Unreal. White House Plans to Push Job-Killing Global Warming Energy Policy

Despite the record unemployment, the Obama Adminstration is going forward with its job-killing global warming policies. The Obama Adminstration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and radical environmentalists are about to set greenhouse gas standards for American industry. The standards have drawn objections from congressional state leaders who say the law — last revised in 1990 — was never intended for such purposes. The new regulations will place heavy administrative burdens on state environmental quality agencies, will be costly to consumers and could be devastating to the economy and jobs.
President Obama’s proposed energy tax changes would trigger grave economic consequences including a loss of 150,000 jobs.
FOX News reported:
After failing to get climate-change legislation through Congress, the Obama administration plans on pushing through its environmental policies through other means, and Republicans are ready to put up a fight.
On Jan. 2, new carbon emissions limits will be put forward as the Environmental Protection Agency prepares regulations that would force companies to get permits to release greenhouse gases under the Clean Air Act.
Critics say the new rules are a backdoor effort to enact the president’s agenda on global warming without the support of Congress, and would hurt the economy and put jobs in jeopardy by forcing companies to pay for expensive new equipment.
“They are job killers. Regulations, period — any kind of regulation is a weight on economy. It requires people to comply with the law, which takes work hours and time, which reduces the profitability of firms. Therefore, they grow more slowly and you create less jobs,” said environmental scientist Ken Green of the conservative American Enterprise Institute.
Of course, this comes after the record blizzard that still has passengers stranded in airports across the country.

What if we began a peaceful resistance. What if states, citizens, organizations, companies and corporations all began to resist and ignore bureaucratic edicts and regulations that were not backed up by specific laws. What if friendly courts dismissed fines and charges. What ifd we challenged everything he did in court. What if the Supreme court stepped in.
Peaceful resistance coupled with a Republican House majority could derail Obama’s attempts to shut down the country by regulations.
