” to me. Huh.
bandit commented:
he is willing to take responsibility for his actions
Then go directly to jail. Do not pass GO do not collect $200.
asdf commented:
Can the state legislature use this to give him the boot and change the number of people needed for a quorum? Or swear in a replacement, who is then On the Floor and Present and can force business to be done?
If nothing else, even pushing for this unsuccessfully seems to be a win for the GOP. The Dems are in massage parlors shutting down the government. If he resigns, it could be used to get the government up and running– and the story of how it was accomplished (democrat corruption undoes their own corrupt protest) helps The Message.
MN Jim commented:
Bill Clinton and Al Gore set the bar really, really low for moral turpitude.
bobdog commented:
But…but…it’s just about sex. That’s an affirmative defense if you’re a Democrat. If you’re a Republican, not so much.

This scraping of the barrel bottom democrat is safe. no one will ever hear about it. But those who have are not surprised of the depths that a democrat will stoop.
max commented:
I’m shocked, absolutely shocked I tell you. The Trib actually identified the party affiliation of a democrat charged with a crime? My how the world is changing.
concerned citizan commented:
@sexed crazed poodle He has a right hand, why can’t he use Mary Palm and leave the unwilling women alone
SturJen commented:
To the person that said this was ‘entrapment’ go take a look at the mugshots of these so-called ladies. The madam looks like she’s been rode hard and put away wet too many times (pun intended) Entrapment? I don’t think so. I do believe that there might have been some drugs and/or alcohol involved. No decent man would touch those frightful women sober.
lonnie commented:
Was the woman a Wi. school teacher?
ItsMe YeahMe commented:
Unfortunately, this guy is in the Assembly.
We need quorum in the Senate. There is, however, an effort under way to recall the Dem Senators who are eligible for recall (unfortunately, they have to have at least one year into their current term).
H1Rules commented:
Hey these people aren’t the brightest bulbs in the box, most of them think rules and law are for other people. I am pretty sure this is not the last time we will hear about this guy.
kansas commented:
This distraction of him trying to get screwed is a distraction from him trying to screw the taxpayers.
IAmRight commented:
The thing that jumped out for me in this report is that the government regulates sexual conduct in WI massage parlors? The government decides what sexual conduct is proper? First of all, how does the government know there was sexual misconduct? Was there a camera? Adultery is obviously sexual misconduct. Is that also against the law in WI?
If he went to a massage parlor and some newspaper reported it, fine. It makes him look icky and voters should know. But for the government to get involved with this? Are taxpayers really funding the government to make sure people conduct themselves properly in massage parlors? No wonder we are going broke!!
Catmann commented:
I believe this person was fulfilling the requirement for membership in the Democratic Party.
rph1045 commented:
Isn’t this the senator or congressman, that told last week to the lady congresswoman you are dead If it is he should be thrown out of his seat asap
jimmyjimmyj commented:
I do not care what political party Hintz belongs to. If he is guilty of the prostitutiion thing then he needs to be removed PERIOD! If he is not guilty then he needs to be removed for telling another congresswoman what he did. Either way he needs to be removed. Stupidity is in both parties and if each party would help clean their own house it would be a much better place to be. These people are supposed to be representative of their populations.
