A Culture of Violence… Obama’s OFA Members Vow: We Will Hang Republicans

Obama supporters in New Hampshire promised to hang Republicans this week.
The NH Journal reported, via Instapundit:

Amidst a national dialogue about softening political rhetoric, members of an Obama-affiliated organization are threatening to hang Granite State Republicans in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, according to a news story in the Citizen of Laconia.

“They’re going to hang themselves,” said Belknap Democratic Chair Ed Allard of Republicans. “And we’re going to help them.”

Allard’s threat came during a meeting of despondent Democrats in Belknap County on Thursday evening. The meeting was hosted by President Obama’s Organizing for America.

Allard’s remarks come at a time when some in the national Democratic Party have attempted to blame conservative rhetoric for the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Gifford in Tuscon, Az. earlier this month.

I’ve said the complaints about common phrases is childish when the left does it, its no better when the right does it. If you’ve never heard the phrase they used before, than you need to spend less time writing a blog and more time reading books.

I seem to recall that simply leaving a noose on someone’s door will provoke an FBI investigation and cries of hate speech.

This article is just another in a long line articles pointing out that the rhetoric coming from the Left is far more egregious than that coming from conservatives.

Hmmm… Could it be that something like that has already happened at one point in history?

And M… take your moral high horse and shove it. Look at the history of the left wing, if you can read. The left wing has butchered millions for simply having a different opinion on things.

It’s also ironic that nobody seems to scream “violent speech!” in this case. But if Sarah Palin speaks about “setting sights” on something, oh dear. Now that is “violent speech!” and must be banned.

It’s an Alinsky rule. The only way they can fire up their supporters and get them to go pound the street to sign up dead people to vote is to use anger and hatred. What you see more and more is that the usually ‘behind the doors’ hate speech filled ranting by ‘activists’ is now spilling into the main stream.

It needs to be pointed out, and it needs to be made into a big deal. Alinsky Rules Tactic #4: Make the enemy play by their own rules. Since they’ve made opposition to their agenda ‘hate speech’ and ‘violent rhetoric’…make their words the same thing.
