Unbelievable. Congressional Democrats gave Mexican President Felipe Calderon a standing ovation after he attacked Arizona.
…Even Obama’s cabinet members who haven’t read the bill stood up!
The “Hate America First” crowd just gave Calderon a “Standing O” for bashing our 48th state.

since congress is applauding the fact that we don’t enforce our immigration laws, why don’t we stop enforcing our tax laws. A law is a law, enforce them all or don’t enforce any.
Years ago the “mexican border patrol” was making a raid near the central american border, one of the suspected illegals made a run for it and was shot in the back. Upon further review the suspected illegal turned out to be a mexican citizen, that’s how Mexico deals with there illegals.
We don’t need a wannabe illegal (calderon) telling a comfirmed illegal(obama) to lecture the american people about civil rights.

Even NATURALIZED (not natural born) citizens of Mexico have outrageously restricted “rights”, even banning property ownership.

First off, this is all political theatre. If America really didn’t believe in Immigration rules and laws, and therefore, if they let in everyone who wished to come to the country, America would be overburdened and implode by the sheer mass of immigrants that would flood in from places like India, China, Russia, Poland, Hungary, Estonia, Vietnam, Indonesia etc. Your population would double in about 10 years, all dependants of course, and if you think your budget shortfalls are signifigant today, imagine if you had all these extra mouths to feed. Rush Limbaugh played a clip earlier, it was an interview of Calderon by Wolf Blitzer.
In answer to a question, Calderon stated that Mexico deports illegal aliens from it’s own territory. It illustrated a blatant contrast to what he is complaining about here in the U.S.

The vast majority of Mexicans, the Saul Alinsky media, and the Dems, have a vengeance towards this country, and anyone that believes in securing our southern border.
This three headed monster is at war, and the war is not on the drug cartels, MS-13 gangs, the Crips, or the Bloods.
Their war is on the Tea Party, Americans that want border security, and Americans that want enforcement of our immigration laws.
You know I’m going to say it, so here it goes…
If the rest of this country doesn’t get educated and wake up to what’s happening at our southern border, the southwest United States will be our Palestine in the next 20-25 years.

That’s true. Thanks for reminding me.
It’s interesting. I used to think of myself as pretty much a sort of cowardly person, in some ways. That is, I was always careful for my physical safety (being a small female); never was one for making unnecessary waves; always a law-abiding citizen; stayed out of dangerous places; etc.
And marveled at the bravery of others, like our soldiers.
But during all of this that has happened in the last two years, I’ve discovered that I’m not nearly the lily-livered person I’ve thought myself to be.
When we were attacked on 9/11, I realized for the first time that I would be happy to die so that my children could grow up in freedom. For the first time for me, there was something fundamentally threatening; something bigger and more important than anything else to fight for and preserve.
I realized there were some things that actually were more important than my life.
And now, especially when talking with people on the left, I strike myself as a much braver person that I ever gave myself credit for; and they strike me as the cowards, not wanting to make waves, or lose anything they prize.
I guess it’s a matter of being backed up against the wall enough, or something. Finding out that there are some things which, when push comes to shove, you are willing to risk all for.
At the same time, I’ve discovered that there seem to be a lot of people (especially on the left), who don’t have such a wall. They would not give up their lives for freedom. Or, I guess, much of anything.
So if nothing else, I’ve learned that I’m better than I thought.

As bad a I thought Arizona law was in structure and in timing, the left is actually screwing themselves over this. They must live in a tone deaf vacuum. By taking the criticism international they have violated the family rule. It goes like this. “I can beat up my brother, but the kid down the street better leave him alone, if he doesn’t he’ll have to deal with me.” In political terms it is called leaving politics at the nation’s shores. Read the law. It’s only if someone who has been lawfully stopped and either has no ID or obviously fake or stolen ID who is even questioned regarding citizen status. If you are stopped for speeding without an ID in ANY state, what do you think happens??
