Rapists & Sex Offenders to Get Viagra Under Obamacare

Now that Obamacare has passed we’re finally getting a getting to know what’s in it.
And, there’s good news for rapists– Your Viagra is on the way.
The Congressional Research Service confirmed the news today:
The Congressional Research Service confirmed in a memo Wednesday that rapists and sex offenders may get federally subsidized Viagra and other sexual performance enhancing drugs under the recently passed health care reform law — information that Republicans charge will haunt Democrats in upcoming elections.

Why are we just finding this out? this would have never passed with that little “benefit” in it.
At least the penalties for not buying obamacare are basically non-existant. Maybe enough people refuse to buy it, that the prices shoot through the roof and kill the bill. The main reason that obamacare was going to be affordable was that everyone was require to buy it.

I mean, the dems put a sex offender in the White House, why should this come as a surprise?

The Republicans offered an amendment to the reconciliation bill specifically eliminating this, but it was shot down in the Senate by all the democrats. (only needed 51 votes, but more votged against this amendment) As Arte Johnson used to say “VEEEERY Interesting, but STUPID!”

Remember the Hate Crimes Bill that Obama signed into law last year….it also protects ‘pervs’ and ‘pedophiles’. Republicans tried to have them remove pedophiles, but the Dems faught to keep it in the bill. The Hate Crimes Bill includes ‘VERBAL insults or attacks’, as a Federal Offense.
So, to get right….a pedophile could harm your child, with medications granted under the National Health Care, that YOU paid for with your taxes. The pedophile would be investigated and ‘maybe’ prosecuted under State Laws……BUT if you ‘verbally’ insult the pedophile you could be prosecuted under Federal Hate Crimes Laws. All the while, the pedophile gets to keep his Viagra that you paid for! And IF the pedophile goes to jail, you get to pay for that too in a nice luxory prison with cable tv and menu’s in the cafeteria!

Soon a criminal in the US will sue the state over life time imprisonment. And some court will agree with him and he will get compensation because life time imprisonment violets his human rights.
Happened in Germany already. The criminal got 50k Euros compensation, even though he was rightfully sentenced.
Curious how long it’ll take for the Democrats to start pushing for making pedophilia legal. Their counterparts in Europe have been trying to do so for years.

I find this very interesting. At least these guys are making sure that in the event the government’s efforts to fornicate the entire American population sans lubricant fails, there will be plenty of fully functional rapists, pedophiles, etc., to fornicate the population in their place.
I believe this whole ridiculous situation says much about how completely this country is being raped by the Obama thugocracy. The most pathetic thing about it is, there are folks out there actually talking about how great it all is. Feh.

Not sure which prisons get this, but that’s interesting. The ones I worked with used a substance that was proven to cause cancer in cattle as a meat extender. Most private prisons cut food down to the bare minimum to increase profit margins.

What is not clear from the original information above is what part of the law allows this to happen. My guess is that it is either a specific part of the language that describes this kind of drug, and who can get coverage for it, or more likely, that the law allows all legal drugs to be covered for all legal patients.
Basically, until it can be proven that this class of drug is specifically mentioned with this class of patient, I’m very comfortable believing there is no specific clause that deals this issue.
If you want to be the kind of person who makes a big deal that all legal drugs are covers for all legal patients; go crazy on that idea!
Or prove that the claim above is in the law.
So far, all we have here is a lot of noise and hot air.
