Obama Administration Holding Secret Meetings With Hamas Terror Group

A top-ranking official in Hamas said Friday that the terror group is holding talks with the Obama Administration. They want to keep the meetings secret for fear it would rouse the Jewish lobby in the United States.
YNet News reported:

A senior Hamas figure said Friday that official and unofficial US sources have asked the Islamist group to refrain from making any statements regarding contacts with Washington, this following reports that a senior American official is due to arrive in an Arab country in the coming days to relay a telegram from the Obama Administration.

The Hamas figure told the London-based Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper that the Americans fear discussing the talks publicly would “rouse the Jewish lobby and other pressure groups in the US and cause them to pressure the administration to suspend all talks with Hamas.”

The Hamas figure, who is close to Ismail Haniyeh, the prime minister of the government in Gaza, added, “This is a sensitive subject. The Americans don’t want anyone to comment on it because this would catch the attention of pressure groups (in the US) and cause problems.”

He said Hamas’ exiled leadership in Damascus is overseeing the contacts behind closed doors.

Is Oilbama discussing a plan with them to help clean up the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico? Or, is he discussing their plan to bring about the destruction of Israel?

This. Is. Insane. Zero leaves the border open for illegals, smugglers & terrorists, freaking *MEETS* with terrorists (if only by proxy), ignores the disaster in the Gulf (other than doing things which impede efforts to contain the damage) & then goes golfing?

This *CANNOT* be accidental. This _________ is doing *everything it can* to *DESTROY* this nation. Until very recently – 1960 or so – this would have been recognized for what it is, high treason . . . and then punished appropriately . . . . Since zero has so little interest in our Constitution, I for one would argue the 8th Amendment does not apply and so champion slow simmering in a vat of porcine offal for this purpose.

    Nothing new here.
    1. Code Pinko’s Jodie Evans has been running messages between Barry Hussein and Hamas for awhile now. I am sure there was coordination going on for his leftist terrorist pals like Ayers and Dohrn for the terror flotilla. Barry Hussein is an Islamo-Marxist terror enabler. He is doing the same in the US.

    2. Hamas ran phone banks for illegal foreign donations to Barry Hussein’s election coffers from Gaza in 2008.

re: [America is a few decades]

= America IN a few decades..

    Legitimizing Hamas rule

[The statement continues by describing Obama’s plan to give roughly $200 million to Gaza as “a down payment on the US commitment to the people of Gaza, who deserve a chance to take part in building a viable, independent state of Palestine, together with those who live in the West Bank.”

Just think of that paragraph’s implications: a “down payment” on a “US commitment,” that is, not an act of generosity for which the US must get something in return. Rather, the phrasing makes it seem the US owes them the money.

Moreover, such aid retards rather than advances building a Palestinian
state by shoring up a Hamas government which is against the Palestinian Authority, against peace with Israel and against a two-state solution.

Note, too, that Hamas is put on an equal plane with the PA. And couldn’t
the administration have said that the state must be built in the context of
the Oslo Accords or under the PA’s leadership? There is no mention of even
the Quartet conditions: Nothing is said about Hamas abandoning terrorism
or accepting Israel’s existence or submitting to the PA as the legitimate government.

The statement is absolutely unconditional. Only the “humanitarian” consideration counts, as if the US government is a community organizer building a welfare program.]

    deja vu..

Impeachment needs to be seriously discussed. Fortunately, some people have been diligently documenting all the impeachable offenses committed to date:

I suggest you print this off, make a donation to http://www.grasstopsusa.org to offset the expenses they incurred in producing it, and then start circulating far and wide the facts presented therein.

Get to know these points well enough to discuss them with people.

Take copies to congressional townhall meetings, and let your elected representatives know that they’re violating their oath to defend the Constitution if they do not start drawing up articles of impeachment.

Zuhdi Jasser, President and Founder of AIFD. “Brennan and the Administration may as well register as publicists and promotional agents for the Muslim Brotherhood and their ideology.”]

It’s not over until it’s over

[According to John Brennan, head of the White House’s homeland security office, the war on terrorism is over. From now on, the administration will never use terms like “jihadists” and “global war” because doing so, as Mr. Brennan said, “risks giving these murderers the religious legitimacy they desperately seek but in no way deserve.” He insisted that the U.S. is at “war with al Qaeda” (“U.S. no longer at war with ‘terrorism’ ,” Page 1, Friday).

