Popular Republican Senator Scott Brown from Massachusetts came to Pennsylvania’s 12th District on Friday to campaign with Republican candidate Tim Burns. Burns is running for Congress in Tuesday’s special election.

The Other McCain posted several photos from their rally including this one.

Tim Burns is running for the seat left vacant after the death of antiwar democrat John Murtha.

In the final poll before the Tuesday vote Burns has taken a slight lead over Mark Critz, the Pelosi democrat in the race.
The Other McCain reported this tonight:

Absolute dead heat in the final pre-election poll by the Democrat-run firm Public Policy Polling. You absolutely couldn’t hope for better news on the verge of Tuesday’s special election in Jack Murtha’s old district. Your money quote:

[T]hose planning to vote on Tuesday report having voted for John McCain by 5 points in 2008, compared to his actual 1 point victory in the district. And among voters who say they’re ‘very excited’ to vote in this election, Burns has a 60-38 lead.

  1. Excellent piece. I did not see the PPP Poll earlier today. Very bad news for Mr. Critz, who it turns out is a very bad man.

Catch that story in tomorrows http://www.RedDogReport.com

  2. I heard a pundit from the area say the undecideds are not likely to go democrat. Also they apparently sent Bill Clinton to the last place he could have made a difference in the stretch-Johnstown. There were no minds to be changed there.

  5. Thanks for running this story Jim.

    Go Tim Burns!

This special election in Pennsylvania, will hopefully be another changing of the guard in favor of Republicans on Tuesday.

Scott Brown has campaigned locally for Tim Burns, and Bill Clinton has come there to campaign for the Progressive Democrat, of course.

This is the next stepping stone toward flipping Congress in November, and then making President Obama a one-term President in 2012.

The Progressives in Washington can try to ram as much “change” through as they wish, between now and November, but they are not going to stop the American people.

  6. Tim Burns – American Patriot – Man of the People …not a career Politician

We are taking BACK our Nation of Freedom and Liberty

    Hallelujah
