James Lee- behind the Save the Planet Protest. He saw Al Gore’s junk-science movie and says he decided he had to do more… So he packed on bombs and took hostages at the Discovery Channel headquarters.

The police are negotiating with him and he is holding hostages. There are reports that there are people lying on the floor in the lobby.
An “Asian male” with a bomb strapped to his chest took hostages today at the Discovery Channel Building in Maryland. Police were initially dispatched to the building for the report of shots fired at about 1 p.m. Police are reporting the suspect is an Asian male. The individual held a protest there last year and has a website.
FOX News reported:
Police in Maryland are responding to a hostage situation after reports that a man with a handgun entered the Discovery Channel headquarters building in Silver Spring and fired at least one shot.
An official with the Montgomery County Police Department confirmed to Fox News that a man with an explosive device is holding at least one person hostage in the lobby of the building.
A Discovery employee reportedly told WJLA-TV that the building, located in suburban Washington, D.C., was on lockdown. The employee also said she thought she had heard five or six gunshots.
Dan Friz, a spokesman with the Montgomery County Police Department, reportedly told the station that a tactical team is trying to communicate with the gunman.
Friz said police were initially dispatched to the building after a report of shots fired at approximately 1 p.m.
The suspect, identified by police as an Asian male, has “some sort of device on him that may be explosive in nature,” Friz said.
It appears that he has two pipe bombs on his chest.
A suspect named James Lee held a protest last year in support of global climate change.

CNN reported:
Three hostages were rescued from the headquarters of the Discovery Channel in Silver Spring, Maryland, Wednesday afternoon after police shot and killed the man who was holding them, officials said.
The hostages were unharmed, Police Chief J. Thomas Manger of the Montgomery County Police Department said.
The suspect, identified by a law enforcement official as James Lee, earlier was in communication with authorities.

Before any leftists say “Oh, you’re exaggerating!” No, I’m not. I saw it first hand myself during my time on the left.
The left has been systematically brainwashing people all over the entire world for decades with this whakced out ideology.
The left demonizes humans, capitalism, America, the West, civilization in general, economic growth, development, you name it.
The left considers modern human progress to come at the expense of the natural world. They basically think humans are a cancer.
I noticed the epidemic devaluation of human life on the left and I was always disturbed by it. Even when I was ultra left wing.
I was like “Wait a minute. You guys think it’s perfectly ‘okay’ to reintroduce dangerous predators into residential areas? Are you crazy?”
And my fellow left wing environ-mentalist friends would just look at me like I suddenly said the N-word or something.
I was ostracized and immediately dimissed as an ignorant redneck retard by my fellow left wing enviorn-mentalist activists.
All because I ~dared~ to place the value of human life above animal life.
They’d often repsond “So? Humans kill way more [insert dangerous predator here] than they kill of us! Humans are the ~real~ predators!”
And among my leftist environ-mentalist friends at college you weren’t considered “educated” unless you believed in only having 2 kids.
By only having 2 kids you aren’t increasing the human population you see. Which in their minds is a grave crime against mother earth.
And that’s the same kind of sick and twisted left wing anti-human mindset that motivated this nut.
These leftist environ-mentalist nutjobs already killed millions of people when they banned DDT.
I’m actually quite worried that they’ll try to do the same through global warming hysteria somehow.
They’ve already declared full-scale war on genetically modified food that could feed so many people (probably not a coincidence).
And I’ve heard lots of blaming of global warming on supposed human overpopulation. So watch out.
Keep an eye out for any kind of huamn population control actvism that the leftist environ-mentalists try to push and justify.
They’re already doing it really by completely ignoring China’s barbaric 1 child policy. And by advocating for abortions for all.
The leftist environ-mentalists will probably try to hault 3rd world development as well under the guise of combatting global warming.
And I really wouldn’t be surprised if they’re actively and intentionally trying to sink our own economy in order to reverse our development.
And I bet if you investiagted the environ-mental movement deeply enough you’d see real communist influence.
That should give you an idea of why a lot of the most passionate conservatives are former left wingers.
We’ve seen up close just how insane the left is. This Discovery Channel eco-nut is yet another perfect example.
I also think we should act like the left over this. Let’s blame this eco-nut on liberal news networks, liberal blogs, liberal radio stations, Green Peace and Al Gore and call for the bannings of all of them.
Oh, wait. I almost forgot. The right isn’t inherently fascistic like the neo-communist left and would never seriously do such a thing.

True, case in point, Oklahoma/Texas/Arkansas reintroduction of the Mountain lions/ panthers. Very aggressive and dangerous to humans and livestock. There is a reason the got hunted and shot. Now it is illegal to shoot them. Strike that it’s illegal if it can be proven you shot one. Farmers got big fields out there. We make our own common sense laws. Thanks to Mcveigh and meth labs a farmer has to have a license to purchase liquid Nitrogen for his fields. If you leave a tank in your field the drug dealers come and steal your fertilizer?? what a world. powder is dry.
