Awful… 3 Year-Old Girl Accosted By TSA Airport Screeners (Video)

OMG– This was horrific.
And, this actually occurred in the United States.
TSA screeners accosted a little 3 year-old coming through the airport.
The poor little girl kept screaming, “Quit touching me!”
Did they really think this little girl was packing a bomb?

#1. Children will be desensitized to strangers touching them in inappropriate ways and against their will. This will confuse and numb the child if they are ever approached by a predator.
#2. This experience will leave a lasting and traumatic memory of being groped with, what seems to be their parents permission. The one person in the life that is there to protect them from such intrusiveness will have betrayed them in the eyes of a child.

The kid was having a bad day, and I’m sure the agent’s day wasn’t much better (or the people waiting in line). Maybe the mother could have taken the child to the side, talked to her, calmed her down and explained what was happening. Maybe a female agent. Incident shouldn’t be blown up by the media.

Somehow I’m not surprised that we have degenerated into this. Background checks on these people are almost non-existent; using airport security as an excuse for the feds to wield even more power is dangerous.

What happened on 9/11 was so terrible I can see it in my mind’s eye every day. But I think we have gone too far down a road we should not have taken.

The day you stop searching children and elderly is the day they strap bombs to children/elderly, or dress up as them (like the refugee guy in Canada in the old man suit) and wear bombs themselves. I believe that this agency (the TSA) is following STRICT ORDERS from the inept head of Homeland Security in preparation/testing for martial law which will be raising it’s ugly head in the not too distant future. Soon, we will be meeting TSA screeners at state-run Welcome Centers on our interstate highways. Just another step in the tyranny from the federal Government that is heading our way.

AS DRUDGE has already noticed, the bruhaha has started minutes before the start of the holiday travel season, and Napolitano is either incompetent to the point of frozen in place (admittedly possible – she wrecked AZ’s economy before being promoted up to a higher level of incompetence) or she’s playing vicious hardball, squeezing to bust the arilines.
We have the airlines which exist to fly passengers and passengers who want to fly airlines and the TSA is between the two, making it increasingly onerous for the clients to use the services.
The poeple calling the shots over the TSA are the same who nationalized GM, then hounded Toyota out of town, so FORD is the big winner and Arabs in Dearborn keep their jobs.

I was supposed to fly from Florida to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving. Now I’m having second thoughts, and considering possibly driving. I hate to do that, but I refuse to be degraded for the sake of this bureaucratic charade. It is time for regular Americans to take a stand.

We flew thru London on the first flights in and out after the liquids plot. In Heathrow, our flight was delayed over an hour because the flight crew was taking awhile to get thru security. Meanwhile, the woman who was manning the gate, checking passports and boarding passes, was a Muslim woman in a burka.
It just can’t be pure 100% stupidity, even if it looks like it. The flight crews are not the problems, nor have they ever have been, but they were treated like dirt.

This is simply harassment. The TSA employee was given some authority and he or she was abusing it. If the TSA agent in this case was a guy, I’d scream sexual harassment.
Everybody must be handsearched? I heard mohammedan women are to patted down only on head and neck, but nothing else is searched. So much for everybody. The ones most likely to carry bombs and weapons don’t get searched properly. What’s the point of searching then? There is none.
The TSA is for the rats. Do it like the Israelis do it. They don’t pat down three year old kids. They don’t search for bombs. They search for the person carrying the bomb and Tel Aviv is the most secure airport in the entire world.

When I flew back from Heathrow this May the guy in front of me, some American businessman in a suit, had to take off his shoes. They were close to strip searching him. It’s why I fly to Japan only via Charle DeGaulle anymore. Yeah, flying via France is more comfortable than German or the UK. At least for me. Over in Japan nobody has ever done anything like that to me or any other passengers that I know of.

Pat down all mohammedans, their women, their children, their camels. Jihadis have already used women and children as bombs in Iraq and A-stan. I have decreased my business travel by over half this year after several of the airports I travel through have installed these useless naked scanners. The TSA agents in a couple of airports, especially BOS and ATL, really are rude, harsh, negative and thuggish.
It amazes me some think the TSA actions are acceptable; this is a complete invasion of privacy for zero benefit. It is time to seriously revolt over their actions.

Flying through Logan, a huge number of the mall cop rejects of the TSA are clearly “English as a Second Language” dropouts. They could be brilliant (right), but it’s like dealing with customer service department outsourced to Mumbai: the only way to address a given issue is inflexibly, by the written manual, even if there is clearly a situation in which said dogmatic adherence to procedure doesn’t actually apply.
I stopped flying soon after 9/11 when I was pulled aside for extra screening and watched 4 mooslims pass through with nothing more than a cheery wave. The PC nonsense is insane. Because of this incompetence (or because of purposeful placement of this terrorist on board a plane), law abiding citizens now must either be radiated or sexually molested by the transportation authority at airports to take a flight.
Who benefited from the underwear bomber’s failed attempt at blowing up the plane? It seems the company that makes the scanners benefited in a BIG way. Follow the money and you have the answer to who is running things in this country!

If you wish to make a point – have a few 1000 show up at airport and refuse scan and reuse the EPD as well. Tie up the airports – massive civil disobedience can work. If a TSA worker touches your child, get his name and ID number- file a civil suit against him/her personally. The Patriot Act does not trump the 4th amendment.

This TSA crap is in direct violation of the 4th Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
It is criminal profiling to look at Muslims who are 100% responsible for ALL airplane hijacking and destruction, YET they now claim a RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FROM BOTH THE PAT DOWN AND THE BODY SCREENER S. Most of you are blowing this way out of proportion. While I think the new measures are ridiculous, you are TRYING to make this into something that is wasn’t. The kid had her Teddy Bear taken away to go through the X-Ray machine (completely justified), then threw a hissy fit, plain and simple.
