Stunner. Nutroots Nation gave a standing ovation to former Obama Green Jobs Czar Van Jones this weekend at their national convention.
The American Spectator reported:
Van Jones, the former Obama “green jobs czar” who was forced to resign after it was revealed that he signed a petition calling for an investigation into whether the Bush administration deliberately allowed the Sept. 11 attacks to happen, was given a standing ovation by liberal activists here at the Netroots Nation conference.
In a video introduction, former DNC chairman Howard Dean called Jones a “hero.”
During his speech, Jones said that he threw himself a long “pity party” after his exit from the administration, but compared his own struggle to the larger state of the nation. He made the case for investing in new energy technologies, and dismissed concerns about the deficit.
“There’s plenty of money out there, the only question is how to spend it,” Jones said.

Let’s see if they still want to clap after November 2nd. Radicals Like Van Jones are exactly one of the reasons Americans are running from Obama and Democrats like they are a hand grenade.

We tax the hell out of oil and coal. We subsidize the hell out of ethanol, wind and solar.
We switch to subsidized green power will be like adding another Social Security to the public purse.
All our taxes and all the savings of China is not enough money to pay for Obama’s America.

Hitler got standing ovations too…. The Van Jones speech paled in comparison to Al Franken’s rant, which I am watching right now. What a moron ….
Guy commented:
I think I’m going to vomit … to think that Al Franken is actually a US Senator …. it says a lot about the sad state of things in America today.

Guy, being a U.S. Senator only means that the people of MINNESOTA are co-opted, government dependent morons.
Al Franken has LIBTARD opinions. He has no expertise on ANYTING. NOTHING. He is all hat and no cattle,.
Guy commented:
The only problem Gus, is that the moron has a vote …
gus commented:
Yes Guy. We have to understand both principles.
Yes this clown has a vote.
Yes Minnesota decided as a STATE to give him that right.
The knowledge is valuable.
How did Minnesota become so dysfunctional.
Militant Conservative commented:
The problem is not Van Jones a lone nut. the real problem are the idiots in the audience that vote. This nation can tollerate an idiot like Obama. We cannot tollerate a plurality of un-informed dunces that keep electing trash.
Take your fight to the electorate, the voter, inform and “agitate” as it were. An informed electorate will make the right choices. This is why Obama “HATES” the blog-o-sphere. It cercumvents the MSM which is in the tank for Obama. powder is dry.

someplace i read a short article about a woman
who was encouraged to sue for an incident. the
full specifics of the story i forget but the big point was how little she actually received vs the
total settlement. the lions share went to the lawyer. the difference was enough to make my jaw drop. there is a story there that can be applied to a lot of circumstances when you think someone represents your best interest and he just sees you as another mark to use to expand his own interests. when they’re your best friend today but they don’t know who you are tomorrow…..

This is absolutely correct, I was a centerist/conservative dem for my entire voting life, I am now a registered independent.
I will never in my life vote for another damn democrat again. I am planning on voting, donating, campaigning for every Constitutional conservative I can.
the party of democrats is now entirely Radical America-loathing lunatics, and I am a former democrat saying this.

You never know they will come out in the darkness and meet to plan their next attack! WE MUST NEVER LET THEM AGAIN.

Liberals will never learn how offensive their mindset is to most Americans.
Jones is simply stating what liberals believe:
Everyone’s money belongs to the government. What’s left over after taxes is “given” to us by gov’t and we should be grateful.

Yes. Although I was a registered myself a democrat, I never considered myself a liberal, and most centerist, Jacksonian dems feel this way.
I do want equal access to opportunity, but I don’t want the govt to take from one and give to another. I want equal access to all opportunities to all Americans, but recognize that this will not give equal results to all, that is why this country is a meritocracy, but I staunchly oppose the govt comning in and “equalizing” results, taking from one and giving to another.
And I 100% believe those who fail, those companies should then fail, no bailouts, no backing from the US taxpayer.
I don’t want those companies who are not successful to game the system so that their failures are not reliased b/c they have influence with the govt.
Will this be painful to this country? Absolutely yes. But if no one is allowed to fail, everyone fails.
I would rather endure a lower standard of living so that my children have a shot at making something of their lives without being enslaved to a debt for at least a couple of generations.
The undemocratic party has no idea they have detroyed their brand for at least a generation.

Obama’s campaign intimated voters… yes I know you all cannot stand Hillary, but this is beyond Hillary, this about the basic right to vote and not have votes stolen in America.
This is about voters being locked out of caususes, votes stolen, voters intimidated.
THis is about the chicago thuggery that the fraud Obama AND THE MEDIA did to the American voter.
Please if you could please make this a post for reader of this blog. They, the MSM and Obama, did this in 2008, they will do it again in 2010 and 2012. Please if you could do a post on this.
This is no longer about Hillary, dems or repub. This about a chicago thuggery that is perpetrated by the fraud in the WH and the collusion with the MSM to cover up this stealing of votes and intimidating American voters.
