FOX News Host Megyn Kelly Makes GQ Men of the Year Issue

Brainy, brash and beautiful, Megyn Kelly makes the GQ Men of the Year issue.

TV Newser reported:
TVNewser learns that “America Live” anchor Megyn Kelly is in the 2010 GQ Men of the Year issue, which hit newsstands this week. Kelly is the only tvnewser to be selected for the 2010 media personality.
Last year, the only tvnewser in the issue was “The Daily Show”’s Olivia Munn. Remember when you look at Kelly (in GQ, right), she recently announced that she was expecting her second child this April.
The magazine says about the anchor:
“Abhorred by the left, adored by the right, frequently pinata’d by The Daily Show, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has become the very blonde face—and legs—of the network. And she’s okay with that.”
When GQ mentioned Fox News chair Roger Ailes‘ comment that only 30 people would go to Glenn Beck‘s rally if he were still at HLN, the female anchor said, “They do have a lower viewership than Fox News. You may have heard that we’re number one—we’re pretty good at advertising that.”

P.S., Will the religious right of our party PLEASE get off the moral grandstanding? What Megyn is wearing in this shot is what you can see in any nightclub any Saturday night around America. It is the fact she is a babe that makes it look sexy. God invented sex and he made us so we would all love sex so we never run out of people. We love sex even more than money or war since, despite all the money problems and the wars, we aren’t running out of people.
Render unto Caesar what is due Caesar and unto God what is due God. We don’t want Sharia Law governing us and we don’t want a preacher governing us either. Elect leaders who are fiscally conservative and change people’s hearts and minds with regards to moral issues from the pulpit, not the floor of the Senate.
The reason why abortion is a problem in this country is not the supply, it is the demand. The reason we have a drug problem in this country is not the supply, it is the demand. Take away the demand and the supply will shrivel up and die. Go out and share the gospel and change America from the inside out, not the outside in with legislation.

I watch Fox because they are fair and balanced, they have attractive host and have great coverage of ALL things happening in America and the world. I loved Megyn because she was hard hitting, pretty and didn’t rely on her beauty to carry her. Why she had to throw sex into the equation is beyond me. IMHO she shouldn’t have done this. It diminishes her credibility. She’s hot and she’ sexy. BUT, I knew this BEFORE she EXPOSED it.

What power does GQ have over our culture that every woman who’s pretty and a public figure feels obligated to wear lingerie on their cover? Megyn is awesome, and she certainly doesn’t have to prove to the wankers who read GQ that she’s sexy as well as brainy.

TV is all about ratings. Megyn because of her beauty and brains has been a big part in why Fox has the high ratings it does. Magazines like GQ use beautiful and talented ladies in their profession like Megyn to sell magazines. That’s the bottom line. GQ made a buisness decision to use Megyn and I’m sure it will pay-off for them.
The pictures displayed in the magazine are done in good taste. They picture a very gorgeous lady who is known and will no doubt attract the eyes of the red blooded males.
Megyn is a reporter and she is hot as GQ puts it. I’m very happy for Megyn that she has been able to use her beauty and talent as a reporter to help Fox’s ratings and I’m thrilled that GQ chose her to help sell magazines. Megyn is a very successful, gifted, and gorgeous lady and she deserves all the good things which come her way.

She’s a talking head on TV. She’s intelligent. And she’s pretty. But together those three things add up to nearly nothing, on the scale of national importance.
She’s not a senator or a congresswoman or a governor or anything else remotely crucial to the state of the nation; she’s a TV “personality,” and nothing more.
What she wears to a photo shoot is no more (or less) important than what a supermodel or a typical Hollywood actress might wear. In other words, whether societally appropriate or not, it’s just another woman posing provocatively, and not a political or statecraft crisis.

Megyn worked extremely hard to set her reputation on Integrity.
She blew that in a moment.
No biggie to us so much as to her.

And what for?
One thing I’ve learned the hard way at my age – your good looks are never so much in your personal control as they young would wish, even the very wealthy young.
You reputation may also not be in your own hands, but your integrity and character are your own and nobody can change those facts for you except yourself.
Megyn just did a 180°.
It’s her choice, and we’ve seen hundreds of young girls do that the last few decades – Megyn is older than most to do that, but it ain’t unheard of.
I’m sure she’ll enjoy her new vistas.

To me, the most beautiful women are those whose beauty has barely occurred to them; a lack of consciousness that elevates them to transcendent beauty. I’ve always thought that Megyn was one of those women. How wrong I was!

What’s not to like? Already respected for her wit, brains, and articulation on many issues. And we ALL already knew she is VERY pretty. All this shows is she wants us to know she can be sexy too. Another plus in my book, and nothing to be ashamed of. She’s fully clothed and just plain old VERY attractive. The way people are commenting here, you’d think she released a sex video…..she didn’t! She permitted GQ to share a fine picture of her with their readers, and she hasn’t compromised herself in any way.
Megyn Kelly will always be a CLASS ACT in my book!
