She is the most radical pro-abortion politician in Congress despite the fact that she claims to be “Catholic.” She has intentionally misled voters on the Catholic Church doctrine on abortion and life issues. She supports the gruesome partial-birth abortion grinding method. She uses bogus saint’s days to push her radical pro-abortion nationalized health care bill.
Now, she wants Catholic clergy to push the democrat’s open border pro-amnesty immigration plan after she just rammed through pro-abortion Obamacare.

Seriously – educated Catholics, although seemingly few in number, can continue to question the bishops on their positions. I think a good gauge for a diocese is whether or not they have an active Family LIfe program or a pro-life program. If these activities are unfunded or unrepresented, look to see where the diocese puts their priority. If it’s working with homless, teaching them to journal about their experiences, maybe it’s time to send your money somewhere else. I haven’t found a single citation in the catechism or canon law that says I’m required to help fund that type of activity vs. promoting life and family – the cornerstone of creation.

The Church doesn’t excommunicate. Those who continue to engage in serious, scandalous sin, excommunicate themselves. The Church merely acknowledges and proclaims what they have already done and always in effort to bring the unrepentant to repentance. Of course, if a certain woman’s bishop would do some acknowledging and proclaiming, that would certainly be in order.
I am concerned about providing “an easy path to citizenship.” I’m an immigrant and my path was in some ways easy but in others, excruciatingly difficult. Causing difficulty because we have had a difficult experience is not the goal. First and foremost, the US must know who is coming into this country. Drug cartels that have taken over huge sections of Mexico have moved their business, including murder and kidnappings, north of the border. Jihadists have also discovered the porosity of our borders and are making their way through; there are videos of armed persons pouring across our borders. Anyone who doesn’t recognize the threat to our national security has forgotten or never really taken in 9/11 as well as a number of other attempted and executed attacks against Americans.
Those who cry out “injustice” at the US are not crying out against genuine injustice in their home countries. Few Latin American countries are poor. Many are extremely rich. But corruption is rampant. Those who descry the US for desiring to maintain orderly immigration, which is our sovereign right and duty, ought to be directing their energies toward infiltrating their own countries with integrity, honesty and the zeal to live under the rule of law.

Five thousand illegals showed up at the HD parking lot early for a full days work. Ten thousand illegals showed up at noon with fake green cards in hand to work. Twelve million illegals showed at 3:45 to clock in before closing. Speaker Pelosi would pay them all minimum wage for a full eight hours, and provide free medical, food stamps, housing, transportation, recreation etc. The folks hiring the five and ten thousand will be assesed a fee to pay the benefits of the 12 million.
On the next day 24 million and 15 thousand showed up to clock in at 3:45 but no employers presented themselves that day. Speaker Pelosi gave all the illegals amnesty, citizenship, benefits and acess to the voting booth.

I’m kinda sick of this “self-excommunication” line that a lot of Catholics use. It’s bogus because these heretics still abuse the sacraments and crash masses on a regular basis.
If the Catholic bishops wants to help Mexicans, they need to set up more missions in Mexico. Catholicism was once banned in Mexico, but it is not any longer. The country has a landscape rich in minerals, natural gas, farmland, and hard working people.
On good Friday, a lefty priest at my parish walked around during the homily and accused all present of ‘living on the backs of the poor.’ After the service (there are no masses on GF), I asked him how many nights he waited tables in the same pair of runned pantyhouse to pay his tuition and make rent? How many 1040′s he filed? How much he paid in taxes? Had HE ever been poor?
He said, “you didn’t understand me.”
I said, “you don’t understand anything.” (He actively supported Obama.)
