“It’s Good to Have a Ring”
The latest FOX Sports NFL commercial mocks the outrageous and intrusive procedures implemented by Big Sis and the Obama TSA.
In the ad the FOX Sports announcers with Super Bowl rings get a pass by TSA. The announcers without rings get strip-searched and harassed by TSA employees.

Change the super bowl ring into the little congressional buttons our politicians wear on their lapels and you have art mimicking reality. The folks that make these harsh rules rarely have to abide by them. That needs to change.

Also please note that the ring is WAY more effective when paired with “middle-eastern”-looking attire. You’ll even get a salute, and perhaps even a bow, and a “please don’t hurt me! or sue me!”

Actually, the commercial is not based on the TSA, as much as it is the Fox host that have Super Bowl rings are getting special treatment over the Fox host that don’t have special treatment.
Fox has another commercial with Troy Aikman getting treated like a King in the Fox studios, while Joe Buck was being ignored by everyone. The catch phrase, like in this commercial was, “it’s good to have a ring”.
