He had to play politics tonight with the shooting.
Unfortunately, this disgraced hack forgot to mention the long history of leftist violence during his rant.
Olbermann blamed Palin, Jesse Kelley, Allen West, Bill O’Reilly, Sharron Angle, the tea party and Glenn Beck for the shootings today by a Marx-supporting liberal lunatic.
Truly, there is no one on TV who can match this man’s hateful rhetoric.

I’m glad you can accept propaganda (especially apparently of the Left-wing kind) so willingly but maybe you shouldn’t. Their job is to look at the facts and evidence and deliver opinions consistent with those facts and evidence. Selectively using facts and evidence and completely ignoring inconvenient facts and evidence — especially in the immediate aftermath of tragic incidents like todays — is not responsible nor is it ethical. Their desire to deliver blame against conservatives for what happened today while ignoring evidence and without even hearing any comments from the suspect is irresponsible. The type of “analysis” Olbermann did tonight should have been held back until more information is known, though even then he would undoubtedly ignore any facts of evidence inconsistent with his views. See, many of us on the Right were willing to wait for the evidence to properly analyze today’s events but we have had to spring into action defend ourselves and our ideology because the Left was on “Attack” mode immediately after today’s tragic incident occurred.

That doesn’t even make sense. Hold people accountable? When is the last time Olbermann REALLY held anyone on the Left accountable for anything other than not being liberal enough? What you should have wrote is that Olbermann thinks his responsibility is to hold conservatives accountable, whether they are actually accountable or not, while minimizing or ignoring any culpability on the part of liberals. At best, like in tonight’s segment, he feigns a bipartisan tone for a second here and there in between his vicious and uncalled for attacks on conservatives. The Right has their share of commentators that do the same thing, but I wouldn’t try to argue that it’s intellectually honest or that it’s “responsible,” like you’re trying to do here.

Well said. I agree wholeheartedly with this analysis based on the available evidence. But I’ll reserve my final judgment until I hear all the available evidence, including any statements the suspect makes publicly and to the police. I wish others, especially those on the Left, had done this instead of trying to gain political advantage and immediately affix blame for today’s tragic events.