Could we be more blind? Acts of terror are rooted in the aspirations of
Islamists to create an Islamic state and impose their version of Shariah law.

    Anna at #27:
    “Will this administration NEVER end?”

We’re in this mess because millions of black Christians, millions of young evangelical Christians, and millions of Catholics were willing to vote for a man who had publicly advocated that babies who survive late-term abortions and are born alive should be left to die of neglect–the operative principle being that if a woman has gone to all the trouble of undergoing a late-term abortion, she is entitled to a DEAD baby. If the baby has the gall to show up alive when it’s clearly NOT wanted, tough luck, kiddo.

But all these millions of CHRISTIANS were too dumb and apathetic to click on the fact that maybe, just maybe, there was something abnormal about this creep.

Sorry to come down so hard on my co-religionists but, hey, so did Jeremiah. Read I and II Kings and the prophets in the Bible. When the Israelites started killing their babies as sacrifices to the pagan idols, their nation went to hell in a handbasket pretty damn quick. And they got the kings they deserved, who made their lives even worse. I can’t be the only person who sees the obvious analogy playing out here and now.

My point is that I don’t hold out much hope of things turning around until America comes to its senses, morally speaking. People like Mitch Daniels want to “downplay” the social issues? Nothing could be further from what we need. As I said, there’s a very direct cause-and-effect. If CHRISTIANS had been true to their faith and simply refused to sell innocent babies down the river, Barack Obama would have lost in a landslide. And I think we can safely assume that John McCain, for all his flaws, would not be sending hundreds of millions of American tax dollars to Gaza and negotiating with Hamas, and appeasing Ahmadinejad, etc. etc.

[ I am an American Muslim dedicated to defeating the ideology that fuels global Islamist terror — political Islam. And I don’t see such a “center” actually fighting terrorism or being a very “positive” addition near Ground Zero, no matter how well intentioned.

To put it bluntly, Ground Zero is the one place in America where Muslims should think less about teaching Islam and “our good side” and more about being American and fulfilling our responsibilities to confront the ideology of our enemies.

Khan and Rauf avoid discourse on reform and political Islam. Instead, they simply give us the familiar, too vague condemnation of “extremism and violence.” They seem to conveniently view 9/11, al Qaeda and every manifestation of militant Islamism as simply a public-relations problem for “Muslims in the West.” Imam Rauf has even gone so far as to bizarrely say that the 9/11 terrorists were “not Muslims.”]

How much more damage can he cause between now and January? How many more $trillions can he spend between now and then? How bad off will AZ and AZ citizens be in Jan 2011? How many more Arizonans will be killed by Mexican drug lords, now emboldened by Oilbama’s traitorous acts toward AZ, between now and Jan? What will the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf coast states be like seven months from now? How many jihadists will be brought into the US between and Jan? How much more will Oilbama and traditional enemies of the US work together to further alienate and hurt traditional allies and friends of the US? In Jan of 2011, will a hole in the ground be all that’s left of Iran? Will Fakestinians be ruling Jerusalem?

Will our patience and observance of US laws cause us to allow Oilbama, with his break-neck pace and disregard for law, destroy us before Jan 2011?

    re: bg #61 link..

Radical Islamic groups in the US are intimidating the media with
the cost of defending defamation suits in order to stifle criticism..

[Though most defamation claims are deemed baseless by US courts, the enormous cost a lawsuit imposes and the smear of bigotry it achieves has stifled legitimate discussion of some suspect behaviour. Litigation – and the threat of litigation – has prevented concerned citizens from speaking freely and stopped the publication of important information.

That is a fraction of what a libel defence can cost. In 2005, the Islamic Society of Boston sued the Boston Herald and nearly a dozen others for defamation. The ISB was building New England’s largest Islamic centre and the defendants were raising legitimate questions about the ISB’s connections to terrorist financing and hate speech. Though the ISB dropped the lawsuit – just weeks before some of their leaders were to give sworn testimony – the defendants incurred close to $2m in legal costs.

