Raging socialist democrats shut down the White House switchboard today after Barack Obama announced he would not pilfer money from wealthy Americans.
Roll Call reported, via FOX Nation:
Liberal activists angry about President Barack Obama’s concession on tax cuts for upper-income Americans crashed two phone lines at the White House and are gearing up for another onslaught of calls to Senate Democratic leaders in an eleventh-hour push to kill the deal.
Supporters of the New York-based Agenda Project shut down two phone lines for most the day Monday in White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett’s office, according to the group’s founder, Erica Payne. And even though Obama ultimately announced a bipartisan deal that extends tax cuts for the wealthy, Payne said her group, which boasts 10,000 supporters, has plans to push back every step of the way.

Now the Liberals know how we “Tea Baggers” felt going to the Capitol, Senate and House Office Buildings every weekend to protest Obamacare. Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy. While lamenting the tax cuts for the upper incomes on the basis of effects on the deficit, he conveniently ignores the facts that 1) the tax cuts for the middle class results in a much bigger deficit hit, 2) that he has created the debt crisis by adding 3.0 trillion $’s in 21 months, 3) that the wealthy top 5% pay 95% of the country’s taxes and, finally that 160 million Americans (50%) pay zero or negative taxes (the 3rd “entitlement” that MUST be on the table in Debt Commission follow-thru)!

Wow.. If they are this excited about taxes. I say we take this opportunity to double everyones taxes so we can really afford our spending.
2011 projected deficit is `1.4 trilloin plus the 500 billion interest rate on the debt comes out to nearly 2 trillion. Our tax rev is 2 trillion. Now tax cuts for the rich will bring it between 38 billion to 78 billion a year more. Not really going to help us much.
So, If they LOVE TAXES Lets Double everyones taxes to pay the debt..If you are now paying 25% Hey.. Lets make it 50%..if you are paying 35% Lets make it 70%.
Or we could cut spending.
Here are some thing we could do away with. Most are out dated or can be replaced with a website.
