Senator Levin Pied in Face By Radical Tea Partier Leftist (Video Report)

Senator Carl Levin (D-Mich.) was pied in the face during a town hall event by a radical tea partier leftist. The young radical was upset over Israeli “war crimes.”
The attacker, Ahlam M. Mohsen, also blamed Democrats for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Politics Daily reported:
Sen. Carl Levin might like pie, but surely not served this way. The Michigan Democrat was listening to a question at constituent meeting in the town of Big Rapids on Monday when a woman struck him in the face with a pie.
Ahlam M. Mohsen, 22, of Coldwater, Mich., will be arraigned Tuesday, the AP reports, after being held without bond on a felony charge of stalking and misdemeanor counts of assault and disorderly conduct.
Mohsen told the Big Rapids Pioneer she hoped “to send a message that liberals and Democrats are just as implicated in the violence [of war] as the Republicans.”

I wonder when she has time to be a “student.” Google says she’s been arrested & deported from Israel back in November, and you probably remember her from this incident, where she was arrested for trespassing, again at Senator Levin’s office.

And btw, whatever the hell happened to the concept of Elder Abuse? This was a chick in her 20s physically attacking a man who is over 70. I’m only 65, but there are plenty of angry 20-year-olds who could put me in the hospital.

I live in Michigan, and I am torn as well. One part of me totally celebrates this loon who pied Levin, a man who definitely deserves it. However, he is of a certain age, and as such, one should be respectful and not throw pies at senior citizens.
Guess I’m just happy that it wasn’t a tea party person who did this.

A new level of thinking says,the effectiveness of your protest is measured by the amount of love you have for those whom you are protesting against. I do not want Islamist radical sympathizers attacking members of the US Senate with anything: pies, tomatoes, harsh language–anything. Arrest and deport. Flog them with chains on the way out.
Having said that: were they out of banana cream? Now that’s a real protester’s pie. Never go to a protest armed with anything less. It’s the cream. I would have paid money to see that.

Ahlam was a guest of the al-Kurd family when on the morning of 3 November 2009 Israeli settlers burst in and seized part of the building. Contrary to eyewitness accounts, the police claim the 21-year-old attacked them…….
