Barack Obama admitted today during his NATO Question and Answer session that he does not worry about the TSA gropings because he does not fly commercial. (Thank you for enlightening us on that, Mr. President. We almost forgot your were the Commander in Chief.) But, he added that he had no problem with ordinary Americans getting groped by TSA agents at airports.
Americans have a choice today. They can get felt up or face a possible $10,000 fine…
The choice is theirs.

(LA Weekly)
From his presser today in Europe:
So, does this mean he’d be OK with Michelle, Malia and Sascha getting groped?
Of course, there are experts that claim that the new TSA scanning won’t catch anybody.

Subjecting 12yr old’s to full body scans, while drug cartel’s 12yr old and older go around and savagely behead people. Gawd, enough is enough.

Seriously any sane person will object to this new policy of public molestation.
As far as the TSA having the authority to do this, well they have the same authority to do it as the EPA has to refuse to give operating permits to 80% of the oil refineries. All of this over reaching from the executive into the private lives and private businesses to keep the masses in line.

Let me tell you a true little story about profiling. This happened about 20 years or so ago in a pretty small town. An old lady had her home broken into one day, where she was attacked and robbed. The police came around and asked for a description of the attacker, so the old lady describes him right down to a T – including the scar on his hand and the fact that he was black. So, the police did what good policeman should do and went around town looking at the hands of black men. And promptly got accused of “profiling.”

When a terrorists’ father calls you and tells you he is a jihadist and a threat to the US, you should not let him into the airport at all. You should not let him on an airplane. Hey, zero would be excluded from patdowns anyway because only Americans have to go through it.
They are going to claim that this new procedure works because there won’t be any attacks now. Of course it doesn’t matter that there weren’t any attacks prior to this on domestic flights (except of course what started it nine years ago, 911), only incoming international flights still aren’t doing thorough checks so the potential for an incoming attack remains.
I my opinion, this is in itself an attack on the American people and the terrorists are the Obama administration. Incompetano needs to prove that the bigger terrorist threat comes from the bitter clingers; the Christian right and the Tea partiers. She is trying to force a reaction from the citizens. They are going to install these machines in government buildings and schools over the next couple of years. I hope I’m wrong but these people are easy to read.

TSA to be at train stations, roads , gov offices- training for it right now!
Just two days into an experimental program that would place undercover air marshals in train, bus, ferry and other mass transit stations, the Transportation Security Administration yesterday said its test has been scaled back, owing to confusion over the rollout.
TSA officials had planned to deploy teams of air marshals, local law enforcement officers and bomb-sniffing dogs at seven locations around the nation this week to test whether the agency could deter criminals in public transportation stations and conduct surveillance of suspicious activity.
What is happening now is just the final phase before they shut us all down and forbid us to travel at all without their approval: Having completely forgotten that they work for us and we did NOT approve of what they have decided to do TO everyone of us

Magical Thinking deludes folks into believing the world is exactly as they hope it to be. Dictionary.com defines magical thinking as…“a conviction that thinking is equivalent to doing, occurring in dreams, the thought patterns of children, and some types of mental disorders, esp. obsessive-compulsive disorder.” Leonard Zusne and Warren H. Jones, authors of “Anomalistic Psychology: A Study of Magical Thinking” write Magical Thinking is “a fundamental dimension of a child’s thinking.”2
Perception of linear time is avoided while cause and affect and natural laws are dismissed. In this mental disorder, focus is placed upon how things “should” be, while all personal responsibility is cast aside. The self and one’s comrades are identified as above criticism. Opponents are made devils, their ideas treated as laughable, and are personally attacked as idiotic, mentally unwell people beneath contempt, simply for disagreeing with magical thinkers.

Napolitano May Exempt Muslims From Airport Pat-Downs
[Just last week a Massachusetts news station revealed that TSA cleared dozens of illegal immigrants to train as pilots in the U.S., despite “strict security controls” implemented after 9/11. Some of the illegal immigrants provided the station with official TSA documents approving pilot lessons through the agency’s alien flight student program. After the story broke, Homeland Security officials promised to “review the process” for clearing foreign nationals to become licensed pilots.]

MIT Professor Weighs in on the ROCKET -
“It’s not an aircraft contrail,” says Theodore Postol, a professor of science, technology, and international security at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, also in Cambridge, Mass. “That I’m confident of. It looks like a big missile, but who knows what a contrail looks like from long range.”
It’s hard to know for sure, he acknowledges. But the contrail had features reminiscent of a submarine-launched ballistic missile, similar to the US Navy’s Trident II.
After reviewing the video, he noted twists to the contrail that could have been caused by wind. But, he adds, it also is consistent with a twisting maneuver that solid-fuel, long-range missiles perform to control their speed and range.
In the early days of solid-fuel motors, engineers built ports into the missile body near the nose. The ports could be opened on command to bleed off some of the hot gases that would have gone out the nozzle, thus controlling the rocket’s velocity. But the ports also represented a weak spot in the missile’s body, which led to missiles destroying themselves.
As guidance and navigation systems improved, missiles could be programmed to perform the cork-screw-like maneuvers to bleed their speed – so-called general energy-management maneuvers.
The contrail “has the spirals you would see in an advanced solid-rocket missile,” he says.

[The demand came last week from the politically-connected Muslim rights organization that serves as the U.S. front for the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas. Calling the searches “invasive” and “humiliating,” the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) advises Muslim women wearing religious head covers known as hijabs to reject full-body checks before boarding planes.
Those who are selected for the secondary screenings should remind Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers that they are only supposed to pat down the head and neck and that they should not subject Muslim women to a full-body or partial body pat-down, according to CAIR’s advisory. It further says that, instead of a body search, Muslim women can request to check their own hijab and have officers perform a chemical swipe of their hands.]

bg #33, yeah it sounds like a done deal to me too. I’m hoping that the first patriot that runs across this will be able to document it or the TSA will be forced to admit it. The TSA has forgotten that the Feds are not allowed to make any law regarding the establishment of a state religion. I would argue that giving muslim women the distinct advantage of being free from search in the airports is religious discrimination and de facto establishes a preferential class on the basis of religion – a state approved religion in other words.

I’m not so sure your levity is really apropos to the situation. We’re talking here about stripping the entire American populace of their Fourth Amendment rights. Well, all except those who are “exempt” by religion or status.
We do have a Constitutional means to rescind the Fourth Amendment rights for our citizens. A simple matter of passing a Constitutional Amendment overturning the Fourth Amendment. That is exactly what we did with Prohibition.
Anything less than that is unconstitutional and this is deadly serious. If we allow this, then NONE of our Inalienable Rights mean anything – nor does our Constitution. Maybe this just isn’t quite the time to joke about the sexual assault of American citizens at the hands of our own government.

Just wondering while looking at the photo. Let’s say that girl finds a burka bomber. What is she going to do? She, or he (there have been male terrorists in burkas), would just kill her within a split second. The whole set-up is ridiculous. If these TSA buggers actually catch a terrorist, which won’t happen because terrorist, while being utterly crazy, aren’t stupid, the bugger will just blow up his bomb there and that way knock out an entire terminal for hours, cause a mass panic and possibly kill even more people than with a single airplane.
It’s so pointless. It serves only one purpose: executing power over people.
