Confidence in State-Run Media Continues to Slide

Have you noticed how the corrupt media supports the president and far left on radical issue after radical issue?
When was the last time the democratic-media complex disagreed with the president or his runaway Congress?… It just doesn’t happen. So is it really surprising that more and more Americans are losing confidence in the state-run media?
No.
Gallup reported:
Americans continue to express near-record-low confidence in newspapers and television news — with no more than 25% of Americans saying they have a “great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in either. These views have hardly budged since falling more than 10 percentage points from 2003-2007.
The findings are from Gallup’s annual Confidence in Institutions survey, which found the military faring best and Congress faring worst of 16 institutions tested. Americans’ confidence in newspapers and television news is on par with Americans’ lackluster confidence in banks and slightly better than their dismal rating of Health Management Organizations and big business.
The decline in trust since 2003 is also evident in a 2009 Gallup poll that asked about confidence and trust in the “mass media” more broadly. While perceptions of media bias present a viable hypothesis, Americans have not over the same period grown any more likely to say the news media are too conservative or too liberal.
No matter the cause, it is clear the media as a whole are not gaining new fans as they struggle to serve and compete with growing demand for online news, social media, and mobile platforms.

Some of the best reporting about the US has come out of England in the last two year.
Just look at Obama’s and GITMO. Before the election it was an American gulag. Obama can’t figure out how to close it and the left media drops it from the news. If we elect Palin, GITMO will be a news story again real fast.

They are advocacy groups with cameras and printing presses.
They are no better than 527 groups.
Take this Ground Zero mosque thing for example.
The imam is shady and Obama supports him and the press just looks at their shoes and whistles.
They lie to us on a daily basis and they don’t even bother to make the lies any good anymore.
I can’t remember the last time I heard of any breaking news from the state run media. All they do is prop up Obama.

Rasmussen passion index generally has about 25% of the people strongly supporting Obama. I can’t help but think these are the same people that have a “Great deal/Quite a lot” of confidence in the media.

Truth and trust are part of the same element and can’t be divided. Even a liberal who supports a lie (as an end to justify their means) knows it’s a lie and trust has nothing to do with their support. It’s a warped way of thinking but so is communism.
Unfortunately, 25% of our population is that warped but you can’t dismiss them as the minority. They have a strangle hold on the media and schools and now an instrument in the White House.
Truth is always hard to defend but abandon it and you’ll be lost fast. Like flicking a light switch, you go from light to dark. Respect it and no matter what else, you’re free.

Some one find that video where Barry/Steve/Barack went to Kenya to campaign for his cousin. They were in the back of a pick up truck and this is part of what the fraud told the Kenyans….

Never interfere with your enemy when he’s destroying himself.
They are so blind to it all that there is this in-house meme that it’s the change in delivery media (i.e., web) that is destroying dead tree and network news. If all the web news was as corrupt and inaccurate as the LSM, there would soon be a dearth of internet news sites. Instead, of course, it is the reverse case. Even the LSM web sites don’t get that much traffic as compared to Newsbusters, gateway pundit, Michelle Malkin, etc. QED.
