CNN: US On Alert for Potential Car Bombs at East Coast Airports

The Transportation Security Administration has ramped up security at East Coast airports after the attempted bombing yesterday in Times Square.
CNN reported, via Free Republic:
The Transportation Security Administration on Sunday ramped up security screening at airports along the East Coast after an attempted car bombing a day earlier in New York’s Times Square, a Department of Homeland Security official said.
The official told CNN the TSA has begun operations to counter potential car bombs, or “vehicle-born improvised explosive devices,” as well as taking measures to prevent other kinds of terrorist acts that might occur in crowded public spaces.
The TSA also is coordinating with Customs and Border Protection to facilitate additional secondary passenger screening on both domestic and international flights, the official said.

I may not have had and honest job in my life or served in the military – in fact I tried to avoid the Selective Service – but I can tell you I have seen danger close and personal!
I was in the Limousine with Barney Frank when he had a humongous rectal flagellation. The smell was horrible! It turned the Limo into a gas bomb. The possibility of fire was huge. Luckily, I had just put out my cigarette.
I gave the order to “Abandon Limousine” and the brakes were jammed on the doors flung open and Axelrod and I jumped out before it blew… well before Barney Frank blew another one. That’s a car bomb!
I bought another limousine with the Tax Payer’s money. I now have Barney Frank ride in front with the driver. I have sealed the driver’s compartment in case of fire… a bullet proof glass window separates us. That’s how I roll. You should think about buying a limousine. Good Day.
