Libs hope to get out the youth vote with stupid naked ad:

The Politico reported:

We all know that sex sells and the folks at Campus Progress are using that to their advantage in a new video promoting youth involvement in the upcoming midterm elections.

“Back off my Coverage!” features college students bemoaning their lack of health care coverage while hiding their naked bodies behind various signs.

“For decades we were left wondering if we’d ever get covered,” says one student (Covered, get it…?).

Once they make note of the Obama administration’s health care reform, all of the naked students get covered…with clothes.

“There are some who want to repeal health care reform. … What they’re really trying to do is take away our coverage. We won’t let them.”

They’re hoping this will help them get out the vote.

Maybe if they had a job they could afford clothes.

    oh yeah, i get it..

what i don’t get is the “decades” bit, i mean,
how old are they, are they career students??

just in case, bg #2 = sarc

  4. I noticed that the seniors, who were covered and are now losing their healthcare, aren’t represented in the video.

  5. ADVERTISEMENT

  6. I love the way it’s “their coverage.” No, it’s not, you idiots! It’s your parent’s coverage, and they’re PAYING for it, just like they’re PAYING for your obviously useless college education! This upcoming generation doesn’t give me much hope for the future, quite frankly. Their entitlement attitude is so entrenched, I don’t see how we can turn things around.

  7. When “children” like this gain enough power and influence to control our nation’s policies, we are screwed.

Whatever happened to self-dignity, self-reliance and integrity?

We are on the threshold of living in a Neo-Caste system of perceived victimhood, led by Obhrama himself.

Jeeze, this is hard to watch…

  8. Stupid lil socialist wannabes. the capitalist system is getting ready to teach you a valuable lesson. Socialism NEVER works, you eventually run out of other peoples money. powder is dry.

  9. That’s right Ken, rob the medicaid system, kill off the sick elderly in their final years so you can give away subsidized coverage to young strippers and lazy beatniks whose main health needs are contraception and sexually transmitted diseases.

  10. Its the emperor who is naked…..

  11. The truth is that they will be taxed until they lose their shirts.

  12. One of the signs ought to point out the fact that if they’d had Obummer care earlier, they wouldn’t be there — they would have been aborted.
    .

  13. Aren’t these dweebs covered under their parents policies at least until Obamacare makes that unaffordable? Doesn’t the colleges offer health services to these tools too? If not, why don’t they riot against their ‘fascist’ colleges for not providing ‘free’ health care for the exorbitant tuition they receive?
Why don’t the students pay for their own health care by getting a part time job? If they can pay the tuition why can’t they pay health care? Maybe because liberal policies have distorted the maket and jacked up health care rates, they can’t afford to pay for them? Oh but that would threaten their cloistered libtard views.

  14. I’m surprised their placards didn’t say “IT’S BUSHES FAULT I’M NAKED”

  15. Nothing gives me hope more than a bunch of young college grads who want to return to the womb and live off Mommy and Daddy.

Why don’t they join the military….?
    They’re always hiring.

  16. “Maybe if they had a job they could afford clothes.”

    AND insurance…

  17. NeoKong, the military doesn’t want these jerks either. They’re worthless, except for further bankrupting the country with their entitlement mentality.

  18. I blame the parents. They’re the ones who reared these losers.

  19. Colleges are DROPPING the health insurance policies that they used to offer to students, because of Obamacare. Their parents’ employers will have to pick that tab up, since they’re forced to cover the children until age 26.

  20. Coming out of college I wasn’t covered under anyone’s health coverage. I went out, got a job and paid for my own coverage. What is so hard about that? Oh yea I forgot, the Obama-bots voted for this congress and dip-wad in the White House and now unemployment is 25%. Well you know what, when you major in useless majors no one wants to hire you. The only thing that will solve this entitlement mentality is the complete collapse of our economy and government and Zimbabwe style living. Then these little turds will be faced with actually providing for themselves verses waiting for handouts. This just makes me sick.

  21. When I look at this, I see two lazy, and in the man’s case, fat slobs. Get off your naked butt, and find a job, that will give you health coverage. Better yet, buy it.

    Two marxists parasites.

  22. Typical liberal regressive crap. They believe they’ve dumbed down our youth to such a degree that this is the only way to speak to them.

Listen up you liberal pukes: I have three children in the age group you’re targeting and THEY CAN SMELL YOUR TRASH MILES AWAY.

Everyone is waking up to the tricksters tricks. Especially the youth who have spent big money on college only to graduate and not be able to find a job in the land of hope and change.

We see who you really are and WE DON’T LIKE YOU OR WANT YOU RUNNING OUR GOVERNMENT!

