I watch their show every morning because if there is one “official” propaganda arm of the left and the administration, this is it. Everything else on that network in noisy jibberish, but I always try to pay attention to the salient points coming out of that show because that’s where the day’s trial balloons pass through. As anyone who watches regularly can attest, Mika is constantly on her Blackberry during the show texting with “sources” from the administration giving her real-time talking points throughout the broadcast. It’s kind of surreal watching this but, useful if viewed in the proper context.
This being said, let’s see where Schmo’s closing comment on Afghanistan leads us. I believe he may have dropped a hint there indicating the Dems may be looking at a unilateral pull-out that could become a wedge issue between Republicans and Democrats in 2012 used to fire up the liberal base, as well as divide the deficit hawking conservatives, libertarians, and independents who quit supporting the Democrats in droves in 2010 due to their unbridled spending.
