Big-Time Democrat: 2010 Is Gone… There is Going to Be a Total Wipeout

“It’s going to be a total wipeout.”
They bet the farm and our children’s future on a Stimulus and they failed. Tripling the deficit and nearly doubling unemployment won’t win elections, libs.
A big-time democrat admitted to Roger Simon at the Politico today that 2010 is gone.
The Politico reported:
2010 Is ‘Gone,’ Says Big-Time Dem
“He cannot save 2010,” the big-time Democrat is saying of Barack Obama. “It is gone. He must now concentrate on saving 2012. But the biggest fear of some of those close to him is that he might not really want to go on in 2012, that he might not really care.”
In my experience, the big-time Democrat has hardly ever been wrong. He does not dislike President Obama. On the contrary, like most big-time Democrats, he worked hard for his election in 2008 and would much rather see Democrats hold onto Congress this Nov. 2 than lose.
He just doesn’t think it’s going to happen. A few months ago, he told me Democrats could win the House in a squeaker and also retain the Senate. We talked again a few days ago, and things had changed.
“There is going to be a total wipeout, and it is totally going to be in Obama’s lap,” he said. “He should drop plans for Congress and plan for Nov. 3 and what he does next.”
Let’s hope he’s right…
For the future of this great nation.

I’m in California, not flyover country, and I can tell you I am chomping at the bit to get to the polls on November 2nd. I won’t be able to relax until the results come in and expect to be up very late that night.
IF we win, I will rest and relax briefly before we start the next assault on Congress, targeting the RINOS and Democrats.
Just remember, until then, the theme is “Broken glass” — to describe what we the voters will crawl over if necessary to get to the polls to vote, and woe be to any New Black Panther that waves a billy club at me. For a year now, I have been telling my friends that if Obama passed his government healthcare and cap & trade, the democrat majorities, elected in 2008 and 2008 by having democrats running to the right of republicans, would be destroyed.

The most unfortunate part of this debacle is that the failures of Barack Obama, our first black president, will stigmatize future black candidates, mostly in the eyes of liberals who invested so heavily in this fraud. Had Thomas Sowell, Condi Rice, J.C.Watts or any number of honest, competent, qualified blacks won, we would all be immensely proud rather than sorry.

It’s all so unfair, so incredibly unreasonable, to expect me to do everything I, um, promised I could and would do if elected. What do people need, instructions stapled to your plebian foreheads? It works like this: if it’s bad, George Bush did it. If it’s good, I did it. This is not rocket surgery, okay? The media provides you daily lessons in this dynamic, so I don’t understand why all the sturm und drang about ‘the economy’ and stuff.
I want it to be fun again, like in ’07 and ’08 when all was golden promises and sunshine dreams and everybody loved me. I gotta tell you – and let me be perfectly clear – the fun has gone out of this thing and I’ve about had enough. I can’t tell which is going gray quicker, my hair or my face. I am tired. I can’t work more than a week or two before I need a vacation. My golf game is suffering. I may have some of that… what do they call it? I may have that Post Traumatic Stress thing, due to being unreasonably held to account for all those promises I made before the election, and for being expected to fix problems facing our country. How was I supposed to know I was expected to keep promises and fix problems? Don’t these citizen-clowns remember who was president last? George-freakin’-Bush. That means I should be allowed to coast with zero achievements – with major losses even! – for at least five years. What am I, a freakin’ magician?
Ah, but I am above these regretful ruminations. a failure has occurred but not of me as your president. It is clear America has failed me. It is clear America doesn’t not deserve me. I am deaf to the shouts of ‘We agree! We don’t deserve you!” and blind to the inherent sarcasm, which becomes visable only by insight.
I prefer the no-pressure, no-work aspect of political life. I look at Bill Clinton now and think, “Damn, that’s the life I want – he still has the whole media at his beck and call, gets paid solid gold for twenty minute speechs, pats any passing ass he wishes to, and isn’t expected to accomplish one damn thing.” Sounds better and better with each passing day.