The ISB lawsuit had even more damaging consequences. Howie Carr, a columnist for the Boston Herald, said he “know[s] the ISB lawsuit has had a chilling effect on journalists in Boston”. An analysis of the articles printed in the Herald from summer 2003 to winter 2007 supports Carr’s statement. Between summer 2003 and winter 2005, the Herald published 19 articles mentioning the ISB’s alleged connection with radical Islamic groups. After the lawsuit began in 2005 until winter 2007, the paper whitewashed its reporting and no longer mentioned radicalism in the 20 articles that covered the ISB’s activities during that period.]

ipso facto: the above (and much more) has been, and still is, happening via every medium (radio, tv, paper, net, etc) in every city & town throughout the US (not to mention within our own government itself)..

gee, i wonder what the “other” are..

imo the following data doesn’t pass the
    ‘fish smell’.. Jewish – 5% Other = 7%..

because there’s no way in hell-Obama
no Muslims whatsoever voted for him..

and seeing as how Islam is the second largest religion in America, and if i am reading the info correctly, it’s extremely curious as to why only 7% qualified to vote, where are the millions of “others”, hiding out in no go zones or what??

btw, i would just like to clarify that some stats are hard to read, and one must understand that the percentages are of the electorate/percentage..

same goes for this map (those percentages are of the percentage
ie: 25% = 50% of the 25% voted yes, 50% of the 25% voted no)..

    Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project

[Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project: The Humanitarian Law Project was advising groups deemed “terrorists” on how to negotiate non-violently with various political agencies, including the UN. In this 6-3 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Court ruled that that speech constituted “aiding and abetting” a terrorist organization, as the Court determined that speech was “material support”. Therefore, the Executive and/or Congress had the right to prohibit anyone from speaking to any terrorist organization if that speech embodied “material support” to the terrorist organization.

The decision is being noted by the New York Times as a Freedom of Speech issue; other commentators seem to be viewing it in those terms
    as well.

My own take is, Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project is not about limiting free speech—it’s about the state expanding it power to repress. The decision limits free speech in passing, because what it is really doing is expanding the state’s power to repress whomever it unilaterally determines is a terrorist.

In the decision, the Court explicitly ruled that “Congress and the Executive are uniquely positioned to make principled distinctions between activities that will further terrorist conduct and undermine United States foreign policy, and those that will not.” In other words, the Court makes it clear that Congress and/or the Executive can solely and unilaterally determine who is a “terrorist threat”, and who is not—without recourse to judicial review of this decision. And if the Executive and/or Congress determines that this group here or that group there is a “terrorist organization”, then their free speech is curtailed—as is the free speech of anyone associating with them, no matter how demonstrably peaceful that speech or interaction is.]

    Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project

[One of the implications of the government’s power to designate foreign political factions as “terrorist” groups is the assumed right to regulate and criminalize American citizens’ involvement with such groups. The scope of that right was clarified today when the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of the Obama administration’s reading of a ban on “material support” for such groups.[.]

The dissenters, led by Justice Breyer, find a direct violation of the First Amendment and a slippery-slope threat to Americans’ right even to sympathize publicly with “terrorist” groups not “at war” with the U.S. In closing, Breyer writes that Americans need to “consider how to apply the First Amendment when national security interests are at stake.” Whether national security and diplomacy are one and the same, given that the latter seems really at stake here, is not considered here, but Breyer insists that deference to the other branches’ expertise or authority on national security “do not automatically trump the Court’s own obligation to secure the protection that the Constitution grants to individuals.” Also unaddressed is the fundamental question of Americans’ right, relative to their own government, to intervene even nonviolently in the affairs of other countries.]

Not at Ground Zero May 24, 2010

Cordoba Mosque at 9/11 Ground Zero Symbolizes
Dreams of Invasion & Territorial Expansion 5/10

    by Khudhayr Taher

[Iraqi-American columnist Khudhayr Taher published an article in the Arab online liberal daily, Elaph.com, on May 18, 2010, in which he warned against the desire to turn the U.S. into a Muslim country.

Taher called upon the American administration to ban the building of mosques, and especially the Cordoba Mosque, planned for construction near Ground Zero in New York, because, he says, these mosques pose a danger to the security of the U.S. as they are centers for spreading extremist and terrorist ideas.

Following is a translation of excerpts from the article:

“In these days, the issue of the Muslim decision to build a mosque near the place where the crime of the cowardly September 11 terrorist attacks took place has come up. We must note that a hostile and provocative name [Cordoba] has been chosen for this mosque. It is well known that the first Cordoba Mosque was built by Muslims in a city in Spain, after they occupied this Christian country, killing its men and capturing its women to bring them to Arab countries as slaves and servants to serve their sexual pleasure. The Arabs and Muslims have never ceased to take pride and bask in the glory of this imperialist history, which they consider to be a symbol of their strength and power, and they are unashamed of the fact that the annals [of their history] are full of shameful crimes.

