Radicals, Marxists, SEIU Thugs, the NAACP & Al Sharpton Plan Separate Rally to Confront Tea Party Patriots on Saturday

The radicals, racists and Marxists can’t stand the fact that patriotic Americans are holding a rally at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday August 28, the anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream Speech.”
These radicals, race-baiters and socialists detest the fact that ordinary Americans are rejecting the Pelosi-Obama big-spending socialist agenda. On Saturday they are holding their own leftist big government rally just blocks from the Glenn Beck Restoring Honor rally. Even the Media Matters nitwits will be there.
The NAACP reported:
Forty-seven years after the historic March on Washington, NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous will join the National Action Network (NAN), along with heads of progressive organizations, unions and clergy in a mass rally and march in Washington, DC on Saturday, August 28, 2010 to reclaim the dream.
The rally will start at 11:00 a.m. at Dunbar High School, followed by a march to the King Memorial. Joining us will be a cross-section of organizations and principals including Rev. Al Sharpton, United States Education Secretary, Arne Duncan, Martin Luther King, III, President, Center for Nonviolent Social Change, Inc.; Ed Schultz, Television and radio show host; Tom Joyner, The Tom Joyner Morning Show; Reach Media; Marc Morial, President of the National Urban League; Melanie L. Campbell, President of National Coalition on Black Civic Participation and Convener of the Black Women’s Roundtable; Dr. Lezli Baskerville, President NAFEO; Clayola Brown, President, A. Philip Randolph Institute; Dr. Barbara Williams Skinner, President, Skinner Leadership Institute; Harry Thomas Jr., D.C. Ward 5 Councilmember; Rev. Willie F. Wilson; Pastor of Union Temple Baptist Church; Rev. Walter Fauntroy; SEIU; 32BJ; SEIU; The Leadership Conference on Human and Civil Rights, Stand Up For Democracy Coalition, Prince Hall Masons (New York State); United for Peace and Justice; National Conference to Bring the Troops Home Now!; representatives from Media Matters; board members of National Action Network, and many other religious groups, labor unions, and organizations.
Don’t worry. The Restoring Honor rally will have police and security guards on duty.
Just keep the matches away from Ed Schultz. He might start torching things.

To the folks doing this counter-march-protest-incitement deal, the entire Restoring Honor event is a target-rich environment.
There is a large chance of ‘problems’ and the ‘problems’ will definitely begin via plants from the left and radicals within the spaces occupied by the Restoring Honor crowd….. Signs, shouting, violence…… even weapons…… Don’t doubt me.
Remember this and understand that nobody in charge in DC will lift a finger to help the Restoring Honor crowd: Washington DC – an entire city where defending one’s self and family from violence is a larger crime than attacking someone with malice aforethought.

Kenny, I hear ya and you make a lot of sense, however I think when Sharpton’s crew sees the size of the restoring honor rally, he’ll think twice.
As a native Noo Yawker, I’m all too familiar with the Rev Al’s shysty ways, dating back to the Tawana Brawley debacle. Which was totally debunked and for which he never apologized for.
The Seiu people are hired thugs, paid protesters but I think they’ll be outmanned. Being the cowards they are I doubt they’ll start sh*t. Beside Beck has been warning his people for weeks about this.
Besides, that race card has been played so many times, it’s played out and nobody should even bother responding to it anymore.

As a native Noo Yawker who had to walk home to the Bronx on 9/11 leading an 80 year old woman and a girl who was in town to get the final fitting on her wedding dress done, whose fiance worked on the 102nd floor of one of the towers, I am totally opposed to that mosque being built there. And to tell you the truth I think we have enough mosques in NY right now. We do’nt need any more.

Neodad and I will be there on Sat. We have worked out some defensive strategies and will maintain tools. There will be at least a half million people at this event. We come to restore honor and worship god and the memory of Dr. King and our troops. We come in peace. However, I think a number of these good people have reached the other side of enough. We have sat quietly and had our money stolen, our religions ridiculed and our culture assaulted. If the Sharpton brigade wants to make this violent, I’m sure there will be plenty of Patriots that will oblige them.

Alveda King and Beck have asked all of us attending Saturday to sign and accept the same anti violence pledge as marchers signed for the original MLK movement. I hope you, neomom, did sign it. The point is to stand peacefully no matter what and if you plan to attend you better plan to stand peacefully. Anyone who does not is not there with us. This is not supposed to be a tea party rally. Anyone who carries a sign will be asked to leave the sign behind or leave.
I don’t expect any more than the usual unsuccessful attempts from the left to rouse us to violence. We (citizens who believe that honor lived in our founders and lives on in our founding documents and in our country) have not succumbed to that temptation in the past and I don’t expect, especially at an event that wants to be non-political and is based on honor, that we will succumb to violence tomorrow.

I knew the NAACP had really lost it’s way when African-Americans started to align themselves with the likes of Louis Farrakan and the Nation of Islam. Around that same time we had the the Million Man March and black folks all over the Nation were crying racism because of Rodney King and OJ Simpson. Puuuuleeez! That was the turning point for me. That was I went from being a kool aid drinking liberal to a conservative. That is when I lost all sympathy for black people and became very skeptical about the overuse of the race card.
