Hundreds of American Legion Riders and fellow patriots escorted Cody Alicea to Denair Middle School this morning. They all had American Flags on their bikes.

The members of LaRaza or the Race want to take southwestern part of the USA back or reconquer it. That is why they fly Mexican flags and object to our flag.

We can’t show the American flag now because Americans are the majority in America, and the majority isn’t allowed to have any rights.
However, there are a lot of illegal immigrants in America… but their children are technically Americans… so Americans will continue to be the majority…
The school district seems to think that the red, white and blue is a White flag, not an American flag, but if we take them on their word that it is a White flag, then Whites will become a non-majority in the future, and once we become a non-majority, we can do whatever we want since we will be minorities.

His Congressman should immediately place this kid’s name on the list for his choice of a full scholarship to West Point, Annapolis, or the Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs and see to it that his request is fulfilled when he’s ready for college. Anything less would not be appropriate for this patriotic young fellow.

I think I read that his school is located in Stanislaus County, California, maybe in or near Modesto.

There is nothing like our flag waving proudly behind a symbol of personal freedom (the motorcycle IMHO) I saw a real variety of patches there….American Legion Riders, HOG riders…a few RT patches in there (I think).

I can’t quite bring myself to believe that America has gone so far downhill that bringing a flag to school is somehow controversial. I’m gobsmacked. I’m not a flag worshipper and have no special brief for any flag, but it’s about damn time that the teacher’s union thugs be told in no uncertain terms that bringing an American flag to school is simply part of being an American, should one choose to do that.

Somewhat of a non-sequitur, but when I was in school, my family owned a restaurant in South Lake Tahoe, CA. A lot of Hell’s Angels gather there every year. We were, of course, worried the first year we were open during this gathering.
However, the Hell’s Angels were more than polite to us and our staff. They said, in essence, we know we’re hitting you all at once, we don’t even care if some orders get messed up, we’re just looking for a good breakfast. Several of the guys even got up with a waitress approached their table with her arms full of plates and helped pass out the breakfasts. (Can you see a Hell’s Angel asking, “Okay, who had the eggs over easy with bacon”? It happened… perhaps not those exact words, but you get the idea.) They also tipped lavishly.
A couple of weeks after that, a busload of little old ladies stopped for breakfast. The contrast couldn’t have been starker. Nothing was good enough for these ladies, and they expected their every whim to be catered to. Lousy tippers, too.
The following year, we hung up a sign: “Hell’s Angels Welcome!” We always did a great business when they were in town… and they weren’t that rowdy at all. Maybe they liked the food and wanted to be invited back next year, I dunno.
Anyway, the point is, not all Hell’s Angels fit the stereotype.

I suspect there will be some sort of counter-demonstration involving Mexican flags and (though I hope for the best) the young boy in the middle of all this may be in for some difficult times.

Nice but unfortunately if you think like the bureaucrats it means little. Government workers like to think that they are “taking the long view.” That means that they wait out problems. As far as they are concerned the mob can make noise for a day and then go away. They can find a million ways to punish the child. More to the point they do not care. The only thing that would get their attention is a real possibility of School District Administrators losing their jobs. Anything short of that they can blow off.
What is needed is first a change in the law that for public employees termination for cause or resignation while under indictment or after being warned of a possible indictment will mean the loss of all pension benefits. Second there must be a real possibility for senior managers and administrators to face civil liability if they fail to remove any civil servant who acted so egregiously as to bring discredit upon the community or create a liability for their employer. Any concerned citizen should have standing to bring such an action.

First thing I thought of when I heard the kid was told to remove his flag was “somebody needs to find out who made him do that and post flags all over that person’s lawn.”

This young man had the courage to put the flag on his bicycle as a symbol of what America stands for. He also had the good sense to obey the instructions of those in authority and put the flag away while on school property. It is unfortunate that it takes a young man like this to teach idiots the consquences of a degree of stupidity that is so gross that they shouldn’t be allowed to touch things with moving parts or sharp edges. These folks give stupid people a bad name and should be ashamed of themselves. Our obligation is to our country first and if someone is offended by that then they are living in the wrong country.
My thanks and deep gratitude to my brothers in arms who heeded the call once again and stood up for what is right by delivering a message that needs to be restated each and every day all over America.
We have not fogotten the sacrifices made by those who gave their lives or those who were rendered disabled in defense of freedom.
Perhaps some remedial instruction for the teachers and the failed leaders of that school in topics like the Constitution and its amendments along with a quick trip to places like Iraq to see how freedom has changed the lives of so many and what the cost of that effort was. I am a proud member of the Kansas Patriot Guard, where the Patriot Guard originated. We are a group that was formed because of the uglies from a so called church who started their protest because of the disdain of a disbarred lawyer for the gays of this country. When he started protesting the funerals of the military deaths, three Mulvane, KS ALR Riders had an idea to “protect the families of the soldiers” of those killed in battle. It has since evolved into protecting qny fallen soldier of any war or any firefighter or law officer killed in the line of duty from the uglies.
