Now this is a joke… A very bad joke.
The record setting, big-spending, Trillion dollar democrats are now trying to pretend that they are fiscal conservatives.
Good luck with that.
Their record trillion dollar stimulus package failed.
They tripled the national deficit last year by nearly a trillion dollars – something unheard of in our nation’s history.

After an unheard of record deficit last year of $1.4 Trillion the economy is on track to experience a $1.3 Trillion deficit this year.
The Washington Post reported:
The candidate was outraged – just outraged – at the country’s sorry fiscal state.
“We have managed to acquire $13 trillion of debt on our balance sheet,” he fumed to a roomful of voters. “In my view, we have nothing to show for it.”
And that was a Democrat, Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado, who voted “yes” on the stimulus, the health-care overhaul, increased education funding and other costly bills Congress approved under his party’s control.
Faced with a potential wipeout in November’s midterm elections, candidates such as Bennet are embracing budget cuts with the enthusiasm of Reagan Republicans.
Paul Hodes, the Democratic Senate candidate in New Hampshire, recently proposed $3 billion in spending cuts that would slice airport, railroad and housing funds. Elected to the House four years ago as an anti-war progressive, Hodes lamented that “for too long, both parties have willfully spent with no regard for our nation’s debt.”
The new push for austerity could prove too little, too late for Democrats, who fear losing their majorities in both chambers of Congress. In dozens of House and Senate races, incumbent Democrats are struggling in polls, leading political analysts to raise the serious prospect of Republican takeovers in the House and even the Senate.
Sorry libs. You made your trillion dollar bed, now lay in it.
Remember: Democrats always vote like liberals and run like conservatives.

Those Congressional voting records and you tube videos are a SOB. Good luck with that. A cat will never be a dog no matter what the cat says.

I’m more worried about the Republicans who will replace these idiot Democrats spending just as much.
We’re in the depression now, folks. It’s time for all of us to tighten our belts and that has to start at the top with major government spending cuts, trillions of dollars worth.
Better hope there’s more Joe Millers and Rand Pauls out there who will do that. Mitch McConnell sure as hell won’t.

For all intents and purposes, a cat probably can be a dog as long as the sycophant media says it’s so, and there is no shortage of uninformed Americans willing to believe it.
And there is NO shortage of uninformed Americans.

Liberals live in a reality made of plastic. It is perfectly normal to be for something before you were against it, just as it is to decry and rant this week against something you fervently advocated last week. That is why the Plastic Reality is so dangerous to the country, even to those of us who steadfastly cling to the hard realities of life, economics and morality.

Larkin, Point Taken.

Yesterday my far left clown of a Congressman, Rep. Gerry Connolly (VA-11), was on Cavuto’s show saying that he is in favor of extending the Bush Tax cuts. He voted for the stimulus bill, Cap & Trade, Obamacare, & the financial reform bill. Virginia’s 11th district is just across the Potomac from D.C., there are 10′s of thousands of households that make over $250,000 per year and very few that get government handouts. This is the only reason that he suddenly says that he wants to vote against the Obama-Reid-Polosi agenda.
He is fooling nobody, and will be a one term congressman.

Our Democrat Representative here in AZ just relased an ad saying she was serious about doing something about the deficit — she gave herself a PAY CUT and didn’t give raises to her staff!
Votes for OBAMACARE, BAILOUTS by the TRILLIONS and now says she’s trying to do something about our “deficit.” As if it just “happened” and she had nothing to do with it, as if her cake-sale quality pay cut theater – she doing less with OUR MONEY – has anything substantive to do with TRILLIONS of debt she voted to impose on the people, after her office was beseiged with calls to NOT to vote for that THEFT.
Unbelieveable.
wanumba commented:
THe Democrats have nerve blowing the budget past Pluto then telling us we have so much deficit we need to tighten our belts.
They stole our money, won’t tell us where they stashed it (which nasty programs, people, Leftie causes they are funding) then come runnining to us that the “New Normal” is us paying off THEIR debt for the next two hundred years.
The “New Normal” should be “never vote for a Democrat EVER EVER. NEVER.” They cannot be trusted with ANYTHING: money, rights, warfare, diplomacy, education, healthcare.

#6 Larkin, I feel the same way. I can hear all the folks who voted for him before that are upset about being jobless, etc., “Well look, he seems to have come around. We’ll have to give him another chance. He seems like such a nice guy.”

Hodes lifetime ratings with the National Taxpayers Union, the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste, the Club for Growth, and the American Conservative Union are respectively 11, 6, 13, and 5. But I’m sure if reelected he would improve on these numbers immensely.
StrangernFiction commented:
Regarding #9,
Given that Connolly’s ratings for 2009 from the NTU, the CCAGW, the CFG, and the ACU are 6, 3, 9, and 0, the chances that he will vote to extend the Bush tax cuts are probably not good, lol.

Obama ran closer to the center too in order to win the election, and even with his voting record, people ignored all the facts. Pitiful.

Here in Wisconsin, Russ Feingold is running ads as a fiscal conservative.”He’s looking out for us.” No, he’s looking out for OUR gold. Pathetic.

Somebody needs to update that chart. I have a feeling that that list plunging line is a lot longer now than it was when the chart was made.

I don’t care if the Dems run as direct descendents of Christ. Its too late to rehabilitate them. They have spent money we don’t have to please the guy who wants to redistribute wealth. Now we are hurting financially and when Healthcare kicks in a lot of us will die before our time for lack of proper Medical Care.
Go home Dems its over — Don’t let the door hit you where the Good Lord split you.

Weren’t ordinary Americans racists and Nazis to these Demonic Dems a few short months ago? Pathetic Pigs still feeding us BS because we can’t possibly be smart enough to vote them out. Just watch us.

Remember that FDR run on a pledge to balance the budget, against Hoover’s wild spending intended to counteract the depression.
