Like most other false religious systems of modern doomed america, Islam teaches rebellion against the Lord Jesus Christ. Muslims claim Christ was merely a prophet and that He did not die and live again. They claim His blood is not sufficient or even necessary for salvation. I lived in Detoilet for years. We had/have the largest Caldien (sp) population in the world outside of the middle east. Tons of Arabs coming through a very relaxed border (both tunnel and bridge). The community has thrived by initially gouging Detroiters with super inflated prices on food and beverages at their inner-city markets. They spread to the smaller communities and suburbs from there.
Great food but everything else about it sucked.
Good luck Westboro Idiots. This should be really good. And please leave the kids at home. There will be violence beyond slashing tires…

So they picket high schools (what do normal people prize above all else and want to protect above all else? their kids) and practitioners of Islam, whose members famously do NOT believe in turning the other cheek. WBC picketed my niece’s high school in Woodbridge, VA, this past Monday. I am happy to report that a force of about 200 showed up for a counter demonstration with signs and messages of love and support for the kids.

When I lived in the Detroit area I knew many Chaldeans. There mostly good people. They opened up little convenience and grocery stores in areas of Detroit most us avoided. They are Christian, clannish and tough. They are not big fans of Islam and they came here to get away from it.
I wonder if the protestees will be serving hummus to the protesters, you know as a kindness, peace offering kind of thing. Maybe some pita bread. Tasty stuff. After all, both sides don’t like this country. They have a lot in common. They both definitely don’t like homosexuals.

Yes, if you are literal in your interpretation of some thousand year old text, it is outlandish. Try reading the Old Testament; lots of “putting all of them to the sword” stuff in there, too. The lesson is, folks back then were friggin’ savages. You can either compare your ancient savage icons, or look at how currently living people act. The moslems I know are pillars of our community: hard working, charitable and civic minded. They came here by choice, like my Catholic grandparents. (Remember when they were religiously un-American, you know, because of their doctrine?)
