Latest Obama EPA Regulations: NOT EVEN Yellowstone Park Will Be in Compliance (Video)

Remember: When Obama talks about creating jobs- It’s just talk.
The latest regulations by the Obama Environmental Protection Agency will cost millions of lost jobs and another Trillion in costs for businesses each year.
Not even Yellowstone National Park would be in compliance with the new standards.
From the video: The EPA’s role is to develop regulations based on science from laws passed by Congress to protect human health and the environment. However, with its proposals to toughen ozone standards and regulate greenhouse gases and its premature approval of E15, the EPA is now moving beyond its mandate into a political agenda that is not based on realistic science. While the U.S. needs to protect the environment, it’s time for EPA to stop overreaching its authority. It could ultimately cost millions of American jobs, increase energy costs, and put U.S. businesses at a competitive disadvantage in the global race for energy.
API released a statement yesterday on Obama’s latest job killing policy- the offshore drilling ban:
…The administration’s decision today not to allow offshore drilling in the eastern Gulf of Mexico, the Atlantic and the Pacific in the government’s next five-year drilling plan could result in the loss of tens of thousands of American jobs, billions less in government revenues and an increasing dependence on foreign energy sources.
Meanwhile… The Castro Regime will begin drilling off the coast of Florida next year and will go deeper than the Deepwater Horizon rig that exploded in the Gulf of Mexico in April.

And let’s not forget the natural methane, sulfur and other “bad” gasses, elements and substances that leak out under our shores naturally.
Ah, the EPA. They need to be defunded as part of our austerity measures.

In the meantime, the only viable source of additional energy for the nation to grow is nuclear. And we see nothing on that front, only measures to hold us down.

the people responsible should be liable in criminal and civil courts. They should not be able to hide behind gov’t immunities or protections as they are acting outside of the purpose authorized under the law.

I hope that, by 2012, Repubs and other non-Progs will grow a set of cojones, at least enough to boldly inform the electorate that the Democrats DID THIS ALL ON PURPOSE. That their ACTUAL GOAL was to destroy our economy, destroy jobs.
If they — those whom we would be electing in lieu of Democrats and RINOs — can’t get this true message out, then what good are they?
I said it on Obama’s inauguration day: we have elected the government envisioned by Alinsky, Ayers, and the Weather Underground, and their goals are and always have been focused on the destruction of the United States of America.
When jobs are lost, when the dollar drops precipitously, when our allies don’t trust us and our enemies adore our leaders, they say “WE ARE HEADED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION,” and they mean every word of it. Our people need to be UN-BLINDED to this fact, right quick.
“The destruction of America was an INSIDE JOB!” needs to replace that tired Troofer mantra, on the lips of every candidate who even thinks to change things, for until a vast majority of Americans realize this, nothing at all will change.

The food safety bill is going to add, the gov. says, another 17,000 federal teat-sucking non-producing private-enterprise-regulating-and-stifling jobs.
We can probably safely triple that figure, given this government’s propensity for lies.
We could de-fund the EPA, the dept. of Education, the Endowment for Piss-Christs and Hopey-Changey propaganda, the FDA, and more….
…and they would just add, in the middle of the night, ten more agencies and neverending programs to replace them, with even more employees and money wasted.

A year or two ago I had the opportunity to tour the vaults at the Buffalo Bill Historic Center in Cody Wyo. BBHC houses one of the best collections of artifacts of the American West in the entire nation. I was more than a little surprised when the curator told me that one of the biggest problems they had was protecting the artifacts from Sulfur Dioxide gas. Further, she explained, that the ambient air in cody had equivalent amounts of SO2 to New York City when the wind came directly from the west (Yellowstone).
Yellowstone is a super volcano. It is constantly outgassing massive quantities of SO2 and will continue to do so. When it erupts, and someday it will, it’s game over for the United States. It was Will Durant who observed that civilizations exist only by geological consent.

deal with Cuba and is drilling for oil just off of the Florida coast. Needless to say, the enviro-nazis in America will not let us drill off the coast of Florida.
Why can’t we drill for oil on our coast while China can? They probably won’t though, but finally this is getting some mention.

There is already drilling going on there, if we drill it will not impact the environment any more than China is with their lax environmental standards.’
