Ah, how sweet. Now they’re buying votes with pork rinds, booze, crack cocaine, free food, ice cream.

High school officials in Cincinnati are accused of taking van loads of students to vote last week for democrats and then out for ice cream.
Cincinnati.com reported:
Three van loads of Hughes High students were taken last week – during school hours – to vote and given sample ballots only for Democratic candidates and then taken for ice cream, a Monday lawsuit alleges.
The complaint was made by Thomas Brinkman Jr., a Republican candidate for Hamilton County auditor, and the Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending & Taxes against Cincinnati Public Schools.
“They plan to bring four more high schools (to vote) this week,” Christopher Finney, COAST attorney, said Monday after filing the suit.
It seeks a temporary restraining order to prevent school officials from participating or helping students participate in partisan politics during school hours or with school property or employees involved.
But the school district’s lawyer denies any school connection.
“No CPS personnel engaged in the promotion of candidates or any political party,” CPS attorney Mark Stepaniak noted in a written release.

Why can’t people take personal responsibility for anything anymore? Get yourself to the polling place and vote. How hard is that? Someone has to do it for you, and provide you an incentive on top of that?
Hey kids, vote Democrat and you can eat ice cream every day, even before dinner!

Muslim who spoke at pro-Khomeini conference and threatened columnist named to Homeland Security Advisory Council

They take students out for ice cream, and then put muslims in the Homeland Security Advisory Council. Talk about putting foxes in the hen house and expecting them not to eat the chickens. Do people really believe there isn’t a converted effort to sabotage all attempts to keep America safe from muslim terrorists and to give information of America’s most inner security measures to them, which are suppose to keep America safe. Sorry, the foxes are in the hen house and the farmer needs to clean the crap out.

Shows they know their audience. In Milwaukee they use cigarettes and beer for bribing voters.

“When I think back on all the cr@p I learned in high school, it’s a wonder I can think at all.”
I wonder what lessons those kiddies will abstract once the discussion of how they got manipulated filters into their homes? Will they ever believe anything a teacher tells them, ever again?

Don’t you have to be 18 to vote?

I hate the political activists that think they are being ‘clever’ by dumbing down students. That is abuse.
Give the world…all they’ll get is dirt.

Don’t you have to be 18 to vote?
___________
Yes, unless you are voting for a democrat. Then you don’t even have to exist.
Just_Saying commented:
My question exactly, red #14. How can under-age high school students be voting? What’s the deal?
.
chewydog commented:
Some high school seniors would be 18.
TXBitty commented:
I wonder if their parents knew.

This is just another reason why early voting needs to be done away with. Everyone should vote on the same day, Election Day, no exceptions.
One day, maybe by 2012/2013, when the Republicans have the House, Senate, and White House, they can repeal early voting and motor voter.
These two avenues are just another way for Democrat to take our elections down cheat street.
DocScience commented:
Democrats in Ohio will move polling places to cemeteries and prisons to win this one.
But it’s not going to work. There are just too many angry live adults this time.
TXBitty commented:
I didn’t know any kids my senior year who were 18 this early in the school year.
Seems weird that they would have 3 full vans.
BuddyG commented:
Yeah, you’re supposed to be 18 to vote, and you’re supposed to be alive too. But that doesn’t stop the democrats.
Noah commented:
These kids must have been held back a year or two.. I was 17 my senior year in High School.
Well the smart kids would have held out for MP3 Players or Grants for College to vote Democrat
So I’m going with held back a year or two kids.
Ice Cream..

I personnally like early voting. Allows road warriors like me the ability to vote at all. I used to miss voting day because of being on the road doing my job. I understand your concerns over fraud. When dealing with socialist Democrats. (is that redundant?)
powder is dry.
garrettc commented:
I am an election judge, have been for years. If we didn’t have early voting and mail-in ballots the polls would be a nightmare. Even now they are impossibly crowded towards the end of the day. There are just not that many people that you can get to volunteer and in my county it takes six people to man the polls opening at 6AM and closing at 7PM. I’m lucky to get home by eleven.
Indigo Red commented:
One of Obama’s few real jobs in the real world was as an ice cream server for Baskin Robbins.
Just sayin’.
Kevin W. commented:
Militant Conservative,
My concern is early voting can be a breading ground for voter fraud, even worse than we’ve witnessed.
Someone with multiple phony I.D.’s can get multiple voter registration cards, and have plenty of time to do their cheating.
Early voting allows time for more voter fraud.
Kevin W. commented:
By the way, thanks for the job you do in keep our economy rolling. The American Truck Drivers are the backbone of the Country.
Anna commented:
How do they get away with this? Is it not against the law to be trying to influence kids politically if you are the school?
TXBitty commented:
If these kids grew up in that state, aren’t birth dates starting after Sept 30th when 6 year olds would enter the 1st grade for the following year?
Kids with birthdays before Sept 30th would have been a grade ahead.
If so, that would mean 3 vans full of 18 year olds, whose birthdays are Oct 1st – Oct 15th(?) just from that one school.
Had to have been held backs.

though it’s not good that they only voted democratic, it was only a sample ballot and NOT the real thing. funny how many here gave knee jerk reactions and missed the part where it said they were SAMPLE BALLOTS.
