Obama Defends Union Thugs From Republican Governor’s “Assault” (Video)

Barack Obama defended the public employee union thugs today. Under Republican Governor Scott Walker’s plan, public employees would have to increase their pension payments by 8%. This is not even close to what private employees pay. The unions would also strip government workers, including school teachers, of nearly all collective bargaining rights.
Scott Walker is a hero.

“Some of what I’ve heard coming out of Wisconsin, where you’re just making it harder for public employees to collectively bargain generally, seems like more of an assault on unions,” President Obama told TMJ4 in Milwaukee.

Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) said Friday his proposals were necessary to help the state overcome the $137 million hole in the current budget, and eventually help the state make up the $3.6 billion shortfall projected for the next biennial budget.

Of course, talking to Obama about deficits and debt is like talking to 5 year-old child about Chinese algebra.

“Assault” is what I and millions of other non-entitlement-oriented Americans feel whenever President Chicago opens his mouth.

He is so focused on maintaining the full unencumbered fatness of his union comrades that he has refuses to wake up to the fact that non-union Americans have had to sacrifice far, FAR more than Gov Walker’s proposed minor measures.

Gov. Walker should go in front of cameras again and sternly declare – “Pres. Obama, you are continuing to destroy American’s fiscal health. you have increased the burden of debt to a couple of American generations down the line. you have increased the national debt and increase the deficit higher and faster than any other US President in History. I will not do the same to the people of Wisconsin.”

do that, and walker guarantees himself another term as Gov of Wisconsin.

I heard that he, Clinton, and the State Department have some type of cyber revolution going on with the Muslim Brotherhood right from the State Department. Your tax dollars at work. If the union members just stopped wasting millions on paying of liberals and Obigears and stopped paying dues. They would have no cuts and still be a union just fire their leaders who protect worthless employees and waste their dues.

I say thats a win win…pay the partial benefits from the union dues and fire leaders… they would be better off and the country wins because libs no longer get union cash to screw the country over

This reminds me of Gov Jan Brewer and Arizona and the immigration law….Brewer was trying to do what was good for the safety and security of her state and all of its residents, and you have this enemy in the whitehouse declaring war on Arizona, suing the state even, and reporting it as a violation of human rights to the United Nations??????

And now, he is going against Wisconsin, which is doing its best to survive the economic disaster that HE created, all to favor these unions which are destroying our productivity?

Can there be any more vile disgusting man who claims to be our president? Who is at war with our own states, our own American citizens, all in the name of protecting unions, who give him lots and lots of money? the amount of corruption is appalling.

it would be very detrimental to Obama’s approval rating if all states with GOP governorship and/or legislatures do something that causes Obama to go in front of a camera and declare his opposition to it (whatever “it” may be).

if Obama is protesting what majority of the states within the Union is doing, then it can have a bigger downward effect on Obama’s approval ratings…and the more Obama opens his mouth in front of cameras, the more usable footage the GOP have in 2012 election. Obama can keep being the gift that keeps on giving for the conservative ascendancy.

Public unions are oppressing me, a hard-working middle class taxpayer. I am being forced to contribute to pay for cushy benefits for those richer than I am, while not having those benefits myself. If I was a parent whose kid had a teacher that drug my kids out to protest for them while those teachers abdicated their responsibility, I would be demanding that teacher be fired and never allowed to teach again. The actions of the teachers proves that it is NOT about the kids, it is all about THEM and their UNION. So much for the claim “It’s about the children” by the left.

So while all of the Arab world runs the risk of burning, Obama chooses, once again, to attack the states. Hell, the man can’t even act as president, now he thinks he is some kind of universal state governor?

they closed the Madison etc schools because of fog. It is in this am radio news report. They could not tell the truth that the call in for illness were fraud.admin told this story.sure there was some fog.but never closed them before based on a paltry fog bank.

There must be a way to impeach him, he’s ruined 20,000+ jobs in LA because of the oil spill last year, his justice dept does not respond to the injunctions for his moratorium on off shore drilling in the US and has cost us, the consumers a fortune to heat our homes and put gas in our cars. He’s also ignored the January 31 injunction for that horrible health care deform bill being declared unconstitutional by Judge Vinson.

How many times did the nightly news lead with the price of gas when George W Bush was POTUS vs how many times it has led with it when Obama is POTUS? I don’t think it’s been mentioned by the lame stream media at all.
