Megyn Kelly destroyed far left pundit Kirsten Powers on FOX News today discussing the New Black Panther scandal.
Ace was thoroughly impressed anyway.
Kelly’s closing line: “It would be more helpful for you if the next you come on, you have your facts.”

Having lawyers turn into pundits and commentators is often pretty good – specifically for conservatives – because they know the tricks, and they know how to argue and debate a point. You’d better have yoru ducks in a row and stick to facts and truth, even in your opinions when you’re discussing an issue with a pundit/commentator that had a prior career in the legal world. For this reason Mark Levin often eviscerates callers and interviewees that are disingenuious.
I am not at all surprised that the Californian Congressman was clueless about the NBPP issue. It is yet more proof that many of our elected officials, especially on a national stage, are completely out of touch with current events and the mood of their constituents and nation.
As to the liberal pundit Kelly verbally trounced, that’s not surprising at all either. The NBPP and DoJ issue is indefensible no matter how you look at it, and the left wants desperately to excuse and cling to every vestige of authority and power that they had, so excuses, lies and throwing others under the bus is par for the course.

This weekend on Fox News Watch, when the lack of news coverage of the NASA Muslim outreach story came up, Powers said the same basic thing.
Powers said she shared the press reaction to the Bolden comment, “So?” It wasn’t an important story. It didn’t matter. Couldn’t see what was wrong with it? It’s nice. Couldn’t hurt.
I thought it made her look like a liberal airhead not understanding what’s important (NASA, NASA’s mission) and what’s nonsense (tasking NASA to make people feel good about themselves) but now I guess it’s a liberal talking point.
