Obama DOJ OK's Voter Fraud to Help Dems Like Robin Carnahan Win Elections

J. Christian Adams told the US Commission on Civil Rights that the Obama Department of Justice has a mandate not to enforce the law that includes keeping ineligible voters on the rolls.
FOX Nation reported: This week Adams told the commission, “The [voting] section doesn’t want to protect white voters.” And he named names. He testified that Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes told Voting Section management that there would be no more cases brought against black defendants vindicating the rights of white victims. Adams personally heard Fernandes say that the division would only bring “traditional civil rights cases” (code words for suits against white racists). Adams also heard Fernandes say that she had no interest in the Voting Section enforcing Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act (which requires purging rolls of ineligible voters to prevent voter fraud), because Section 8 does not increase voter turnout. Fernandes now needs to be questioned under oath, as does the head of the Civil Rights Division, Thomas Perez, who previously testified this was not the Justice Department’s policy and that he was unaware of such views.
Adams talked about the dismissal of the Missouri voter fraud case in 2009. This decision by Obama Department of Justice officials will help far left liberal Robin Carnahan in her election this fall for US senator.

But there is some evidence backing up Mr. Adams. Last year, Justice abandoned a case it had pursued for three years against Missouri for failing to clean up its rolls. When filed in 2005, one-third of Missouri counties had more registered voters than voting-age residents. What’s more, Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, a Democrat who this year is her party’s candidate for a vacant U.S. Senate seat, contended that her office had no obligation to ensure individual counties were complying with the federal law mandating a cleanup of their voter rolls.
The case made slow but steady progress through the courts for more than three years, amid little or no evidence of progress in cleaning up Missouri’s voter rolls. Despite this, Obama Justice saw fit to dismiss the case in March 2009. Curiously, only a month earlier, Ms. Carnahan had announced her Senate candidacy. Missouri has a long and documented history of voter fraud in Democratic-leaning cities such as St. Louis and Kansas City. Ms. Carnahan may now stand to benefit from voter fraud facilitated by the improperly kept voter rolls that she herself allowed to continue.

There’s no excuse. It should be SO EASY to keep track of who lives where, when they move, and when they die. If someone tries to register to vote in a new location, they can’t get on the rolls there until they have been removed from the rolls at their old location. If someone dies, it should automatically trigger removal from voting rolls. There’s no reason why these common sense things (and others) can’t be done and enforced, except to allow and encourage voting fraud.

Jesse Jackson Jr. reportedly offered $1 million for Obama’s senate seat to Blagovitch. How much and who paid for the seat when Obama took it on? We have thousands of college students voting twice – once in the town they go to school in, once in their town of legal residence. Illegals voting. How the heck can ANYBODY justify not holding to account a county that has more registered voters than they have residents eligible to vote?

Sure seems to me that if every one who cared in Missouri, told their friends about the Democrats and their wholesale/ongoing fraud, and how they could get more info at Gateway Pundit, etc. The Conservatives could defeat the fraudsters and the anti American media.

Voter fraud is okay according to the democrats because they KNOW it will be those voting democrat who will be the perpetrators; otherwise, there would be an uproar if the democrats thought the republicans were going to get free votes. All means justify the end.
