Figures. Obama Bush-Bashes During Labor Day Speech

What a shock. Whiney Obama blamed George W. Bush for the economy today in his Labor Day speech.
Obama is the worst jobs president since the Great Depression. The Obama-Pelosi economic plan resulted in a cumulative 7.5 million jobs deficit. By every objective measure the democrat’s Trillion dollar stimulus bomb was a complete disaster.
But, since when did facts matter to “That One.”
Obama blamed Bush and smeared his record today in his Labor Day speech.
The Hill reported, via FOX Nation:
President Obama used his Labor Day weekend radio address to defend his economic record and vow to “keep fighting” for the country’s middle class.
At the end of a long week which saw the national unemployment rate uptick from 9.5 percent to 9.6 percent and Obama come under criticism for calling this summer “Recovery Summer,” the president said he remained focused on the economy.
But Obama first reminded listeners of the recession he inherited from Republican President George W. Bush in January 2009.
“For a decade, middle class families felt the sting of stagnant incomes and declining economic security. Companies were rewarded with tax breaks for creating jobs overseas. Wall Street firms turned huge profits by taking, in some cases, reckless risks and cutting corners. All of this came at the expense of working Americans, who were fighting harder and harder just to stay afloat – often borrowing against inflated home values to pay their bills. Ultimately, the house of cards collapsed,” Obama said.
“So this Labor Day, we should recommit ourselves to our time-honored values and to this fundamental truth: to heal our economy, we need more than a healthy stock market; we need bustling main streets and a growing, thriving middle class. That’s why I will keep working day-by-day to restore opportunity, economic security, and that basic American Dream for our families and future generations.”

So now Obama is trying to fix that by… raising taxes on middle class families and burdening them with debt?
I’m sure middle class families will be happy about the increased premiums that Obama passed into law with his healthcare bill.

Obama barely actually voted on anything. He was “present” most of the time. No “Yes”, no “No”, just “Present.” Impressive display of competence, decisiveness and leadership that voting behavior is not.
And he’s not just blaming Bush, he’s also blaming Wall Street, again showing A) he’s a marxist and B) his knowledge about the real world is smaller than the brain of an ant.

You got to be kidding, still stuck on stupid? In all honesty I tried OB1′s logic this morning, went out to the car and found a flat tire. So using the One’s form I called all my friends and told them I had a flat tire, caused by a nail. On each call I went into great detail how the nail caused the flat and that I had no responsibility in the problem. After that I decided to catch a couple of minutes nap time. Going back out guess what, the tire was still flat. The boss was not swayed by my logic for being late. Maybe I can get DC Bob to spin my case.

No, they borrowed to buy the boat and pickup truck to haul it because the house they bought (that they couldn’t afford, anyway) was artificially pushed up in value by Federal policy.

Short video explaining how Obama is not a natural born citizen according to the Constitution and can never hold the Office of President because his father was not a citizen of the U.S., but a British citizen…..for those who just don’t get it. Obama is a usurper and is illegally holding Office – and he knows it. It is so sad that the U.S. people have allowed this farce to continue for so long. Americans are going through all this pain….and for what?

Everything in that posting is Obama jive. With the exception of the statement above.
Anyone who pretends that this country’s economic disaster began on the day that Obama took office has no credibility. All you Bush lovers should be a bit more honest and quit trying to rewrite history. I’m a conservative, but I have as little patience for cartoon conservatives as I do for liberals.

Obama’s not fighting for the Middle Class — he’s fighting the Middle Class. It was always believed that if you worked hard and played by the rules you could have your share of the American Dream. We have watched as our dreams have disappeared in massive job losses and foreclosures.
Where was this President when the chit hit the fan — playing Golf, attending Fundraisers and going on one vacation after another, while Congress spent our money on boondoggle after boondoggle. Obama has made it clear that the only people whose pain he feels are Illegals and Muslims–while hard working Americans are left to twist in the wind.
Obama created this mess and now he owns it. He can promise Heaven on Earth but the American people no longer believe anything he says.

Someone seems to forget That we had 4.5% unemployment until 2007. What happened in 2007 to change the story? Demoncraps took over congress. George Bush could have and should have wielded the veto pen, but put the blame where it belongs.

The reason that Obama’s election was confirmed UNANIMOUSLY by the US Congress is that that is not true. The citizenship of one or even two parents has no effect on Natural Born Citizen status.
That is why such prominent conservative Senators who are also lawyers as Orren Hatch and Lindsay Graham say that a Natural Born Citizen is simply one who was born in the USA:

I doubt people will spend an extra 3 or 4 dollars just to charge it. they will instead most likely not buy it. this has been standard practice in NC. the credit cards charge fee makes small purchaes less than $5.00 too expensive for some smaller stores.
when faced with this. i simple tell them i don’t want it and go down the road to the next gas station/store that takes it.
the Durbin rule will hurt economic activity not help it. People just will go to large stores and stop buying at convience stores.

I have never seen a President campaigning so strongly against the opposite party. He is the president and he should be trying to promote party cooperation. He just makes it worse by his negative speeches. I do not believe any sitting president should be able to use Air Force One, paid for by our tax dollars, to fly around and give campaign speeches backing his/her party.

Times will remain tough until the right side decides they have been wrong all along and that falling for the Iranian rope-a-dope in Iraq has almost cost us everything.
