Another Blow to Dems… Judge Allows Multi-State Suit Against Obamacare to Proceed

A Florida judge today rejected a request by the Obama Justice Department to dismiss a lawsuit against Obamacare.
FOX News reported:
A Florida federal judge rejected a request on Thursday by the U.S. Department of Justice to dismiss in its entirety a lawsuit challenging the federal government’s health care law, paving the way for a legal battle involving 20 states, Fox News Channel reported.
U.S. District Court Judge Roger Vinson declared that he would allow parts of the lawsuit to move forward, while others do not merit a day in court.
Opening arguments have been scheduled for mid-December, Fox News Channel reported
The judge dissed the democrats’ ‘Alice in Wonderland’ health defense.

In the Med industry, gloves, soap. OR rooms it is drapes,tubing,gloves,smocks. Its huge and most of it is via petroleum products. One time use and throw away for patient safety and comfort.

I still want somebody at one of the BaRock the house campaign stops at some back yard or union hall if he believes Heathcare( insurance )is a right …why does it have to be forced on us under threat of fines, taxes, jail ? What other rights are forced on us to enjoy ?
Also why women have the choice to kill an unborn baby but we dont get the choice not to buy health insurance ?

I don’t trust the Justice dept.– so I’m wondering if this judge is really interested in recognizing the obvious constitutional problems with obamascare, or is he just watching the tide–so to speak.
