Republican Scott Brown Raps Obama For Personal Attacks on Tea Party Protesters

Republican Scott Brown knocked arrogant President Obama for his personal attacks on Tea Party Protesters who are out “expressing themselves in a respectful manner.”
The Daily Caller reported:
The Senate’s newest Republican called it “sad” that Barack Obama told a laughing crowd of Democratic donors on Tax Day that he was amused by the antics of Tea Partiers, who the president said should be thanking him for cutting their taxes instead of protesting against his policies.
“I find it sad that the president gets personal with these groups who are just expressing themselves in a respectful manner,” Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown said Friday morning in Washington to a conference of Republican lawyers. “That’s the way our country operates.”
Obama, speaking to about 1,000 Democratic donors in Miami Thursday night, said he’s been “amused a little over the past couple of days where people have been having these rallies about taxes,” adding, “You would think they would be saying, ‘Thank you.’ That’s what you’d think.”

Brown’s right. It is extremely ‘sad’ that the wonder-boy uses the presidental pulpit in the same way the sulfuric-stenched dictators, such as chavez and castro, do.
No one can accuse obama of ever having acted like an American president. He’s just doesn’t have the class, intelligence, common sense, or moral character to fit the bill. He’s actually historic in that way.
I am actually sorry that the first AA president is so awful. AA’s need to get behind a decent representative next time, someone like Alan Keyes, who I voted for in 2008. Just because someone promises to give you money doesn’t mean he will or that he even likes you. I am waiting for the day when the AA’s join me, and other AA’s like me, in pushing the progress of personal responsibility and accountability.

Wow, what a great man and a great Senator. Jim didn’t mention the charity above, but it’s Doug Flutie’s charity for autistic children. Doug has an autistic son and is an incredibly positive force and source of inspiration for those of us that are also fathers of autistic kids.

Cutting taxes… where? When? All I see is spending like there’s no tomorrow. Where’s that money going to come from? Oh, right, taxes! Cutting taxes won’t cut it. The tax hike will come. It’s inevitable. It’s the only way to finance this madness.

But on the long run it will lead to what’s happening in Europe right now.
Germany can’t even pay the interest on the national debt this year.
Every child born in the UK already has a debt of at least 22,000 pounds.
Greece is bankrupt.
The Austrian national debt is 70% now, going to hit 75% in 2 years.
The Netherlands are heading for a big financial crash.
Sweden is bleeding its citizens dry with the taxes up there.
Spain and Portugal are the next to share Greece’s fate.
Iceland, so I’ve heard, is a candidate for joining the EU, so that the Eurocrats can shovel my tax money into the Icelandish bottomless pit even easier.
And why is this happening?

The “TAX CUT” President Obama referenced was actually messing with the withholding tables. For the first time in years I actually owed Federal Taxes because of it.
This pea and shell game can only work so long. Eventually people will wise up.

I think BO’s not entirely a lost cause, and that Michelle may more persuadable than he is. Perhaps more precisely, they can serve as models for what we need to do to win some crucial arguments.
BO changed his mind about national security after he had his first briefing as Democratic nominee for the office of President. Despite his continued rhetoric bashing all of Bush’s policies, he’s adopted much of the actions of the Bush administration. Of course, the Bush administration continued many of the policies of the Clinton administration.
When BO got confronted with a well-supported, comprehensive assessment of an ongoing situation, he went along with the professional assessment.
In the last few days, he’s announced a (admittedly small) expansion in offshore drilling, because the “green” technology isn’t good enough yet to provide for our needs.
Michelle has gotten a bad rap for being “bitter” toward America, when in fact she’s merely described something very real: the ugliness of the prejudices held by those who think they are entitled to run our country (she found that among the white “liberals” at Princeton) and the discouragement of those close to her (she found out that the institutional barriers she’d been told existed, weren’t there).
These two people are not entirely unreasonable, but they do still believe “truisms” from their political allies that are not well-founded, and they have some insight into the situation, whether they will admit it now, or not.
If we aim to reach the reasonableness and insight we know exists in this couple, we can reach across the filter imposed by the “Rev.” Wright, Bill Ayers, and the snobs from Princeton. We may not get the First Couple personally to agree with us, but if we shoot for them, we can get the agreement with most of our neighbors and elected representatives.
Remember, the American Revolution was a conservative revolution: it was an uprising, yes, but led by the responsible, mature, relatively wealthy and well-educated individuals who were seeking the SAME RIGHTS enjoyed by their cousins at home.
One of the reasons we won was that our cousins overseas could see the justice and wisdom of our requests and then demands for the same rights they enjoyed.
The Tea Parties, too, have experience, maturity, self-respect, a sense of personal responsibility, and true respect for the rights of others on their side, along with pragmatic knowledge of how to make our wonderful, vibrant system work well.
I think the Tea Parties should set the goal of co-opting the President and his wife.

I think our main effort and focus should be on the liberal, spending congress.
They are vulnerable in ways that Obama is not.
Take back congress and Obama will have to gravitate to the middle to get anything done.
