You’ve got to be kidding? Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is considering giving exemptions to Muslim women at airports.
Isn’t that the reason that we have these intrusive groin checks in the first place?… Because of Muslim bombers?

Gee… It’s not like we’ve ever heard about a terrorist hiding under a burka before.
Jailed cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz, one of two brothers who ran Islamabad’s radical Red Mosque, was caught fleeing the violence at his mosque dressed in a burka. This was after he told his students to sacrifice themselves. At least 100 people died, mostly students, when security forces stormed the mosque in a bid to end the siege and flush out pro-Taliban militants from the complex.

Here Gateway Pundit is trying to say that Muslim women should be searched at airports. Typical big government fascist supporter just showing he hates Muslims. Not only does he want Muslims discriminated against, he even wants them to be searched even though it is against their religion.
While he complains about 3-year-old white Christian girls being searched, he is all for Muslims being searched. In fact, Gateway, you ought to be more tolerant and at least take responsibility for the surge in terrorist attacks caused by Christians, such as the Oklahoma City terrorist attack that happened about 15 years ago.
Look, we definitely need to protect America because, as Gateway himself has said in some posts, terrorism is a threat. So we all must sacrifice and searches are part of that. But we shouldn’t subject Muslims to these searches when it is discriminatory to them.

If you can’t give common sense waivers to the physically impaired (i.e. feeding tubes, joints replacements, etc. who have even given you doctor evidence thereof) or the very young, you cannot give waivers due to religious beliefs. I’m going to refrain from calling you names and sinking to your base level, but let me tell you this: if you think that watching Diane Sawyer and her ilk will make you infinitely ‘smarter and more worldly’ than those watching Fox news, you’re mistaken. Those news outlets purport to be unbiased but they are not. Their intent is to pretend to be unbiased while spewing their Socialistic dreams for America.
This country is not in big trouble because of them, those ‘Fox viewers’ but more in trouble because of people like YOU. Utilize some degree of skepticism. The Department of Homeland Security needs to be shut down. It’s an agency used against the American citizen. We have the FBI and CIA that is all we need. Airport Screening needs to be given to very good, private security. Not uneducated workers. This will not stand. This is just like giving Muslims exemptions in the Health Care Seizure Bill. We should stop terrorists where ever we find them. If we are looking for explosives, pat downs, X-rays, mm wave and metal detectors won’t do it. Dogs will. For $6,000 you can train a beagle to find anything from C4 to binary components. Dogs can also screen 100% of luggage and cargo in the terminals. As an added benefit, they are usually brighter and more likeable than TSA agents and smarter that the Secretary of DHS for sure.
John needs to take this little test. Who flew those aircraft into the WTC, Seventh Day Adventists? Who shot that recruiter in Little Rock? Who tried to blow up the NYC subway system? Who tried to detonate a bomb in his underwear over Detroit? Who killed 14 people at Fort Hood? Who tried to blow up his SUV in Times Square? I’ll give you a hint, all of these people were males between the ages of 19 and 45 and they were all muslims.
If the police are looking for a 25 year old 6′ tall black man who just robbed a bank, they don’t stop 5′ tall white grandmothers. That’s not racial profiling, it’s rational law enforcement.
What DHS is doing to everyone is a violation of the Fourth Amendment:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
For people who howled at the moon over wire tapping international calls from known terrorists or stopping Mexicans in rental cars driving the speed limit, they have been uncharacteristically silent on the DHS gross violation.

What you say about McVeigh is complete garbage. McVeigh was emphatically not a Christian and if you weren’t so ignorant you’d know that he disavowed religion generally and Christianity specifically. Just because you join a crazy militia doesn’t mean that you’re a Christian.
You might want to read his prison interview and quit getting your talking points from Rachel Maddow or Keith Olberman because they’ve got their facts wrong.

Muslim or Christian, white or black, tall or short – makes absolutely NO DIFFERENCE. People should be treated equally – if we require somebody to show their picture when they get an I.D. then everyone should have to – if they refuse – then NO I.D.
If we require anbody to get searched then all should be searched. True equality means the same treatment for all.
Any variation of treatment (for or against) based on the color of skin or differences in beliefs is racist and separtist whether it is based on favor of or on discord with that section of society.
