Stunner. Obama’s Peace Partners Vow Not to Recognize Israel

Another day, another blow to Obama’s fantasy foreign policy.

Well who could have seen this coming?
Obama’s Palestinian peace partners announced this weekend that they will never recognize Israel.
The Jerusalem Post reported:
The Fatah Revolutionary Council concluded its fifth convention in Ramallah over the weekend by declaring its refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish state.
The council also urged the Palestinian Authority leadership to work toward foiling a new Israeli law requiring a referendum before any withdrawal from Jerusalem and the Golan Heights that has not been passed by two thirds of the Knesset.
The Palestinians are opposed to any understandings between Israel and the US that could harm their interests, the council said.
“The council affirms its rejection of the so-called Jewish state or any other formula that could achieve this goal,” said a statement issued by the council.
“The council also renews its refusal for the establishment of any racist state based on religion in accordance with international law and human rights conventions.”
Abbas made a similar statement back in September. In July Abbas said the Palestinians were ready to wage war on Israel.

Honestly, the only reason there is still an Israeli/Palestinian conflict is that one side or the other has not been allowed to “win” the conflict. If Abbas wants war, then the parties should just slug it out, with a winner take all, like wars used to be decided.

2) Only the USA and Israel can be guilty of violating international law and human rights conventions

Does any one really think that ‘peace’ is the objective here? With ‘Peace’, HAMAS, the Hezbo’s & the PLA lose out on all that cash from the UN and the West. They’d have to establish governments and set up electric grids, sewer lines, schools (haha!) & cable TV networks along with trash collection.
The terror leaders prefer the nice dinners, 1st class air travel and fancy hotels while their useful idiots conduct the proxy war. They don’t want to be ministers & bureaucrats. REAL Peace derails the gravy train.
The USA & Israel should walk away from this non-existent ‘peace’ table. The effect-reaction of that would be demonstrative.

Why do you think the Palis latched on to the bogus “housing moratorium in East Jerusalem” canard. People who sincerely want peace will seek peace. I don’t see much “ridin’ on the Peace Train” by Palis. (*apologies to Cat Stevens. Well, not really . . .)
