This was JUST AWFUL…
A far left union thug assaulted young conservative, and friend, Tabitha Hale today at a protest by a Communications Workers of America at the offices of Freedom Works.
What horrible people.

By the way… Freedom Works received death threats last year and have to move their offices across town in Washington DC. That obviously didn’t stop the far left from attacking them.

Remember, the CWA represents workers from AT & T as well as Verizon. And this was the same union that brought about the CWA vs. Beck SCOTUS case. Not that anyone in the CWA ever pays attention to federal laws. They don’t.
For months before Obamacare was passed, my husband got weekly notices from his CWA local (he is now retired and no longer pays dues) to don a red CWA t-shirt and get out to convince Americans what a great deal Obamacare was going to be. But once it was passed, and we finally got to see “what was in it”, the union stopped sending out newsletters touting the bill. Now the CWA is one of the unions that has been granted an exemption from Obamacare.
Fortunately, Texas is a right to work state and many AT & T workers are leaving the CWA. It’s membership has fallen. Maybe having working members learn how the CWA screwed the retired membership last contract has something to do with that.

As them if they are aware that the head of the AFL-CIO, Gerald McEntee, is being paid $479,328/yr plus benefits and expenses. Ask them if they know what a “dues paying only” member is and if they like their union dues being spent for Democratic campaigns and not to provide them with a strike fund in case they go out on strike. Ask them if they like the fact that the union they belong to were part of the 10-02-10 rally along with the Communist Party of America.
Most union members are blind to the activities of their unions. They simply think that by belonging to a union, they have job protection. They are unaware that their dues are being pilfered to support Democrat candidates and not to protect them.
Perhaps it is time Americans go on strike and refuse to do business with any company that is a “closed” shop, i.e. union membership is required to hold the job.
After 31 years of seeing my husband’s paycheck having union dues deducted automatically, and the union not doing one damn thing for him that he could not have achieved himself, my hatred for the CWA knows no bounds.

I gotta comment about the cop-bashing, but first I think the union wuss (self-edit) needed a kick right to the peas. Good chance I would have had I been there; his assumption was that no one was man enough to stand up to him, so he could get away with it.
Now onto the cop comment. Apparently, many folks are under the impression that all cops belongs to unions, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Big cities on the coasts may have to deal with police unions and all that comes with them, but most officers are members of fraternal associations that have no union ties, no bargaining rights, and are barred by law from striking. Just because these men and women are employed by a government entity does not mean they receive publicly funded pensions. If you didn’t plan for your own retirement with 401s ,457s or other savings, you will spend your golden years being a security guard until the day you die.
The cops I know would love to “get some” of that azzclown, and chances are he’d pee his pants if it happened. So please don’t lump all cops in with union wusses and other associated rabble. As for me, I’m with you guys!

First, if this happens, call the police and file an assault and battery charge. Not only do you have a tape, there are eye witnesses who can attest to the events. The video of some union thug in cuffs on his way to jail would be wonderful publicity. If you make a criminal charge, the police will arrest him.
Second, if you have a concealed weapons permit, leave your gun at home. In a crowded area, an innocent bystander is likely to be injured and a push (unless it’s over a cliff) is not justification for deadly force. Read the trolls’ comments above. It would be evidence of “right wing violence,” something that doesn’t exist. If you want protection, buy a can of pepper spray. Third, most labor union members are paying dues because they had to to get the job. They would love to keep their money rather than having it used by unions to buy democrat politicians. If you are a good employee, any protection the union may provide is already law. Only the poor performers, slackers and unintelligent employees need the unions. They are the suckers here.
Finally, the union-democrat alliance is coming apart at the seams. With the republican gains and the budget problems public employee unions are on their way to extinction.

BadCat’s Reply: Obviously, it burns you to read a commentary that denounces the personal cowardice of those who have stood watching whilst thugs did harm to their fellow Conservatives, and who did no more than bleat. I have done no more than speak the truth about the issue of thugs being emboldened by the timidity of TP people, etc, who scatter like sheep when a wolf comes in.

Kenneth Gladney was beaten into a wheel chair and not one person near that event raised a hand to stop it. The lad could just as well have been beaten to death, and his survival had nothing at all to do with any help he got from his false friends.

Indeed, I’m not the world cop, as Militant Conservative complains in his angst.
But while Militant Conservative prattles on about his combat training and his views of legality, I see a moral coward at best, and a subversive at the worst – whose intent is to establish himself as a tactical authority that plucks at the sleeves of those who simply will not suffer a fellow patriot to be harmed. He does more for the thugs than decent people accosted by them.
Further, Militant Conservative’s claim that he might be amongst those who train and work with police smacks of a pure and plain adolescent level of bullsh1t flung in the attempt to make himself seem grand. And his accusation that I am a ‘bomb thrower’ betrays his upset that I am correct and that he has no intellectual or moral defense for his insistence that no one should be willing or prepared to step in and stop an act of violence against an innocent.
This said, I can observe with absolute certainty that MC is no one I’d want at my side in a trouble.
As for your claim, Red Beard, that I might be insulting people who would stand with me should I be attacked…I doubt that I am in any great danger, overall, of insulting too many brave lads amongst TP and other Conservative groups.
I have attended too many rallies and seen too many people turn their backs on, or back up from, or run away from violence about to be done on their fellows.
When I have confronted a thug, it has always been a situation where other people were turning away, and always with the full expectation that I was on my own and if I was done in, there would be an audience of gaspers and gawkers and a YouTube video, and not fk all, after that. Except, perhaps, commentary by those who would denounce me for having resisted evil when I should have just given it what it wanted.
I have never looked for a trouble or thought myself a hero. It’s more that I could not live with it if I was present and could have at least tried…and did not, and some innocent that I claimed loyalty to in Freedoms cause was tore up or killed. Clearly, some people could walk away or watch quite comfortably. But that’s what’s in their hearts and heads. Not mine.
These days, I tend to avoid the political gatherings. Not that I cant share the politics. More that I know what’s coming. I can’t prevent it. And I can’t stop it.
What I am saying, is no more than I have always said.
And I have always said that TP people, etc…need to quit being bleating sheep.
It does not require any miracle from on high or any kind of permission slip to have a set of balls and stand up to evil. And every time that a union thug or any other thug from any other group can wade in amongst you (speaking openly to TP people, etc) and do harm with absolute assurance of impunity, that act is boasted about in their circles, others of far worse natures are encouraged, the violence escalates, and sooner or later the real psychopaths are gonna be attracted and people will die.
It isn’t a matter of ‘if’. It’s just a matter of ‘when’.
And you can shut your eyes as tight as you want in the face of evil, lasses and lads.
But I’ll tell you something: Evil still sees you. And it isn’t going away until it forced.
That is a natural fact.
Last…I will say again, for the sake of clarity, that did not address anyone on this thread directly.
I merely denounced the majority of TP and other cowards. Especially, I denounced the young and stout lad in the video featured, who just bawled about the actions of the thug and did nothing else.
The very few irritated responses I have gotten on this thread are interesting…when you consider the parable about the barking of guilty dogs.