  23. “For decades we were left wondering if we’d ever get covered,” says one student…

For decades? This guy’s been studying for DECADES?!

If these kids gain enough influence and power, the US WILL be the EU 2.0.

And then you’re f*cked. Just like we are. Here the students from 1968 are now in charge. And where this leads us… well… it’s pretty obvious. And it’s NOT a good thing.

[What is the broader significance of the new law?

First, it's one more indication that Obama is making good on his commitment to roll back the drug war. Few reformers, including myself, would have bet that Obama would deliver—in fair measure, and within eighteen months—on all three of the pledges he made while running for president. He said he'd reverse the government's antagonism to state medical marijuana laws—and he did, with the Justice Department announcing last fall that it would essentially defer to local authorities in determining whether medical marijuana facilities were operating legally. He also said he'd support ending the ban on federal funding for needle exchange programs to reduce HIV/AIDS—and he did.

And he said he'd push to repeal the crack/powder disparity—which he did. That commitment appeared on the White House website within twenty-four hours of his inauguration. Attorney General Eric Holder described it as a personal priority and a legacy issue for him. White House and Justice Department officials joined with Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members and other top legislators to try to eliminate the disparity—and then to achieve the best possible compromise.]

  25. After all, there’s a lot to be said for appealing to MORONS!! How do you think Hussein got elected in the FIRST place!!

  26. The momma bird eventually pushes the baby birds out of the nest.

Its nature’s way of saying “Get off your fat a$$ and get a f&cking job.”

  27. That fat dude looks like a professional student. That’s what we called guys who seemed to never graduate college. they were afraid to enter the real world. I’m sure his folks would love nothing more than to not have to carry his fat ass any more.

    get a F_ _ _ ing job loser.

  28. “For decades we were left wondering if we’d ever get covered.” They were wondering since they were 2?
Luckily, my children went to work after college, not making a lot, but following good advice to make COBRA coverage a first priority.
Democrats teaching the young to get on the dole, wonderful!

  29. Oh, plus, it’s pretty boring.

  30. yikes…moobies, that dude needs to wear a bro.

  31. wait if these are college students, aren’t they are covered on mommy/daddy’s plan until age 26. is being a student a profession now? how old are these college kids. Here’s an idea, work a crappy jobs like I did just so I was able to get medical insurance for my children. The jobs didn’t pay much, but sacraficing income for medical coverage was worth it for peace of mind.

  32. Isn’t it great!!! Parents get to keep paying for healthcare for their kids until age 26. At 26, I was married-does this mean my parents would also have to pay for my spouse’s healthcare if he was a student or unemployed??? What if I have children? Are my parents supposed to pay for their healthcare also??? All these deadbeat young people have such an entitlement mentality. Get out of your parents house and off their payroll. Have some self-respect and grow up!!!!!

  33. Looks Like He is Wearing a Sweater!!! LMAO..

  34. This is a ridiculous ad considering it features young people worrying about being covered for healthcare – it is the young who are less likely to want to be covered and especially want to have to pay to be covered when they don’t need or want it.

  35. The disgustng fat hairy guy looks like khalid mohamed.

hah, i recall quitting school and going to work to help my parents/family out.. but that was back in the dark ages before the start of the decline in America, namely (imho) the advent of the fazing out of blue laws..

  37. If a beer company did this the libs would be screaming exploitation.

Put you clothes on you filthy socialist animals.

  38. dunce #41, that’s exactly what I thought. The ultimate torture. Make the muzzies in GITMO do libtard Commercials.

  39. Since libtards have to drop their pants to count to 21, filming their political ads in the nude is a logical time-saver.

  40. Auntiemadder, LMFAO!!!!!

  41. Teaching the young generation to be parasitical.

    Just like their professors.

  42. neomom #47 – That’s the same reaction I had the other night when I first read that at one of Breitbart’s Big sites. Through my giggling, I repeated it to my other half and one of his buddies, and it had them rolling, too.

  43. Sasja wrote,I blame the parents. They’re the ones who reared these losers.
Nope…The Government took the right of the parent to correct their children away. If your child throws a fit in the store and you spank him/her…you go to jail.

  44. If you’ve got a big beard, thick hairy chest, and a receding hairline YOU ARE PROBABLY AN ADULT. Cut back on the beer, PS3 games, and downgrade your Iphone to a Metro PCS phone and buy a damn health insurance policy like the adult you are!

  45. A red herring. Somewhere I read the majority of these 20-somethings don’t carry health insurance (after they cease to be eligible for coverage under their parent’s plan) as the calculation of they becoming sick enough to seek/need medical attention vs the cost of coverage leaves them not to have any, until marriage and children.
