It’s official. Rats are in the White House.
A rat interrupted Obama’s speech today in the Rose Garden. (See photo- via Drudge)
The AP reported:
In his battle with the titans of Wall Street, President Barack Obama almost got upstaged by a rat.
But he didn’t even seem to notice. Assuming that’s what it was, scurrying in front of his podium Thursday in a sun-drenched Rose Garden.

Veteran Ordered To Remove Flag From Outside Home
“HILLSBOROUGH, N.H. –
A Navy veteran is fighting to be able to show his patriotism by flying an American flag outside his apartment building.
Joe LeVangie, 88, said he’s upset after he and his neighbors were told to take their flags down because flying them was against management policy. He said there should be an exception for the flag.
LeVangie, a World War II veteran, said he used to fly his American flag outside his apartment at the Maple Leaf complex in Hillsborough.
“In respect for all the troops serving overseas now and for those who never came back,” he said.
But recently, his management company told all residents that their flags had to come down. The brackets for the flag poles were also removed.
“I was madder than hell,” he said. “Come to find out, it was the maintenance man who was told to do so.”
The same thing happened to Margery Kenney, who lives next door. Her brackets were taken down, and her flag is now rolled up against the wall.
“My whole family was in the service, and it’s a shame something like this was allowed to happen,” she said.”

Yes, you got me, I should of typed in The President of “The United States” of America and did so originally but I made a minor change and inadvertently deleted part of my post. Thank you for your diligent editorial oversight.

Paul, the semantics — or typo, whatever — was secondary, I admit, to the too-clever comment itself.
Obama is a socialist, that has been proven. He was a card-carrying member of the New Party in Chicago, an actual socialist party. He has done nothing to dissuade anybody from thinking he is a socialist, and everything to show us that he is.
As to the Nazi comment, he and his administration are indeed following the example set by ol’ Adolph, so far.

If you read the full article, reporters were discussing whether it was a rat, mole, vole, or whatever. If they had even had that much curiousity about Obama before the election, we may have been better served.

What strikes me more shocking is that this rat apparently was not afraid of the media and everyone else.
