Last night there was a propaganda meeting for Obamacare supporters in Kirkwood, Missouri outside of St. Louis. After the meeting an Obamacare supporter spit on some literature and then wiped it on a local tea party patriot.
P’Oed Patriot caught the incident on video:

Proposition C, the Missouri Health Care Freedom Amendment will appear on the August 3, 2010 statewide ballot in Missouri as an legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The proposed measure aims to block the federal government from requiring people to buy health insurance and bans punishment for those without health insurance.

Prop C has already been sued and is currently waiting a decision by a judge.
Wading Across has more on this.

  1. It has long been said that women act as a governor for society. They used to set the standards and men attempted to behave. You can’t tell that by the likes of so many women today (you know who’s on the list) but if more were like that man’s wife, we’d start dialing it back to a more civil society.

  2. Dunno what goes on in that household. The man spits and the woman slaps him. He’s an adult behaving like a spoiled three year-old and the woman is reacting like he’s a three year old.

Juvenilization of men and elementary school teacherization of women.
    Ugh.

  3. yes, I made that word up, but I don’t know if there IS a word for the grade school teacher tyranny of adult women.
And how so many get into politics. I mean, it’s easy to be an all-knowing demi-goddess amongst 5 year olds, but it doesn’t convey well when dealing with adults.

  4. animals do what animals do…

  5. I wouldn’t have been able to refrain from putting the troll to sleep if he did that to me or my family. I know it’s playing right into their game but I would have laid the troll out. Disgusting filth of the left and I truly hope they get theirs in the end!

  6. Do not give civil liberties to the current crop of opponents. They are vile and will stop at nothing for the agenda that they serve. Me to.
I serve the constitution they do not. THIS IS THE DISTICTION many must learn. I will harm no one execising their rights. The far left will violate your rights and more. Lefties, be fore warned, Some of us enjoy ALL of our rights and will hold you for the local constabulary for violating the rights of other citizens. You have been warned. Powder is dry.

  7. ++

frenzied racist reports 24-7, oh wait..

  8. And once again liberals prove that tolerance is a one way street.

  9. Yawn… playing defense is so lame. Tea Party has to move past the utterly ineffective desires of equity and fairness, as it’s as tiresome as the class whiner complaining to the teacher about every misbehavior.

    Any idiot can expect:

    - the mainstream media to be utterly hypocritical in its coverage.
    - leftist groups to execute the same violence, identitarianism, otherization and outright hate that it condemns the tea party of doing
    - the government to sue, harass, intimidate, assault, neglect and otherwise maliciously treat the tea partiers while looking the other way for the left

That’s what happens when the media and the government are overrun, taken over by progressive neo-fascists. As the saying goes, “If I have a gun and you have a sandwich, I have a gun and a sandwich.” What are you going to do about it? There is no referee that cares to hear your appeal, Tea Party.

  10. WHERE CAN YOU GET THE STOP OBAMACARE POSTERS?

  11. Can anybody identify this guy?

  12. This person should be arrested. Spitting on people is seriously illegal, especially since the advent of HIV.

  13. There’s a strench surrounding this administration. The unions, ACORN, the Section VIII parasites, the Hollywood imbeciles, the tenured radicals, the asskiss media. Just a terrible, terrible stench, like nothing we’ve ever smelled before in this country.

  14. After Katie, Charles and Brian show the video of the assault on the NIGHTLY NEWS we’ll find out who the perp is.
Funny how NOBODY said NI**ER to John Lewis et al and yet it is stated as fact.
Yet we have videos of LEFTIST violence and intolerance and it is ignored.

  15. It is considered an assualt to spit on another person.

  16. That wife has grounds for divorce now.

Hey ‘Multitude’: Your post is really lame. Because, those are complaints we have about the imbalance in the press. But your ‘Multitude’ press folks are losing the ratings battle and are reporting news more like FOX than FOX has to report news like those losers.

Multitude: You opened your mouth & removed all doubt that you are an ignorant fool. If a TEA Partier had broken a liberal’s leg, assaulted her boyfriend, bit a finger off another TEA Partier, and put a black liberal in the hospital after his beating by white TEA Partiers. Your ratings-in-decline media would still be reporting that. It’s not even the lack of reporting, it’s the lack of equal JUSTICE that we’re concerned about.

Facism is government supervision and coersion of businesses: Like GM, Chrysler, the Obamacare bill, the attempt at controlling the internet proposed by this administration, the singling out of talk radio personalities and of certain news outlets, the mandated without congressional legislation of the $20 Billion ‘Trust Fund’. You mean that kinda facisim? Or, is it the ficticious kind that’s rattling around inside your cavernous cranium looking in vain for firing protons & neurons?

If you’re going to come in here (or any other site) bring some substance (I’ll wait while you go look that up) to the conversation. Even a short quip that’s remotely FACTUAL will suffice. Or head back to the HuffPo or KOS & mingle with your peer group.

  17. The guy’s lucky he wasn’t spitting teeth after a below-the-belt stunt like that.

  18. While I do support Prop C, having read the bill, I am concerned that criticism of it holds some water. The first portion reads “•Deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services?” and my question is, ‘which/what government?’ Any? State, local, Federal? Perhaps the generalization is acceptable and maybe purposeful to pertain to any and all levels of government. But, I wonder if a court might see that unspecific term as a loophole deeming the amendment merely symbolic and with no strength.

As it currently stands, a lawsuit is before a judge as to whether or not the measure can legally even be on the Aug. 3rd ballot. The judge stated he will make a decision in enough time allowing the suit to go to the Missouri Supreme Court if necessary before Aug. 3rd. That’s big goings on that probably few – if any of us – are aware of.

  19. The full bill summary says that this could conflict with the federal act – the bill’s intention – and the full bill uses the word ‘all’ in defining who the bill would counter, but I wonder if that’s specific enough. Not to mention that the Sec. of State is responsible for crafting bill summaries placed on ballots… they can and have made summaries read or seem different than the whole bill – and in this situation I wonder if Carnahan might not use this as an opportunity to encourage people to vote for it so that it can be struck down later in court – if the actual bill is in fact too general and not specific enough in its intention to allow Missourians freedom against the federal health insurance law.

Maybe I’m just reading way too much into it.

  20. Come spit on me and the next thing you’ll be spiting uot is your two front teeth. Worthless POS!

  21. From the looks of the spitter, he is morbidly obsese and would be fodder for Dr. Berwicks Death Panel.

  22. Prop C waiting for judge? Does every judge in the system think they sit on the Supreme Court? Just referee the bulk of private torts and leave the Constitution to the Supremes.

  23. oldguy, prop c is before a judge because of a lawsuit filed on a technicality. Whether or not the judge decides for or against the suit, it looks likely to go straight to the state supreme court. It is possible that prop c could be removed from the ballot due to this, whether a judge deems it technically invalid or maybe that it cannot be agreed upon in time for the Aug. 3rd election.

The current lawsuit has nothing to do with whether or not the bill itself – its intent – is legally acceptable.
