THUG IN CHIEF OBAMA: FOX NEWS IS "DESTRUCTIVE"

President Obama attacked the most-watched cable news outlet in the nation today calling it “destructive.”
Unreal.
CBS reported:
In this month’s cover story for Rolling Stone magazine, President Obama weighs in on the cable network Fox News, saying that while he can’t object to the network carrying out its constitutional right to freedom of the press, he thinks it promotes a perspective that is “ultimately destructive for the long-term growth” of America.
“Look, as president, I swore to uphold the Constitution, and part of that Constitution is a free press,” Obama laughed, in response to a question from Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner about whether or not Fox News was “a good institution for America and for democracy.”
“We’ve got a tradition in this country of a press that oftentimes is opinionated. The golden age of an objective press was a pretty narrow span of time in our history. Before that, you had folks like Hearst who used their newspapers very intentionally to promote their viewpoints,” Mr. Obama said. “I think Fox is part of that tradition — it is part of the tradition that has a very clear, undeniable point of view.”
Mr. Obama, whose relationship with the cable network has in the past been rocky — former White House communications director Anita Dunn at one point called it “the communications arm of the Republican party” — made no concessions in regard to his dissatisfaction for the content of the network’s coverage.

Classic transparent liberal hypocrisy. Anything that presents a point of view that opposes big government, high taxes, socialized medicine and carbon tax is “destructive”.
But at the same time, anything that opposes the conservtive point of view of smaller government, lower taxes, free market medicine, is encouraged.
Obama has never had a job where he has received an objective performance evaluation. This November, he will receive one from The People. Lets see then who thinks who is destructive.

Mr. Obama’s election was wholly due to the cynically biased and over-the-top efforts of the mainstream media, first to turn public hatred onto President Bush, then to bathe Obama in an unearned – and unexamined – adulation.
Now he hears one tiny voice of dissent in the press (Fox is dwarfed by the combination of ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, NPR, MSNBC, the NYT, the LAT, WaPo and every union bulletin in the country).
He would prefer unity – all adulation, no dissent. His First Amendment remarks are for form’s sake – as were his lordly assertions that we’d all keep our current policies under Obamacare, and that the costs would drop.
Watch that buzzard, he doesn’t mean what he says.

Proof of how much Obama respects his “oath of office” :
Obama has a Constitutional duty as POTUS to “preserve the domestic tranquillity,” but he is orchastrating with his administration AND his political party, the Democrats,AND the Democratic-dominated MEDIA, a toxic, divisive, damaging propaganda campaign and boycott expressly designed to “HURT” against Arizona. He’s pitting cities, states and citizens against each other, and feeding the public thru the media corrosive rhetoric to incite “race war”
— the cynical method to try to use mob violence to upend lawful processes.

Victor Davis Hanson has an article predicting this type of behavior in our infantile chief executive.
He, and Michelle, will lash out ever more bitterly as criticism of his screwball agenda becomes more vocal.
I think we can expect a lot more of this after the mid-term elections. He will blame everyone but himself. And, of course, we will all be condemned as racist, stupid, and provincial.
Perhaps he would have better luck ruling Kenya. But does Kenya have an Air Force One equipped for endless parties?

My prediction is that Obama will then say that the Republicans won because the Democrats hadn’t done enough to promote more socialism. Isn’t that how he interpreted Scott Brown’s win, and the Republican governships in NJ and Virginia?
