The teachers will be back in school today along with Wisconsin students.
Wisc News reported:
Wisconsin Education Association Council President Mary Bell told teachers who do not have Monday off as a holiday to return to their classrooms.
Teachers whose contract does include Presidents Day as a holiday should come to Madison to continue to demonstrate, she said Sunday in a conference call with the media.
“As Monday and Tuesday roll on, people who are supposed to be in class will be in class, and we will see what the week brings,” she said.
