These people have no shame.
Big spending liberal democrats are coming back home to their districts and trying to persuade constituents that they are fiscal conservatives.
Here is a Russ Carnahan flyer that a friend picked up this week.
Rep. Russ Carnahan, one of Nancy Pelosi’s low maintenance lapdogs, is trying to tell Missouri voters that he is a fiscal conservative.

It’s called the “Show Me State” for a reason, Russ!
Considering the two biggest issues this year are jobs and the national deficit we’ll likely see a lot more democrats trying to paint themselves as conservatives the next 70 days.

I found the Robin Carnahan ad very interesting. Blaming Roy Blout and the Republicans for the bailout. They are partly responsible, but she’s ducking the democrat (and Obama’s) responsiibility.

In addition to Carnhan’s lifetime ACU score of 3.2, his score for the year 2009 was 0.0. This man makes Castro and Chavez look like conservatives.
These people don’t seem to appreciate we can get a comprehensive score on their voting record in about 15 seconds with the internet, and make them look like fools when they make claims that can’t be backed up by reality.

The problem is the average American is very much FOR our current massive bureaucracy. Look at the Rasmussen poll that shows 55% saying Palin is extreme and only 48% saying the DOTUS is extreme. Compare that to Gallup’s June ideological identification poll which shows 20% saying they are liberal and 35% saying they are “moderate,” and it is pretty clear that these “moderates” are not exactly chomping at the bit to cut the size of government.
I’m sorry, but if you think Palin is extreme and zero isn’t, you’re on the same side of the political spectrum with the statists, not those that believe in free-markets and limited government. The claims that most Americans are conservative are BS.

Carefull, not all polls are reliable. Depending on poll size and area polled.
This is to be expected as most Americans HAVE NOT even looked up to see who is running. OUR JOB is to spread the truth. Tell your friends and anyone else willing to listen go viral. I have done this with others and it is working as the Black vote is peeling away frome the Dem’s. They are Dem’s but not all are scocialists. powder is dry.

In 2008, the median household income was $52,026. For every $1 million in federal waste that Carnahan brings back to his home state, this translates into destroying the entire annual income of roughly 20 families elsewhere.
An example: a stimulus grant of $188,000 credited by the administration for funding 1.25 jobs at the University of Missouri to study how to better freeze mouse sperm. This is the stimulus in a nutshell: destroy the annual income of over 3 entire households in order to keep less than two people employed at Mizzou.
At this rate, Russ and Crew will get that Road to Serfdom built in just a few years, maybe before 2012.
