Florida Attorney General-elect Pam Bondi told Greta tonight that a majority of states are now joining the suit against Obamacare. At least 26 states will sign on to the suit challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare. 28 states may join the suit. Only 43 states elect an attorney general.

RIGHT ON!!!! Finally American people have some rights around here. REPEAL! REPEAL!
As a sidenote, I find this whole George Soros thing horrifying, and fascinating. The dude alternates point blank lies with dead on, horrifying truths. He’s one notch away from full on psychopath, and maybe I’m being too generous here. I have also determined that when he is in full makeup and drag he is really….wait for it…..
ARIANNA HUFFINGTON. The voice gives it a away. Check it out on you tube – there can be no doubt they are one and the same.

What is it about these conservative women in office, they are all, or most all, eye candy. I bet she got elected without the support of the feminists.

I meant, STRIKE DOWN, STRIKE DOWN! Repeal is the back-up plan.

The right honorable Pamela Bondi, esq. leads me to trot out that wonderful quote by the inestimable PJ O’Rourke, which I will do at any opportunity. He is commenting on what he is seeing at a late 1990′s lefty rally on the DC mall –
“Best of all, there were hardly any beautiful women at the [Housing Now!] rally. I saw a journalist friend of mine in the Mall, and he and I purused this line of inquiry as assiduously as our happy private lives allow. Practically every female at the march was a bowser. “We’re not being sexist here,” my friend insisted. “It’s not that looks matter per se. It’s just that beautiful women are always on the cutting edge of social trends. Remember how many beautiful women were in the anti-war movement twenty years ago? In the yoga classes fifteen years ago? At the discos ten years ago? On Wall Street five years ago? Where the beautiful women are is where the country is headed,” said my friend. “And this,” he looked around him, “isn’t it.”
Tell it like it is, brother-man!

Once we look back years from now and all of the corruption of malfeasance of this Administration is finally exposed, we will wonder at how close Obama/Pelosi/Reid/Bernanke actually came to the Marxist Dream of destroying capitalism.

Damn, that hot young thing is the Atty Gen’l Elect of Florida? She looks like a college girl.

I don’t see why they can’t just use a Democrat tactic. If a majority of states are filing suit against Obamacare, they should just DEEM it a successful lawsuit.
Christopher Kelleher commented:
Someone cue Barry Soetoro to remind us that 26 is not a majority of 57 states.

I voted for this Atty Gen. and though she may look like a college student, she’s fearless and no light weight. The Dems in D.C. and here in FL will be sorry for thinking of her as “fluff”. GO PAM!!

Senator Bondi.
I like the sound of that. Senator Palin and Noem sound pretty good too.
Mrs. X commented:
Pam Bondi has been a guest on Greta’s show for years. Go Pam!
Also, Ken Cuccinelli, as I’m sure you all have read or heard about is the REAL DEAL. He knows exactly what he speaks of. He knows the law. He will not give up.
Look for him to run for higher office and support him if he should choose to pursue that road. He is a family man.

Dang straight … it IS Our Country. And we now are witness to its’ rebirth. Step aside (lead/follow/or git da foog outta da way).
Course, even after Obamacare is shoved right back down Khalid Sheikh Obama’s throat. All the way. You will not hear, will not see … one single mention in MSM. [Or if'n ya do ... the end of the IslamoCommieJunta's, attempted destruction of America ... will be portrayed as (yeppers/drum roll please) ... Booosh's fault!].

Before the Botox Queen and the Democrat Hoodlums passed the Bill We Would Find Out About, the Talking Chimp insisted to George the Greek that Obama Care was not a tax! But, magically, after it passed, he insists that it is a tax.
This thing is so obviously unconstitutional that if the SC does not rule for the States, they will lose all of their authority.
RedBeard commented:
Yep, the elections in Florida came out very well indeed.

A cool new AG Elect in Florida.
Great news that 8 or so more states may be joining the lawsuit.
With all the talk of repealing Obamacare in the new House of R, the legal ruling coming up soon seems at least as relevant, after the judge in Fla. ruled awhile back that the constitutionality of forced purchase of a product or service (in this case, healthcare insurance) is a legitimate cause of action (gee, really ? said the cynic) and that it must be litigated under the commerce clause and not Congress’ power of taxation.
Mark commented:
Hopefully the states will prevail in their challenge to Mohammedcare – fascist soviet style medical care with koranic authority.
Maybe the states will begin to reign in federal intrusion into every aspect of our lives and its perceived divine right to tax everything.