“Today, it seems as though some Muslims in America are enamored of the dream of bringing back this ugly imperialist Muslim history, which is based on occupying peaceful peoples, on trying to force them to change their religious beliefs by the sword, on killing the men, and on abducting the women from their homes and bringing them to their own countries. Choosing the name ‘Cordoba House’ for the mosque to be constructed in New York was not coincidental or random and innocent. It bears within it significance and dreams of expansion and invasion [into the territory] of the other, [while] striving to change his religion and to subjugate him…

“New York has many mosques, for Sunnis and for Shiites. Of course there is a significant infiltration of extremist terrorist ideology among some of the Sunnis, and likewise there is a significant infiltration of the Iranian intelligence [apparatus] among some of the Shi’ites. This infiltration, both among the Sunnis and among the Shi’ites, has spread across the U.S. New York State has many mosques, and doesn’t need any more of them – not to mention that for work reasons Muslims do not attend mosque every day, but only on Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, the Muslims have no real need for the construction of this mosque, which constitutes a provocation against the sensibilities of the Americans and a reminder for them of the Muslim imperialism in Spain and of the acts it committed against the Christians – such as murder, pillage, taking captives, and aggression against women.

“As a Muslim and as an American citizen, I hope that the U.S. government will issue a decision to confiscate the funds designated for the construction of this mosque, and to transfer them to a budget for rebuilding the towers of the World Trade Center in New York, [and also to] ban the building of [additional] mosques in the U.S., because there is no real need for them. Also, [we must] take into account the danger that they [i.e. the mosques] pose because they are hothouses for extremist terrorist ideology and for hatred of the other, and because they carry out open missionary activities considered a violation of the freedom and religion of others.”]

JDS: See no jihad. Hear no jihad. Speak no jihad.

[President Obama and his national security leadership have bought into
a false narrative promoted by organizations and leaders with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, such as CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) and ISNA (Islamic Society of North America). Dozens of such individuals have been placed in his administration, including Dalia Mogahed, a top Mideast adviser to Obama who made the astounding assertion last October that most women in the world associate sharia law with “gender justice.”

It states in part: “The Ikhwan must understand that all their work
in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the
Western civilization from within and sabotaging their miserable house…”

(“Our confrontation with America used to be like confronting a fortress from outside. Today we have found an opening to enter the fortress and
    to confront it from within.”

What better way to sabotage a nation from within than to dupe
its leadership regarding the true nature of, and motivation for,
the threat that is arrayed against it?

The results of this administration’s arrogance
    and foolishness speak for themselves.]

yeah i know, i’ve posted this dozens
of times.. but is it registering yet??

Obama Administration Stacking the Deck with Islamists

[Abdul-Malik also makes no bones about discussing how the election of President Obama is a step forward in the project of Islamization and the long term goal of Islamist domination which falls right in lock-step with
that of the Muslim Brotherhood as revealed in their manifesto.

“…even under the pressures that you and I know about, the deen of Islam is growing because people see even within all of this struggle it is better to be a Muslim under these conditions than to be a kaffir under any conditions… before Allah closes our eyes for the last time you will see Islam move from being the second largest religion in America-that’s where we are now- to being the first religion in America.”

[.This is an oddly soft piece from the Tribune considering many of the leadership of CMSA have worked closely with leaders of the Muslim American Society in D.C. and other Islamist groups which the same Tribune reporter exhaustively connected to the international movement of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in her November 19 2004 in her exposé on the MB in the United States.

Williams further told the Tribune that, “it was mostly under the radar…we thought it would put President Obama in a precarious position. We didn’t know how closely he wanted to appear to be working with the Muslim American community.” This group of Islamists is, here, openly telling reporters that they are advocating for placement in positions of influence “under the radar.” They do this with the appearance and false assumption that somehow all Muslims in the U.S. would be overjoyed by their activities and ideology. The report by Abdul-Ullah went on to also link other global Islamist ideologies for outreach to their resume book initiative including outreach to the Syrian and Iranian governments and Islamist complaints about the FBI’s counterterrorism efforts inside a few mosques.]

questions is: have people been reading
it & doing some of their own research??
