Things are so bad that even the libs in the state-run media are conceding that the Obama-Pelosi regime has been a complete disaster.
Nile Gardiner at The Telegraph reported:

Democrats in Congress are no longer asking themselves whether this is going to be a bad election year for them and their party. They are asking whether it is going to be a disaster. The GOP pushed deep into Democratic-held territory over the summer, to the point where the party is well within range of picking up the 39 seats it would need to take control of the House. Overall, as many as 80 House seats could be at risk, and fewer than a dozen of these are held by Republicans.

Political handicappers now say it is conceivable that the Republicans could also win the 10 seats they need to take back the Senate. Not since 1930 has the House changed hands without the Senate following suit.

Is this a piece from National Review, The Weekly Standard, The Wall Street Journal or Fox News.com, all major conservative news outlets in the United States? No. It’s a direct quote from yesterday’s Washington Post, usually viewed by conservatives as a flagship of the liberal establishment inside the Beltway. The fact The Post is reporting that not only could Republicans sweep the House of Representatives this November, but may even take the Senate as well, is a reflection of just how far the mainstream, overwhelmingly left-of-centre US media has moved in the last month towards acknowledging the scale of the crisis facing the White House.

To its credit, The Washington Post has generally been ahead of the curve compared to its main competitors such as The New York Times in reporting President Obama’s travails, but its striking front page coverage of the “Democrats’ plight” and talk of a possible GOP Senate win (regarded as fantasy just a fortnight ago) was a bold step for a publication that is probably read in every office of the Obama administration.

  1. I do not…let me repeat…I do not feel sorry for the demo rats on bit. Their job was to represent “We the People” and NOT Barry, Pelosi and Reid! If their careers are gone so be it!

  2. Gee Ya think? Spent more on his watch than all presidents from George washington to Reagan.
Remember he voted FOR the first stimulus. It’s wrong when BUSH did it and wrong when Obama did it. IT NEVER WORKS. Sadly the electorate is not very bright.
    powder is dry.

  3. So everyone is deciding that Obama is a disaster now. Where were they when he was signing all these new laws and regulations? Oh yeah, they voted on them too. Please give me a break. The Dems are just as much a part of this train wreck as Zero is. Do Dems ever take responsibility for anything? On almost all of Zero’s agenda from Jan. 2009, there have only been a handful of Republicans that have signed on to this disaster. The Dems own EVERYTHING that is wrong with America. Live with it. Then I watch Zero with his smug face yesterday in Cleveland rally against the Republicans. Obama is the most despicable person ever to be president. If you want to get a handle on what he is really like read David Limbaugh’s “Crimes Against Liberty”. It is a real eye opener and in many ways quite scary.

  4. Yep, Democrats can cheat the system with dead people and felons voting as well as absentee ballots from Mars for a % point or two. However, when you are looking at a blowout like this, even their cheating cannot overcome the tsunami.

Except for the wildly flailing Gallup who has this race all tied up (you would think they would be embarrassed to even publish such tripe), everyone else is showing it to be a blowout.

  5. The thing that amazes me about Obama is the sheer audacity of the man. He is out there campaigning on “hope vs fear” yet again, even though it has clearly been proven by every metric that the whole “hope” thing was a steaming pile of nothingness.

No wonder he called his book, “The Audacity of Hope” – not “The Effectiveness of Hope” or “The Results of Hope”.

See the point with liberals has NEVER been results – it is about the “idea” – as long as the idea is right, results don’t matter.

  6. Obama’s leadership style:
South Chicago Community Organizing room–”Hey guys, if I take from the rich people and give you stuff will you like me?”

Now-”My fellow citizens, let me be clear, if I take from many of you and give to some of you will you like me?”

  7. lol,all the cong critters were for the commie putsch before they were against it.

  8. People in Ohio are predicting it will be not only a disaster for the dems there but a bloodbath.

  9. Well you can only lie so much, then everybody knows all you are doing is lie. Should have taken lessons from Clinton, instead of reading the teleprompter. Isn’t a teleprompter reader just a cheap actor who can’t remember their lines?

Our playing president, not being president.

  10. Looks like somebody’s been watering down the JournoList koolaid!

  11. When you claim to represent the people and you trash the very people you were hired to serve its time to go. Maybe Dems could spend the next 50 years in purgatory and by then enough suckers will have been born to bring them back to power.

  12. Maybe Obama will resign and run for Mayor of Chicago. That’s a job that would be more suitable to his talents.

  13. roflmao.

old strategy blame bush. new strategy blame obama. doesn’t matter who is to blame, it’s all about keeping these fatcats in office.
