The Tea Party Express rolled into St. Louis on Wednesday night.

Hundreds of local patriots came out for the rally at Keiner Plaza in downtown St. Louis.

Local Patriot Kevin Jackson, blogger at The Black Sphere, spoke at the rally. Kevin and Big Government blogger Andrea Shea King pose for a photo. That’s Herman Cain in the background speaking to the crowd.

Here’s the tour route for this final run before the election. The rallies are streamed live here. I was told that 10,000 viewers are tuning in to watch the national rallies online.

This was an interesting costume for the rally.

There was lots of singing and crowd interaction.

It was dark out in St. Louis by the time the rally finished.
Today the Tea Party Express will travel to Springfield and Frankfort, Illinois.

Jim, I always thought that the capitol of Missouri was Jefferson City, so why do they have their capitol building in St. Louis?
Carole commented:
That not the capital, its the Old Courthouse where the famous Dred Scott trial took place.

Thanks Carole.

Couldn’t make it. Attended the Bill Corrigan affair which raised $200k for the last week. Looking forward to seeing a new County Zecutive elected next week.

I’m taking bets -
How long until the liberal bloggers start claiming the woman in picture 5 is giving a nazi salute (which “proves” the Tea Party movement is racist.)
TLOS commented:
That one guy’s costume does look a bit like a Klan outfit.

TLOS my thought exactly, are we sure this was not a Leftist insurgent looking to cast a negative light on the Tea Party? Maybe those from the area knowledgeable of local players can cast some light on this.
