Barack Obama’s Christian Grandmother Prays He Converts to Islam
Two years ago this is what the state-run media said about Barack Obama’s step-grandmother before the 2008 election.
The AP slammed the disgusting “untruths” written about Barack Obama in an interview with his step-grandmother in Kenya on March 5, 2008:
Obama’s grandma slams ‘untruths’
Obama’s grandfather had converted to Islam from Roman Catholicism and taken the name Hussein, Sarah Obama said, but his children had inherited only the name, not the religion. Each person should be able to choose how they worshipped, she said.
“In the world of today, children have different religions from their parents,” she said. She, too, is a Christian.
Too bad it was untrue…
They later were forced to correct their own “untruths”.
This week Obama’s Christian step-grandmother told reporters that she hopes Barack converts to Islam:
Sarah Omar, 88, who was on hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, told the Al-Qatan Saudi daily: “I prayed for my grandson Barack to convert to Islam”.
Wait until he leaves office, grandma.
You’ll have better luck in 2013.

This almost seems to indicate a desire on the part of Old Media to cover for Barack Obama, or at least gross malfeasance through careless ignorance and sloppy unprofessional reporting. First of all race is a major issue in the United States. The only people who don’t want to talk about race are the ones that fear their true opinions on the issue will cost them financially or socially. You live in a society where it is no longer accepted to be a public bigot at a certain level of earning, aka the middle class. I get that. Most of you are deeply religious and like the power and feeling of safety having firearms provides against all the evil you see on television. You see what you’re all missing is that the Human condition randomizes crime and violence on an individual basis allowing for factors like education and income. The dumber and poorer a person is the more likely they are to be violent.
The same Human factors apply to politics. Barring some great social trauma in adolescence, most well educated people can come to realize that people are the same and seek the same success in life if enlightened. All Muslims aren’t crazed bloodthirsty terrorists only a few million dirt poor and a few thousand over zealous upper middle class slackers who never got the love from daddy they needed. All conservatives aren’t mouth breathing bible thumpers who want to hole up in their bunkers waiting for Obama’s Army to come and take them to FEMA camps.
My point is white America’s conservative core that survived the 60s as teenagers and had to stand by and watch as the power their parents wielded just for being white was drained out of them like the blood out of a vampire’s victim. Countless civil rights pieces of legislation ran a bulldozer across what was once a land where the lowliest white man’s lying word would outweigh the truth from a black doctor. I doubt if many of you here are under 35. I was born in 1948 which makes me a geezer but I know what I saw after Vietnam. I watched as the country most of you were born into slowly slipped away and became what America is today–a Corporate Democracy where just being white and graduating from high school is no longer enough.
